Manicare Salon Thermal Sonic Cleanser

This is seriously one of the best skincare products I have used, such a great little tool for cleansing the face! Firstly the packaging is nice and its easy to follow the instructions on how to use it. Remove from packaging and charge for 3 hours before use on the cute little device that it sits on to charge it with. I love that I don't have to buy batteries for it and it lasts up to 3 hours of usage. The Thermal sonic cleanser has 3 vibrating settings and a warming setting aswell. You just wet your face and add some cleanser onto the cleansing brush then glide onto your face in circular motions. It feels like its really giving my face a deep clean and leaves it fresh. I recommend this product its such a cool idea for cleaning the face and I use it every day now.

After using various electric face brushes I was sceptical as this one doesn't have fibre bristles. However after the first use I was blown away after a fiddly setup, let me break it down.

Theres no instructions so it took me a few goes to get it right. First you have to charge it for 3 hours, and you have to have your own wall plug that takes a USB A port (luckily I have lots of these). Theres also no light to say its charging so you just have to hope you put it on the charging pad correctly.

After 3 hours I took it off. The on button you hold down on the side until the light on the underside is green. Then if you want the heating setting you hold the wavey icon button beside it down until the underside light is red. This means its heating up. Then you add cleanser and water directly to the top.

After the setup I started using circular motions over my face. It starts off feeling a little wrong and dry but the cleanser quickly lathers up into a thing layer. Then it starts to feel great and the heating setting has heated up. I used circular motions all over my face for about 1 minute (the nose was a little hard to get around as its a little bulky). As I washed the cleanser off my face I instantly felt the difference. It felt like I had had a really deep clean and it had taken off the dead layers of skin. It kinda felt like after dermablading. It felt so smooth and clean I couldnt believe it.

After using and drying my face I could see the difference, my skin had a really smooth texture and was shiny. I think because the bristle are silicon it creates more friction on the skin which means it gets more off it and smooths it out, almost like a nail buffer.

After applying moisturiser my skin looks and feels clean.

Also the battery lasts for up to 3 months of 1 minute uses which is great too.

To turn it off hold down the power button until the light on the bottom turns off.

First of all how cool is the charger. Simply plug it in and the device just sits on top and charges, so cool. I absolutely love this device. The device is small, easy to use and bristles are super soft and it's so good with it being 100% waterproof. If I wasn't in the shower, I would dampen my face with a bit of water, then placed my face cleaner on the bristles. Press the power button for 3 seconds (must admit I had to press quite hard for it to start) then the warmer button for a further 3 seconds. While the device was on I gave it a few further seconds to warm up, then placed it in my face and did round motions around my face. The bristles are so light and gentle on your skin. I was a bit worries with how the bristles on my skin would feel from the vibrations but was actually very relaxing. I could have carried on cleaning my skin for hours. After a minute, rinse your face to remove the face cleaner and pat face dry with towel and complete with your moisturizers you would normally use. My face honestly felt so clean and refreshed afterwards. I felt like i was glowing. It felt like I had almost gone for a facial, I couldn't wait to use it again. I was so impressed with it I even used it on my hubby's skin and he actually loved it aswell. Will definitely be recommending this to my family and friends.

The packaging is on point and eye catching. The item itself is so nice! Easy to hold, 100% waterproof!, soft, feels durable and C.A.U.T.E! You have 4 modes: 3 vibrating settings- low, medium and high and a heating mode. When you turn it on, you hold down the on/off button for a few seconds then it will turn on and vibrate; a light around the emblem will glow green; with each mode the green light will get brighter. With the heating mode the light with glow red. There is a separate button for the heating mode room you can turn it on and off when ever you like.

There is a nice little box and inside is a charging plate and USB charging cord. The plate is a nice addition because your sonic has a spot to be displayed on and can be charged at the same time. I wish they had paper instructions in it on to use the product because you have to go online to find them (they do have a QR code to find instructions but some people may not no know how to use it or can't. So paper instructions would be good)

It removes, makeup, dirt and oils super fast and easy. The heating is so nice on the skin and is an amazing addition. It helps remove the makeup faster because you don't have to help getting warm water and it helps the product lather better. The silicon bristles are soft on the skin and doesn't pull or tug; but soft and durable use on the skin

