I use this often at my friend's place as she has a tub of it. I've found that when I take it out of the pot its thick and needs some water to soften. It takes some work to soften into a nice consistency. When using I like that it smells of lavender but there are still clumps on my face which is irritating. I usually use this to remove makeup and it does do a decent job. When washing it off I find it's hard to remove and often I have to keep using water to make sure the soap is off. My face afterwards feels soft to touch which I like. Overall nice product but I prefer a cleanser that is liquid so I don't have to keep working to make it a nice consistency.

Tips: I've found using warm water when taking off helps and ot comes off a lot faster. I prefer washing my face with cold water because of health benefits but for this warm water needs to be used.
I am a huge fan of Lush products and I love their store ambiance! Angles on bare skin are the most loved cleanser. It leaves your skin glowing and smooth.
Angels on bare skin has received great reviews in the beauty community so I bought it expecting greatness and it to be life changing and It did all the things it said it would, deeply cleansed my skin without leaving it dry or with residue.
The thing I didn't like and why I wouldn't buy it again is that its really messy! I didn't like sticking my fingers in the same pot, it seemed unhygenic to me, rubbing it together to emulsify was chunky and messy and washing my face with it and rinsing there would always be little bits of product in my sink that I didn't like.
I love this stuff. It's lightly exfoliating which leaves you smooth and glowy, while being gentle enough that I've had no problems using it through hormonal acne, sunburn, etc. The pot is a great size and lasts for ages. It's a holy grail product for me.
Tips: They'll give you a discount on your next pot if you bring in the empty one to recycle!
I used AOBS for years exclusively until for some random reason I stopped and started trying other cleansers. It gave me soft clean skin and I really liked the clean herbal smell about it. I always used it in the shower because the warm water helped it spread easily. I would happily go back to using Angels but I am currently stuck on the great results from the Bonbon Mocha face scrub.
Tips: A little scoop, a little bit of warm water, knead it to a paste then apply to face. Shouldn't have too many crumbs falling off that way. It's not the kind of thing I want to waste falling in the sink or on the floor of the shower!
I got given a sample of this cleanser for my birthday, this was the first lush product I had ever tried and was quite surprised as i thought the lush shop was just all soaps and body washes. The cleanser is a thick paste with bits of lavender flowers through it and it has a really nice herb smell to it. I found it quite hard to rub onto my face but if you work in your hand with water first it's alot easier to apply. It left my face very clean and didn't dry it out so it definitely felt soft and moistured afterwards.
