L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Eye Filler Review

I used this as part of trialing the whole range. I love eye creams and have my own holy grail cream, so was keen to see how this stacked up.

The packaging is really cool - it's a small plastic tube, with a metal type applicator tip. The tip is rounded, and initially I thought would be really awkward to use, but it makes it super easy to apply the product. You simply squeeze a small amount of product out and using the tip, spread around the eye area - there's no pulling or tugging that delicate skin and makes it easy to get an even spread. Because it's metal, it's really cooling and soothing around the under eye so absolutely perfect for a wake me up in the morning and helps get rid of those tired eyes.

In terms of results - while I absolutely loved the product and the applicator, I haven't noticed any real changes to the fine lines. My skin does look more hydrated, but those pesky little lines are still present. I'll keep using to see if it gets better, but as far as a middle of the range product goes, this hits the spot perfectly.

I've been reviewing four products from the Filler range - the eye cream is my favourite.

It stands out from other eye creams with its fantastic and cooling ball applicator. It took a few goes to feel comfortable with it - but now I am, I love it.

It's a light and cooling product, and yes, I did get it in my eye (by accident) and I'm happy to report it didn't sting!

I really feel like my eye area looks brighter and more smooth. I think fine lines have been plumped and I hope will continue to be plumped as I use it.

I've tried a few eye creams, but this is one I will repurchase - it really feels like it's improving my eye area!

So first off, this product comes in a long tube and metal ball shaped implement and one end. You squeeze just enough product out and spread it around the eye area with the metal ball. It's quite unusual but feels soothing and cooling. I did have to modify how I used it though as I was originally squeezing out the product while it was resting on my orbital area...far too much product comes out when you do that! I found it very hydrating and nourishing, although less is definitely more! I would definitely recommend it to friends and it caused no irritation at all!

This is possibly the first eye cream I've found actually visibly improved my fine line situation. In only 4 weeks.

The eye filler has a really lovely applicator that smooths the eye cream over the eye perfectly. The applicator being a metal is also really cooling on the eye. The cream itself is quite light, like a serum combined with a day cream.

Applying it you only need a very small amount to spread around the eye - and I spread it right out to the top of the cheek bone as I have a smile line that stretches that far. I made sure I lightly massaged the cream into any areas around the eyes with fine lines/wrinkles.

The eye cream takes a little time to absorb so you definitely don't need too much product. Once absorbed skin looks soft and smooth. Makeup sat around the eye area fine with using this product. If anything I noticed I didn't get as much 'caking' as I would usually later in the day with makeup around my eyes. It's definitely a hydrating eye cream.

Each day with use I could see my eye area was hydrated and seemed smoother, but it was the results after nearly 4 weeks I was impressed with. My prominent 'happy' line that is very distinctive when I smile didn't seem as deep, and in photos it seemed to have faded a little. It still stretches from mid eye to cheek bone but it had plumped up a little. While I don't want to wish my wrinkles away I was really pleased that the area that looks most tired and dehydrated at times was looking brighter and smoother.

I'm always dubious about 'eye' creams given I apply serums, masks, night creams etc. but for hydration and plumping, this one, for me, really delivered and I am really happy with the results.

This one is a keeper for me. Any product that brightens the eye area and softens the signs of ageing without any invasive specialist treatments is a winner for me

The eye cream comes nicely presented in a silvery light purple box that matches the rest of the range. The tube itself is a good size, although it does have an unusual tip on it, but it dispenses well and I’m over half way through it with no signs of clogging around the top so seems to work well.

No discernable scent that I could tell. Be aware that a little really does go a “long” way so go easy on squeezing out the product. It goes on smoothly, but does take a little while to absorb into the skin, although this could be because I was a little heavy handed with it and could’ve done with less of the product. I liked this eye cream and I’d recommend giving it a try. I used it at night with the serum and night cream and all together they left my skin feeling wonderfully nourished and moisturised. I’d definitely recommend using it with the rest of the range.

I was lucky enough to receive this as a trial product. The Eye Filler is packaged in a luminous purple box. It promises to fill wrinkles and replump eye contours. The key ingredients are hyaluronic acid concentrate and fibroxyl.

