I love, love, love Lush!
This bath bomb is the same size as the majority of Lush bath bombs, and is white and pink with a mistletoe (I think..?) leaf on the top. it has a few circle colours on the outside of the dome too, and is actually really pretty. I am pretty sure it shares the twilight scent but I will have to double check.
When this bath bomb hits the water, it puts on a show and I love it. I don't want to spend $8 on a bath bomb for nothing to happen so I love this bath bomb because it lights up the water with pops of bright colours before settling down and making the bath a beautiful, shimmery pink colour. So pretty.
I love the smell of this bath bomb as well, and I think it could be one of my favourite scents from the Lush range. It fills the bathroom up with this slightly sweet, lush smell and it smells so good.
The bath bomb is so easy to clean up afterwards, and the bath just needs a quick rinse to be cleaned. It leaves your skin covered in a gentle shimmer and leaves you and the bathroom smelling delicious.
I am a huge fan.
In my endeavours to become a Lush addict I purchased this bath ballistic along with maybe the rest of the product range heehee, I collected three of these in my quest (oops).
I could smell this through the wrapper and it was enticing with it's sweet lavender and ylang ylang (smelt more like lavender and sweet vanilla). The first impressions of a half pink half white sphere with multi-coloured discs embedded all around it was interesting to say the least. the small holly decoration had me intrigued on whether it would dissolve of hang around (it hung around and had no desire to vanish in the bath water and sunk immediately).
The white fizzed off very quickly releasing it' captive colourful discs as the pink continued to fizz around the bath in a vibrant display that left me entranced. The thing I wasn't aware of with this bath bomb is that inside is a whole mountain of shimmer (Oh Yes... I was covered... the bath was covered... my sheets ended up covered). This silver shimmery dust was swirling through the beautiful pink foamy water and settling on me in a way that would make you want to party afterwards.
I thought I would skip moisturising afterwards as other Lush bombs had left me feeling moisturised but this one is actually quite a dry bomb and my skin looked parched after a short while out of the bath.
