ModelCo SUPERTAN Instant Self Tan

ModelCo is a bran I have not been impressed with, it also is in the outlet by my office so I own a lot of their products, but they're just not products I love or would recommended, they're not necesarily bad, but I do feel I have used far better and more effective products for the same price, so wouldn't bother with ModelCo. Their packaging is pretty, and they have products that aren't really offered with other brands in New Zealand, but as I mostly shop online and from oversea's, I no longer use this brand.

I used this all though summer. Great even tan, easy to apply & I had great results!!!! Thinking about using it again for the winter actually!

For someone who barely gets spray tans or instant tanning products i was a very satisfied customer! I had purchased this because I had a wedding to go to and could not book in for a spray tan at the last minute so i opt'd out for a instant tan & what do you know it did wonders for me! The scent was not potent and i didn't have any streaks (however I do have a darker complexion so I did not feel insecure about the creepy orange look :-). ) I would recommend this product and use this again as i did a great job in such little time.

This product is a good self tanner with a green base so does not turn orange and is natural colour, alothough it does look scary coming out of the pump. This product applies best with the mit and would highly recomend perchacing that to. The only issue I have with this product is that it takes forever to dry so if you dont mind brown bed sheets then its great.

I am a tan lover and tan every 2-3 days. I LOVE Model Co and their mit. So easy to apply, doesn't streak or stain and leaves a natural long lasting tan. I can get a good 2-3 months of full body tanning from one bottle and use this religiously.

Cant say i have used the tan. Ive heard its comparable to St. Moriz etc. The tanning glove is awesome! I had never used a glove before so was unsure on how well it would blend but it was amazing. Perfect tan no smears!

After reading such glowing reviews on multiple platforms, I really did think I was going to love this product. I was already converted to fake tanning mousse's as these are the easiest to apply. I have tried many, many tanning products and had been using St Moriz Tanning mousse for a few months. I was very pleased with the St Moriz product but I thought that a more expensive mousse may provide the same deep colour and easy application, but simply last a little longer.

The application of the ModelCo Supertan is quick and easy. I used a tanning mitt which left an even, streak-free application. For my personal colour preference I found that I had to apply quite a few layers of the tan to get the colour that I wanted, in comparison to the St Moriz dark formula. I applied this on the first night and applied the St Moriz on the second night to get the colour that I wanted. The ModelCo Supertan is green based which is excellent as it won't make you orange, however I did find that it gave a tan with a yellow tinge. This probably isn't something that somebody new to tanning would notice. The smell was sweet and not overpowering, although I haven't had trouble with the smell of any mousse products.

This product has gone to the back of the cupboard and I have once again reached for my St Moriz tanning mousse in dark. If you had the chance to pick up the ModelCo Supertan at a very reasonable price, then give it a go, but I don't recommend rushing out to buy it.

This is one of the best self tanners I have ever used. The smell is amazing and it does not turn you orange, like some self tanners. This is my go to self tanner.

This self tan doesn't work on me! I try to apply it but I just can't, It goes very streaky and I just can't get it right!! My skin is very very very pale even when i get a lot of sun my "tan" isn't very tan. Any tips to apply this? I have the mit and everything but I still can't get it to work. its very frustrating!!!
