I love this! First thought after opening is that it is so soft! It doesn't irritate skin like many makeup wipes can so it's perfect for sensitive skin. I love the pink colour, hides stains well and is nice and bright. It does a great job at removing makeup with just a little water. Sometimes I will add makeup remover for more stubborn makeup. I love how this is a reusable way to remove makeup, instead of disposing wipes all the time and you can just rewash it.

Manicare Makeup Remover Towel Review
This towel effectively removes stubborn make up with just water, leaving your skin feeling clean and fresh. And the best part of it is - you can just throw it in the wash and reuse it, time and time again!

Tips: Always follow with a cleanser to completely remove makeup and clean skin.
Getting old brought me more awareness on sustainability and skincare almost at the same time. For a couple of years, I have an internal conflict between the two but reusable make up remover towels like this is just the perfect solution!
It does the job well, very smooth on the face, and easy to use. It works, of course with the right remover (I use micellar water). The one I have is a bit longer than what I can see in the photo, so I work my way from one end to the other.
Every few days, I do a deep rinse, maybe some soap and a bit of micellar and then throw it in the washing and it comes out brand spanking new. I think it says there is a limit to how you can reuse but since I don't put make up too often, it has lasted me for at least a year now.
Tips: Before you throw it in the washing, rinse it with either some mild detergent or inexpensive micellar water!
I love this make up removed towels after changing soley to these 3 months ago.
They are about as effective as a make up removing wipe (i find i still always end up with mascara left behind) but they are nowhere near as harsh.
Because I have sensitive skin I find sometime remover wipes make my under eyes sting.
I do not use this wipe just on its on, i find the texture a bit weird without using a cleanser or remover with it, so I always team it up with one.
My only complaint is it shows up everything you take off, so while the pink is cute it would be better if it came in black.
Easy to wash - I usually use some sort of brush cleaner in between days then throw it in the washing machine
I received the white version of this in a BBBE. I don't use this in the traditional way of just adding water I prefer to use this in combination with my Trilogy cleansing oil to remove excess Mascara residue gently. Make up wipes tend to irritate my eyes even sensitive ones so this reusable towel is prefect as I can just gently glide over my eyes without rubbing.
The towel unfortunately being white shows up stains and while some stains do come out in the wash you can't use bleach on them so over time it looks rather dirty.
At $14.95 it's a very reasonable price as a good pack of wipes can set you back $10 and these are environmental friendly. I highly recommend this towel.
Tips: Great for sensitive skin but wash regularly.
Packaging was nice and simple; resealable bag is a plus! It feels amazing! So soft.. very similar to a microfiber cloth; but fluffier & its bright pink, which is a good colour if you're unorganized like me..
Following instructions on the back: machine wash prior to use. It doesn't take very long to dry which is a bonus (would be especially useful if traveling and camping!) I study for 3 days then 3 days of work which means I was able to test this product on light vs heavy foundation.
Light make up its perfect for; following the instructions just wet with warm water then watch the magic happen! :) Had no problem removing mineral powder, tinted lip balm & pencil eyeliner. Skin looks so fresh and clean afterwards too which is a must for my problem skin! :(
On full coverage makeup, I would recommend using a follow up cleanser or makeup remover. Unfortunately with only a gentle motion (same as on light makeup) it only spread my concealer around; giving it a strange blotchy appearance; although with more pressure and an extra few moments it did manage to remove most of the concealer/powder combo.. I found it didn't like my mascara either; the cloth kept somehow getting stuck on my eyelashes. Although I have always had a problem with stubborn mascara! And happily it removed my liquid eyeliner and lipstick with ease.
All in all; neat product & cute design. Will be something I will take away traveling for convenience but will be sure to pack some backup make up remover wipes too ;) Would be perfect for those nights when you just want to quickly remove the day from your face and hop into bed!

