This is a good product however it doesn't totally do what I would like it to, it is great at getting off powder products such as eyeshadow and eyebrow powder, and other pace products like foundation and face powder. I found that this did little to remove my more stubborn products such as mascara and eyeliner also highly pigmented lipsticks. I would use it again if I was just looking to quickly remove my makeup. I do think that to effectively remove your makeup you do need to follow up with a cleanser or some form of makeup remover as I don't think it gets 100% of makeup off. All in all it is a relatively good product and I would use it again just not on its own.

Manicare Makeup Remover Towel Review
This towel effectively removes stubborn make up with just water, leaving your skin feeling clean and fresh. And the best part of it is - you can just throw it in the wash and reuse it, time and time again!

Tips: I recommend using a makeup remover or a face cleanser afterward so that make up doesn't clog the pores, or using a eye makeup before or afterward as it doesn't seem to get off water proof products. I wouldn't use this alone unless I really just wanted to get my makeup off and get into bed because it does leave a layer of makeup on, for me it did anyway.
I was really excited to receive this product to trial for a week. I thought yay, finally an easy way to remove my makeup without ruining all of my good face cloths! My normal makeup removing routine is some gentle soap on a face cloth then my usual face cleanser, which always does the trick! The packaging for this product says "just add water" - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The manicare face cloth just smeared my foundation over my face, and didn't remove much at all. As for my eyeliner and mascara, we'll, it left me looking like a raccoon. It took some of the mascara and eye liner off, however what was on the face cloth did not wash out!
Pros: Small, travel size face cloth Quick to dry
Cons: Didn't remove much of my makeup Mascara and eyeliner stains
I received his cute pink soft towel to remove all stubborn makeup.
First of all you had to machine wash it before use to make it more softer but not too sure why. Guess it is like how you should wash new towels first before use so they work better.
Instructions say that to wet one side of the towel and use circular movements to remove stubborn makeup and then use the other side of the towel to get the residual makeup off. It was good to get rid of the normal makeup but did not remove any of my waterproof mascara. I had to use makeup remover solution to do that unfortunately. However when I wore my normal mascara the next day the towel did. Good job.
Was handy to use but didn't remove stubborn makeup.
Tips: Like that it is reusable. Definitely nice and soft on the skin.
First of all, thanks Beauty Review for the trial op!
The product itself is a long pink fluffy cloth, which is very soft. The first thing I noticed about it was that it took a while to feel really wet. After running it under the tap and wringing it out, it still feels dry to touch, but feels damp on your face.
As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup, this product was good for getting off most of my makeup however I needed to go over my eyes a couple times to get the mascara off. I feel like if you wore a lot of eye makeup, you may need to use another product to help get it off.
It's a good product to use at the end of the night, rather than makeup remover wipes, especially if you have sensitive skin. I think that this will be good for travel and I will continue to use it.
Tips: Good for light makeup, you may need to go over a couple times if you're wearing heavy eye makeup etc. Worth getting a couple if you use it everyday as it can get dirty quickly!
I have used many make up removing products; from make up wipes to make up cleansing balms. They have all done the trick but there has always one down buzz- they haven't always effectively removed stubborn mascara and eye make up. I was excited to try the Manicare Makeup Removing Towel. It promised to remove stubborn makeup with just water. And leave your skin feeling clean. When i first tried it, I wet one side and rubbed my eye make up and guess what, it came off straight away! It left my face feeling clean, although I did use cleanser as well as this is part of my daily routine. I have continued to use this every day, it is great if you do not have much time to take off your make up. The only downside is that you need to wash it often to keep it clean. I am glad i discovered this product - and finally found a product that quickly effectively takes off my eye make up!
Tips: Use one half of the towel each time so that you can use the other half next time. This is so you do not have to wash it everyday
This wee towel was great. I was a bit skeptical at first, but really removes all you make up. I don't have heavy make up, probably just average but it took it all off. Even eyeliner and mascara! Make sure you wash it before you use it.
Tips: It says to was it once a week but I wash it probably every four days. I'm going to get another one so I can keep using one while the other is in the wash
I picked one of these up thinking it was a microfiber towel. Lesson 1, read the materials listed on the packet.
However while it looked like the microfiber cloth I had but wasn't, it did clean nearly as well. With lighter make up it wiped it away in seconds, with heavier make up (particularly around they eyes) a bit more rubbing and scrubbing is required.
All and all, the cloth did what it promised and perfermed how I hoped.
I also put mine in the washing machine nearly every night to remove the black eyeliner stains and they always come out properly.
Tips: Serveral of these types of cloths are useful.
The manicuring makeup remover towel is super soft and gentle on your skin but the result is the same as a wet face cloth would give.
I would use this in place of an ordinary face cloth because of its softness and gentlenses.
I tested this over 2 days then washed it and it came out new! The makeup would not rinse out of it prior to washing it as a microfiber cloth would not but I do like the result after it being washed. It was still in as new condition and just as soft.
I will continue to use the manicure makeup remover cloth and do recommend it to people who find a ordinary face cloth too harsh on their skin.
Tips: Make sure you wet the cloth.
This works - it really works! Your makeup is removed gently and efficiently! I love how you just add water and how the cloth is reusable. You can save so much money on makeup wipes and makeup removers!
Tips: Great if you're on a budget!
I in no way expected this to work so well! It got every bit of my make-up off and I purposefully put on my toughest make-up. I love how soft it is so does not leave my skin feeling sand papered and is so easy to use and I love not having to use unneeded products and the fact that it is reusable is a HUGE plus for me!
