Lush Lip Scrub Review

This lip scrub is so good. It rubs off all that needs to come off to make your lips feel all smooth again. So hard not to eat it all! I have the cola one and it smells amazing. Would definitely repurchase

I don't often wander into Lush as I do find the stores many aromas quite overpowering, but when on holiday my lips started feeling the winter chill and flaking I remembered some of the rave reviews of this scrub and had to take a look!

I have this in 'Bubblegum' and it's just like tasting lollies, very yummy. The pot stores a decent amount of scrub so is quite good value. The packaging is really good for throwing in your bag and exfoliating your lips whenever you need!

I was pretty suprised by the consistency of the scrub - I expected something thicker, more like a body scrub. Instead it's exactly like the ingredients listed on the container, castor sugar with flavouring and colour. If you wanted you could whip some up yourself in the kitchen but for those who like convenience like me, this is great.

I rub a little of this gently over my lips whenever they start to feel flaky or when I need some help removing old lip colour which has clung to my lips. The sugar formula does make a slight mess but I find if you use a slightly damp fingertip the sugar clings better. Then lightly scrub your lips and lick off any extra! Definately a must-have for soft lips and will be repurchasing when this runs out.

I got given one of these Lush lip scrubs as a birthday gift and was very skeptical at first. I put some on my lips and scrubbed away expecting nothing to happen - a lip scrub, whatever will they think of next!?

I was amazed - and now use it twice a week. It just gives my lips a wee smooth over and keeps them looking and feeling nice. The popcorn flavour has grown on me, although I wouldn't mind trying others!

A gorgeous and delishious scrub that leaves your lips feeling so soft and smooth. The bubblegum flavour is to die for and I find it hard not to just eat it!

Love this product so muuuch!! My friend recently brought me this for me for my birthday present. It leaves my lips so soft and i just love how its all natural definitely recommend this. I have bubblegum flavour one and its so nice, just lick it off my lips after i have scrubbed them.

This product is a must-have! My lips can sometimes get pretty dry and look 'flakey'.. Not a good combo for when you want to put a lippy on (especially as it draws even more attention to your lips that are as dry as the Sahara desert!).

This scrub is an amazing exfoliater and leaves your lips super smooth. Not only does it work wonders, but you can lick it straight off your lips for a cheeky sweet snack. I have this in Mint Julip which is my absolute favourite! It leaves you feeling minty fresh :)

Where has this been all my life! I suffer from dry flaky lips which makes lipstick look horrible. After reading the reviews on here I decided to give it a try. I got bubble gum a sweet candy flavour and mint julip a minty flavour that leaves a tingle on you lips. I love both these flavours and am keen to give the other flavours a go. This was the first lip scrub I have used and had not heard of any before. After using this for a couple of days I can say this is the best product for people who have flaky lips or for anyone that want to refresh there lips. My lips have never felt so good and my lipstick look amazing now. I will continue to use and buy these.

I came across this lip scrub via my teenage daughter who let me try it. I was hooked so off to the Lush shop I went and purchased my own. Bubblegum was the only flavour left. I couldn't believe sugar could be useful this way and after it cleared away any dry skin on my lips, it's also left them feeling moisturised and so clean after I licked all the sugar away. Then it left a little residue behind, making my lips look glossy. At work after lunch I like to reapply my lippy but I don't like touching up without first removing the remnants of the old application. My Lush lip scrub comes to the rescue. That 25g jar seems to last a good while because you only need a little at a time. It has a great taste of course. The jar is made of glass hence maybe why it's pricey for something that is small and has like four ingredients in it. It is preservative free so it's expiry date is about 1 year from its manufacturing date. The packaging could do with a little more colour but it does have all the necessary information.
