I have had terribly dry skin lately. Especially on my cheeks and around my nose. My usual moisturiser just wasn't doing much and my BB cream looked terrible. So I decided to try this wee beauty.
It comes in a standard lush pot and a little definately goes a long way with this. It is quite thick and creamy and smells fresh and pleasant. I have been using this morning and night and along with the let the good times roll cleanser my skin is no longer dry.
My only problem with this moisturiser is it feels a bit heavy on my skin especially in the hot weather and can feel a bit tacky which for me I really hate. So for that reason I gave it 4/5. I think I will try another lush moisturiser when I have finished this. Something a bit lighter. So for me I prefer using this at night and I wake up with gorgeous, soft skin. It is super hydrating. It does not give me breakouts.
I would recommend this for people with very dry skin. It is lovely but remember you only need a tiny bit.
One of the Lush lovelies put a sample of it in my last order and I hadn't tried it before, so was curious to try it. At first I wasn't sure of this moisturiser. It has a more natural smell to it, so not overly fragranced which is great for those that aren't so keen on strong fragrances in their products like myself.
It states that it is for sensitive skin and I was dubious because lots of products state that. Okay, so for those that know me, will know how sensitive and dry my skin is and when I say this is really good, I mean it. So its not a 'miracle' product but it does do what it promises. It leaves my skin feeling moisturised, and looks and feels smooth. It could be me but I think it gives a nice radiant look to my skin.
The formula itself is interesting. Its not thick but at the same time its not thin either, in the words of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, it is 'Just Right'.
Tips: If you are still unsure as to whether this is the right product for your skin, I would recommend asking for a sample of it, you won't know if you don't try it :-)