Just loved this product The packaging is a nice lilac colour, the material of the box is of high a quality. The instructions with the product were well written and easy to understand. The charge unit is silver, although the cable that came with it could maybe be a little bit longer, with the cleanser on charge it actually looked like a rose The Cleanser itself is also lilac and of a good quality. I do however struggle a bit with the button to switch it on as I have to push it with the tip of my nail as it is a bit small to just press with your finger, the same with the heating function. I use this in the shower and have no issues with it. I have found that it cleanses my face brilliantly, my face overall feels smoother and softer and definitely cleanses way more then just using my hands I love using the heating function, as I have hormonal acne on my chin area and have found a huge improvement in my chin area. The bristles on the cleanser is soft and does a great job in cleaning Since I started using this I have found that it definitely cleanses and removes a lot of the oiliness off and my skin is not so oily during the day. I have combination skin and my skin tends to get oily during the day so a huge improvement on this part. My skin definitely looks a lot healthier, brighter and glowing. As the description says it is for sure a mighty little thing!!!!!!

I wanted to try the Manicare Salon Thermal Sonic Cleanser to see whether it was any good for someone with Rosacea. I’ve had Rosacea for a few years now, and that has made it rather difficult to find a product that gives a decent deep cleanse without irritating my Rosacea. There is also the claim by Manicare that although the Sonic Cleanser is not an exfoliator, it does assist in removing dead skin cells from the skin’s surface. Well I can tell you without a doubt that this product is amazing! Absolutely no irritation to my skin, my pores are far less noticeable and my skin feels so much smoother. I haven’t been able to exfoliate in years so this product helping to remove the dead skin cells is a godsend. So easy to use, and the charge lasts a long time. Easy to clean too, and doesn’t take up much space at all, so storage is a breeze. My teenage daughter has also had a try out too and loves to clean her face with it. I would absolutely recommend this product to my friends and family as it’s the perfect little addition to a skin care routine, and well worth purchasing.

I can honestly say that I absolutely love this Sonic Cleanser. I always wanted something to exfoliate my skin without using an abrasive cloth. Something I could clean easily and that left my face feeling really soft and clean and I found all this in the Manicare Salon Thermal Sonic Cleanser. It is a silicon covered unit with soft silicon bristles. In the centre of the bristles is the thermal heating element. It comes with a really cute charging stand. While charging the red and green light alternate. While using the unit the green light is the function without the temperature turned on and the red is with. To use it you wet your face and apply your cleanser to the Sonic Cleanser. I applied my cleanser to my face and that worked fine too. Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to get it started then press the button next to it if you would like to use the thermal setting. I used it in the shower and had no problems. I did use the thermal setting a few times and it was lovely and was just the right temperature.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking to get a Sonic Cleanser that is both waterproof and easy to travel with.

Cons: the charging cable is really short so getting a longer cable is a must if you need it.

I was super excited to try this as I’ve always been a fan of cleansing tools. The thing that set this apart for me was the heat setting. So was super stoked to be offered the chance to review this!!

Before we get into this review, I think it’s important to mention my skin type is combination leaving more towards the oily side. It’s also prone to the occasional break out. I’m very weary of the tools I use on my skin as anything too rough will cause break outs.

Straight as I took this out of its package, I was super pleased to feel the bristles! It’s super soft and actually quite flexible. The cleanser is small and fits in my palm quite well. It’s a super cute colour! The buttons are both on the side to turn the tool on and off and also the heat. There are a few different speed settings to go through and I use it on the slowest setting. I love that this is rechargeable. As per instructions, I charged it for three hours before I used it for the first time.

I used this on my skin every second night. Put a little bit of my regular cleanser all over my face first then took the cleanser tool lightly all over my face. I didn’t apply a lot of pressure and had the heat setting turned on. This was super easy to use. It was also easy to clean the tool once I was done too.

This tool left my skin feeling a lot cleaner than normal. Removed make up effortlessly as well. After a few uses, I haven’t broken out at all so super happy to continue using it. I’d definitely be recommending this to anyone that asks me about a cleansing tool!

I usually like to keep things pretty simple and don't usually take much interest in gadgets. But I was pleasantly surprised by this beauty tool.

Things that could improve is the shape, as it is hard to get around your nose without a soap storm up your nostrils. A tear drop shape would be more suitable. Also the heating is neither here nor there for me, in the shower it wasn't overly noticeable and to be honest the element made the experience less enjoyable as running the device over the face would have been more relaxing with just bristles. Maybe if they find a different way to heat the device it won't negatively impact the overall experience of using the product which is otherwise great.

A great addition to my regime, I will happily keep using this and pampering my face.
