Lancome Genifique Advanced Genifique Light Pearl Review

I am always hunting for a miracle cream, serum, moisturiser, beauty hack, anything to keep fine lines around my eyes as fine as they can be and anything that minimises dark under eye circles, I have sleeping problems and my eye circles sometimes look so bad I look like I have been in a brawl. So when I saw this advertised on TV I was so excited and drove the 4 hour round trip to purchase it.

Inside the box is the instruction leaflet with everything you need to know about the product and how to use it. The packaging of this is very stylish, it's an opaque silver with the applicator easy to screw on and off, the applicator itself I love. I did do some homework on this product before I brought it and heard many people say how loose the tear drop ball is, but I find it doesn't move around much at all and I still have full control rubbing it under and above my eye. You do need to swirl the applicator around the opening of the bottle to remove some of the excess serum before applying it to your eye. The serum itself is like milky water colour and it has quite a thin consistency making it easy to apply.

I love applying this it feels so refreshing and cooling and i do spend 1-2 minutes on each eye massaging it in, It does take a while to absorb and dry. It's easy to apply makeup over it and isn't noticeable.

After about 5 days using it morning and night I noticed a difference but one I wasn't expecting. I can't squint or half close my eyes It feels like it keeps my eyes open its amazing and weird at the same time. As for the lines I had a teeny one under my eye and now I can't see it and the eye bags have lessened and even my mumma has noticed a difference in my eyes. This really is a WOW product for me and can't see me giving it up anytime soon

I received this of the lovely bexb, as I was after some thing for my wrinkles around my eyes I was contemplating Botox so we are looking at serious wrinkles. A grey bottle with a really nice applicator it's a stick with a teardrop shaped ball attached, I'm in love with this applicator it's so nice to swirl this around my eyes so and cooling and such a lovely way to apply this eye serum.

This is milky white with a thin consistently, the scent reminds me faintly off pva glue just a hint of it. This I swirl around my delicate eye area not only softly massaging my skin but loading it up with this serum, soft and cooling, I sort of twirl the ball in the bottle up the neck to take of any extra serum. Directions are great, for me just pressing on my lines ah does wonders, it's so nice to be able to put a serum nearly in the corner of my eye. After day five my darkness under my eyes has greatly lessened my lines are definitely looking better, I found this from the first application my skin was refreshed and puffiness was greatly reduced. I also seem to have less squinting power or my skin around my eyes has a little less movement I haven't had Botox I'm thinking maybe it's like that as some of my friends have had it done, it sounds similar, not as frozen.

I had to get myself some I brought myself to full sized and have been using it morning and night. Definitely worth trying, I got results:)

I purchased this serum mainly for ABOVE my eyes, not under them. I really want to prevent my hooded lids from dropping too much but I did mainly notice this product working under my eyes. It really tightened my skin up! I tried to pull my bottom lid way from my eye to apply my eyeliner and it would barely budge!! I was pleasantly suprised since I was only using the product for a week.

I found the applicator rather annoying. You have to wipe off some product and then if you don't have enough, it pulls on your skin a little. Because of this, I kept getting TOO much product and some would dry on my skin which I could feel later. I wasn't too impressed by that. Instead, I use the applicator to put some product on my fingers and tap it into my skin. This works heaps better for me.

I will continue to battle my drooping eyelids and repurchase this product.

Lets start with the packaging. The black boxed packaging has the Lancome signature small rose on it and also a silver tear drop/pearl on the front of the box. The packaging makes you feel you are in for a high quality, luxurious experience. On the boxed packaging there is also clear written instructions along with a visual on how to apply Lancome Genifique Advanced Genifique Light Pearl.

Once the box is opened there is an elegant, sturdy glass bottle that is silver in colour with a steel like cap. The cap has the Lancome signature small rose on top.

To use, simply twist the silver cap open to reveal the magical 360 degree eye massage applicator. The applicator swivels to the contour of your eye, so is very flexible when using. It is like a magical wand.

I apply Lancome Genifique Advanced Genifique Light Pearl after cleansing in the morning and the evening. Be patient when applying as it doesn't absorb instantly.

Before applying, I swirl the light pearl applicator around the neck of the bottle to remove any excess serum before applying. A little truly goes a long way. Then with the light pearl applicator simply sweep back and forth around the eye contour and massaging with small circular movements. You will work out very quickly a routine of application that will suit just you. - wide arcing motions, circular motions both big and small and don't forget to go across your upper lash line as well.

