L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Re-Plumping Gel Wash

I have oily skin so normally gravitate towards gel cleansers. The texture and product is refreshing on the skin and is easily moved around with gentle circular motions. It didn't leave my skin with any sensitivity or reaction after using. Upon rinsing off my skin felt clean- but not stripped. It also felt soft and hydrated which is a bonus. I hate when my skin feels tight after cleansing so this has been a pleasant experience. This is a great option if you're after a gel wash that won't leave your skin feeling uncomfortable or tight. Highly recommended for my oily/combo skin types. But I feel like this would also suit dry skin types as due to the Hyaluronic Acid it leaves your skin feeling plumped and hydrated.

First things first, packaging! There was no excess packaging with this, no boxes or stuffing. Just the tube of product in a delightful purple! It comes in a 150ml tube, which given how little you need to use should last a good while.

The scent of the gel is quite floral, but definitely not overpowering. Quite light and not offensive in any way. It is very easy to use, a small pea size amount in the hand and massage over a wet face. This worked ideal for me as part of my morning shower routine. It foamed up to a silky, dense foam lather that removed my eye make up easily. Quick rinse under the shower head, and done!

There was no tightness or dryness after use, just a clean fresh feeling. After a few days use, I feel it is an effective cleanser. However, I did not notice any plumping or feel any hydrating qualities as claimed on the packaging.

Whilst I would recommend this as a nice cleanser, I would not recommend it for it's stated benefits.

I really liked this gel wash. I tend to shy away from face washes as they can irritate my skin or give me small breakouts. I was very happy to see that my skin thrived using this. Firstly it smells really nice. Not sure how to describe but not that soapy smell (although does still taste soapy if you get it in your mouth). I used a small amount and it lathered easily. Once washed I found my skin felt soft, moisturised and clean. My skin looked healthy and refreshed. After using for a week I noticed my skin wasn't as dry and had a nice glow to it. I'm excited to continue using in my daily routine.

Gone are the days of cleansers that leave your skin feeling dry and under-nourished. This new release from L’Oreal Paris promised to leave my skin feeling hydrated and plump and it didn't disappoint. It's a light clear gel that foams nicely as you gently rub it into your face. It rinses off well with no residue. It also has a pleasant floral scent that wasn't overwhelming. Use morning and night for the best results.

Definitely cleanses well and feel the hydration afterwards which is nice as some cleanses csn leave a tight or dry feeling. Not sure if I noticed a huge difference in my skin as such. Did find it a little blotchy red after cleansing but didn't feel tight or irritated. Would continue using and probably would recommend to others to use too. Might see a bit more improvements after using it a bit longer. Also has a nice smell to it .

First thing you notice with this product is the beautiful scent inviting you for the great experience. Initially I found the gel to be a bit runnier than usual gel wash/foam cleansers so it's easy to "overuse". I tried using with my hands initially and it was a wee bit difficult to get the foam formed up because every now and then I lay up the foam over my face and leave for 3-5 seconds. I used the facial form maker to build up and the foams came out very thick yet gentle. With this gel wash, I've kept my usual beauty regime and I did noticed that my face doesn't feel as dry as the previous ones I've used. I used to have to put something on my face straight out of shower but with this, I definitely felt like I didn't need to rush.

I was so excited to try this product the hyaluronic acid. In my mid 30s I really need to focus on anti aging, yet also consider the combination skin (some dry, some prone to break outs). This product is great for anti aging and dry areas, while I've not had the opportunity to use it for long, I love the smooth feel of my skin after use. My skin feels firm and hydrated, with no detrimental impact on break outs. You don't need to use much, and it smells great. I like knowing there is science behind it and I'm looking forward to seeing the long term effects, I feel I can trust this product with what I have seen so far (about a week).

I have used this delicious smelling product twice a day since I received it. I found that it doesn't remove make up as a stand alone so a double cleanse (my norm) is definitely necessary. It didn't foam up too much but felt smooth and went on easily. My skin definitely felt clean and fresh when rinsed off, but once dried off; my skin felt tight and dry. Since using this product, the skin around my eye area feels drier and the wrinkles appear more defined than the usually are. This may be because I went too close to the delicate area? There were a few more breakouts than usual too. I do have to wonder if this is better suited to younger skin (I am in my 50s) and it was just too potent for mine. I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it didn't plump, hydrate or improve my lines.

This is a very hydrating cleanser which doesn't dry my skin out and leaves it feeling very smooth and soft. For the most part it does what it says - leaving it smooth and replumped with moisture. However, though I didn't try it long enough so far to see any anti-ageing improvements, it's not what I would expect to see from a cleanser. I would definitely use this again, as I love the feel of it when using and after use, particularly the softness of my skin and the fact I don't feel I need to immediately apply moisturiser after using it to stop my skin from shrivelling up. Furthermore, though it doesn't make any difference on the product itself, the packaging is very attractive and an added bonus.

I was lucky enough to be selected to trial this product and after using the same foaming face wash for such a long time, I was excited to try something different.

This cleanser comes in a soft tube bottle which means that it is easy to squeeze the required amount out - I did find a little of this product goes a long way which make it great value for money.

I haven't used a drug-store cleanser in such a long time prior to this so I was nervous that my skin wouldn't like it and I would break-out - Spoilers it didn't!

This has a gel like texture so it doesn't grab or pull when massaging into the skin, it glides on super easily and when water is added it doesn't intensely foam up, which I really liked as it felt like a serum texture that you massaged in.

It does contain fragrance which is a little strong but it is not offensive and doesn't linger on the skin once rinsed off. It kind of reminded me like a fresh spa sort of scent.

I use this day and night, and found that this cleanser hydrates and leaves my skin feeling fresh and smooth. I do use a 'Face Halo' cloth to remove my make up and follow with the 'L'Oréal Gel Wash' to cleanse my skin and remove any residue.

I have really have been enjoying using this and my skin is loving it!! I will definitely grab a new bottle once this one is all gone!