The Eye Filler comes in a 15ml grey plastic tube with a dark purple screw cap. The “revolutionary applicator” is the metal tip of the tube. It is round, and flat on the tip, which allows you to run the tip of the tube around your eye contours easily, while also massaging the eye area. It feels nice to apply around the eyes.

The cream itself is white and has no discernible scent. I have sensitive eyes which are easily irritated, so a lot of creams are quite irritating on my eyes. This cream does not irritate my eyes at all. It is reasonably easy to apply with the applicator, but less so as the tube gets low. However, the product is easy to massage in with your fingers instead.

It moisturises eyes well. It is not too greasy, and one benefit is that it does not interfere with eyeshadow application. Some creams I have used cause my eyeshadow to smudge into the crease very quickly, even with eye primer. But eyeshadows seem to last a lot longer when using this cream.

I am happy with the performance of this cream so far and I will continue to use it after the trial is over.

The L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Eye Filler has a light but creamy consistency which gives a nice feel to it. It feels like a cross between a cream and a serum/gel. It goes on very easily, absorbs well and instantly gives the skin around your eyes a wonderful moisturised, supple and fresh look and feel which you can still see and feel at the end of the day. It also helps to reduce some of the puffiness under your eyes. A little goes a long way so you don’t need to use much. This makes it pretty economical especially since it is quite well priced. It doesn't feel greasy or sticky and it absorbs very quickly into your skin. It makes your skin tingle very slightly but this disappears very quickly. It has a nice subtle floral fragrance but this goes as soon as it is absorbed.

It comes in a plastic tube with a screw top lid. When you remove the lid there is a domed metal applicator on the top of the tube which I love as it not only makes it super easy to apply but it feels lovely and cooling and soothing on your skin as you are applying it. You need to be careful not to squeeze the tube too much though as it comes out quite easily so it is easy to get too much, especially as a little goes a long way.

The L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Eye Filler doesn’t remove your wrinkles but it definitely hydrates and plumps your skin which gives it a smoother and fresher appearance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is worried about the appearance of wrinkles around their eyes and is looking for a product to give their eyes back their supple and fresh look,

This was my absolute favourite out of the whole filler range I trialed. My initial reaction to the applicator was that it was going to be hard and uncomfortable to use but its quite the opposite. The product is in a small tube with a rounded ball tip that you use to rub the cream into the eye area. Using circular motions it makes it super easy to get the eye cream in the right place and gives you a nice massage at the same time. My skin around my eyes felt so much firmer after a few days use and I did notice the tired baggy look under the eyes reduced quite a bit. I used this every morning before the day cream and sometimes at night if I'd had a particularly stressful day and my lines definitely seem smoother as well. This is an eye cream I'll certainly continue using now.

My L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler regime arrived 10 days ago, and I’ve been using this eye cream for the past 8/9 days. It comes in a silver applicator with a black lid. Along with all the other products in this regime, the packaging is trendy and attractive. The eye cream also has a nice, pleasant scent to it.

I’ve been using this product as directed, massaging it in with the applicator from the inner corner of the undereye area to the outer corner. The undereye region is a problem skin area for me as I have a tendency to get bags under the eyes and/or puffiness along with dark circles! So I was obviously very keen to try out this particular product in the range for obvious reasons!

The first thing I noticed when applying it was how absolutely cooling and refreshing it felt under the eyes. It felt instantly soothing on this problem area of my face.

In terms of how it looks once applied, I’ve noticed the undereye area looking plumper and less saggy, hence helping to reduce the appearance of bags under my eyes. It does indeed seem to ‘fill’ this problem eye area and even wrinkles look less pronounced!

I give this wonderful eye cream five stars as it absolutely DOES target problems around the eyes and helps to reduce the look of those annoying skin imperfections. Pack your bags, undereye bags, and be gone!

I liked using this eye cream, the applicator was so soothing and cooling, it also allows you to disperse the cream evenly and you use just enough! It felt like it hydrated and lifted the eye area. Out of all the products in this range this is the one I would definitely purchase!