The tear shaped bead that massages the serum on and around your eye area is very cooling and relaxing. My skin feels instantly energised. The serum is fragrance free and has a light- medium weight gel consistency. I have sensitive eyes and the Lancome Genifique Advanced Genifique Light Pearl has not caused myself any irritation in the way of dryness or itching.

I can't stress enough how wonderful the cooling sensation is upon applying. At the time of writing my review today, I have been using Lancome Genifique Advanced Genifique Light Pearl twice a day for just over 2 weeks and have already noticed some small differences. My eye area appears firm and brighter - I don't look as tired and my eye area is definitely well hydrated.

I love this product and will continue to use.

I'll be honest, when I found out I was reviewing this product I was more than a little skeptical. You see having been unblessed in the eye lash department I've tried lots of lotions and potions over the years to make them a little nicer but nothing has come close to this. After using it for nearly 3 weeks I can 100% confirm this stuff is magic! My lashes are longer and thicker looking and now when I swipe the mascara brush through them I actually have lashes that aren't just stumps. The product itself is beautifully presented, and has clear easy to follow instructions. It is easy to apply and didn't irritate my eye area at all - super important for me being a contact lenses wearer. I have already recommended this to a couple of friends and can definitely see myself purchasing this when I run out

I was so lucky to be given this fabulous trial. I love Lancome and have concerns about my eye area due to aging.

This product comes in gorgeous black and gray packaging. The bottle inside the box is silver and trendy, and looks luxurious. The twist top opens to a wand with a silver ball on the end, offering easy application to the entire eye area. I find the silver ball to be quite cooling against my eyes.

The product is a white cloudy serum, and quite thick. It starts with a strong chemical scent, which I don't particularly like.

The product is easy to roll around the eye area and eye lashes and I have been applying it this way twice per day since receiving it Well, applying to my eye area twice daily, I have been applying it to my lashes only at night, which has been sufficient to get results. It absorbs quickly and does not cause any irritation.

I have noticed a tightening around my eyes and a reduction of eye bags. I'm noticing a definite difference in the thickness and length of my lashes, and this is the most obvious advantage of the product, but also my eye contour is improved, as per the product claim. I'm hoping for even greater results once the bottle, currently half full, is finished.

I love this product and highly recommend it.

I have been using this eye concentrate for about 3 weeks now, morning and night. Comes in a cool little grey glass container. Easy to throw in your toilet bag when travelling. Make sure you tap the applicator on the side of the bottle before applying to your eye area as there as a lot of product comes out and you don't need very much. Is very soothing massaging the cool applicator around your eye area. Make sure to stroke over the lashes at the end. Be very careful you don't have too much product on the applicator as it hurts if you get some in your eye. My lashes are looking great and people have commented on how long they are. My eyes area is looking much better with wrinkles not so noticeable. Will definitely use again.

This product is a multi tasker for the eyes - I was a bit skeptical about the claims of better looking lashes as well as an illuminated, smoother eye area.

The applicator is very cool but a bit hard to describe - it makes the application intuitive and easy. You just sort of roll this around your eye area, following the contours, and be sure to get it on your lash line and lashes too. I did poke myself in the eye a couple of times to start but soon found my rhythm.

It feels instantly cooling on the eye area, a delight on these hot evenings and a refreshing wake up call in the mornings. I didnt find it tacky or sticky, as with traditional lash serums / eye serums, it's a very smooth, light formula.

It definitely works to depuff eye bags immediately, you look much brighter in the eye area minutes after use, than minutes before use!

Over this trial period I think my eyes look brighter and less dark. I've been using this with the Advanced Genifique serum so its hard to say which has had the most impact on fine lines around my eyes, but I will say my smile lines and crows feet do look greatly improved.

My lashes have been a revelation. This doesn't make any claims about lash growth, instead I think its more of a lash conditioner. My lashes look and feel thicker and stronger, even on non-mascara days.

All up, its a great multi tasker for those wanting a lash boost and a general improvement to the eye contour.

Initial impression of this silver glass bottle is opulence. The serum is a milky colour and slightly creamy. The lid has a metal tear drop applicator designed to massage the serum around your eyes and lash line.

Designed to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, depuff eyebags and reduce dark circles as well as beautify lashes.

I used this morning and night for approximately 3 weeks and found that the lines around my eyes appear less noticable and believe the massaging pearl has also helped with this. I feel that over a longer period of time this could improve more.

I don't have puffy eyes so cannot vouch for that and my dark circles unfortunately will never go due to genetics. As for my lashes they will need more time to notice any difference and will add to this review if I notice any change.

The skin around my eyes are kept hydrated/moisturized while using this serum as well as using a moisturizer on top. This will not be in everyone's budget however it is worth a try.