Tips: After use can either machine wash, or if you're like me and don't manage to find time to do a load of washing each day; just rinsing in hot water with antibacterial soap has the same effect. Although I would recommend washing atleast 2x week (using 5 days or more a week) as we all know how much bad stuff we gather onto our faces each day! :/
The manicare makeup removing towel is something that's out of the ordinary. I was really intrigued with this product as it claims to remove makeup just by adding water. Luckily, I was able to give this a go and see if it really works or not. To my surprise, it DOES work and the great thing is, you only clean your face with WATER (no harsh chemicals whatsoever!). Even though I'm one of those people who luckily has a not-so sensitive skin, I still prefer to use products with natural ingredients especially when it comes to cleansing my skin so for me, this product works wonders (and it could work well for people with sensitive skin too).
The product came in a travel-sized packaging in a clear pouch like a zip bag. The towel's in a pretty pink color and the texture is so soft! At first, I was a bit scared to use it but after feeling it's texture, it feels like one of those that you'll use for a baby's skin.
The packaging comes with instructions on how to use it. First step is to machine wash prior to use. For me, I skipped this step and just wet the towel to use but it might be best to follow this step as some lint came off the towel (I guess the purpose for washing it first is to get rid of this). The next steps are easy, you just soak a part of the towel, use it to clean your face, then viola! Your make up comes off! :)
On a day-to-day basis, I normally just put on some light coverage makeup with nude/brown shades. To test this towel a bit further, I used it after having a great night out in town. I went for a heavier look with smoky black eyes, dark red lipstick, and more coverage. To my surprise, it still works (but I had to cleanse my face a bit longer than usual).
With regards to how many days I used the towel before washing it again, it took me 4 days before I decided to machine wash the towel. I used up a quarter (like splitting it in 4 boxes) of the towel each day and didn't even manage to use up the whole space (as I don't have much to clean off a daily basis) but after 4 days, I feel like it would best to clean it rather than use it again. I washed the part of the towel I use each night with my body wash but not all the makeup residue comes off. To me personally, having to use a towel again and again where I see parts of it looking stained is a no-no so I had to clean it after using it a few times.
After machine wash, it's all clean and good to use again so I have no complaints about this.
Overall, I think this product is amazing. It does what it claims and it didn't harm my skin. It would save you a lot rather than having to buy makeup wipes and get new ones once they ran out. But for people who's not into putting effort on cleaning makeup products and prefers disposable ones, this would not suit them, as it would take a bit of care and effort to use this product and use it to it's full potential.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone but also would be depending on the person's preference for cleansing products.
Tips: So you don't have to wash the towel again and again, it would be good to just use one side of the towel every time you use it. With normal makeup wipes/towels that are disposable, people's tendency is to use the whole wipe in one go. For this towel, it would be unwise to do that as you'll easily ran out of clean space to use for cleaning your face.
Also, this would suit people who's on a budget but wants a reliable cleaning product as you won't have to buy wipes once they ran out. But if you're someone who doesn't have time to clean the product every so often, then best to stick with the disposable wipes or facial wash. :)
This is my first makeup removing towel. But I did want to get it since I got into using wipes and I figured I could save money and also my sensitive skin as some wipes are really irritating for my eyes and face. I got it in the bright pink eye catching shade. This towel is really soft and when it's wet gets off all your makeup - more waterproof eyeliner and mascara, concealer, lipstick, although I haven't tried it with the longwearing lip stains or those transfer proof liquid lipsticks. But usually by the time I take off my makeup in the evening my lipstick has come off and so it's not really much to remove. Everything comes off without a lot of rubbing which is great for my sensitive skin. I still use an oil cleanser afterwards but I think this removes pretty much everything. I would say it's probably more effective than wipes it terms of cleaning and just because it's larger and got more surface area than a wipe. I also like that for my sensitive skin I can use just water to get a thorough clean. Now for the main con and why I don't use this every night. I can't just pop it in the wash and expect it to come out stain free. It'll come out cleaner, it'll definitely have less makeup on it but it'll still have brown beige stains from my foundation and concealer and I can still see the outlines of my eyeliner and mascara on it plus my brown pencil and products and eyeshadow. I could use it in that state and it'll wipe off whatever makeup I have on clean but I don't really like trying to get my face cleaner with something that looks dirty. You also won't find makeup stains or pink lint on any of the other items you have washing in the machine with the makeup removing towel. If I want it looking as good as new I have to handwash out the stains with laundry detergent. That being said I've used it, left it out to dry and scrubbed out the stains by hand a few days later and popped it in with a load of washing and it came out looking good as new. I think this a nice and handy makeup removing item to have but you need to have the time to scrub the stains out by hand if you want it looking as good as new. And I just don't see myself hand washing seven of these in order to not use wipes anymore. But I possibly might buy a couple more in the future.
Tips: These are fantastic for spot cleaning your makeup brushes particularly if you have Wayne Goss or blue squirrel hair brushes which aren't meant to be washed every week. This cloth gets all the makeup out and the brush dries quickly. If you have sensitive skin you don't need a strong detergent to scrub the stains out I found a milder laundry detergent did the trick.
