This stuff is fantastic for any kind of wound e.g. cuts, scratches or pimples. I find that it's very soothing and perfect for reducing redness and promoting healing. The only downside is that I think it clogs up my skin when I use it too many days in a row (maybe 4 or so?).

Tips: Use for any type of wound but don't use for too many days in a row on the face if you're prone to clogged pores
I got this Baume as something I could throw in my handbag for when 'the need' occurred.
A very wise decision.
It comes in a larger tube than some similar topical medical creams, but overall is still a portable size.
On the go, this baume has help heal all kinds of scratches and rashes that have popped up during days out and about.
It instantly soothes and also seems to promote healing.
A definite winner to keep on hand (and also soothe those dry cracked over hand-sanitized hands).
This was recommended to me by a friend. She said that since using it, she found her skin to be soft and dewy. I grabbed some from Chemist Warehouse for $15 and I am really impressed!
The consistency of the cream is quite thick, and I was worried that it might make my skin oily, but it doesn't at all.
I use retinol 3 - 4 times a week, which can make my skin feel a bit dry at times. This has really helped to protect my skin from that harshness that you can get with retinol.
Such great value for money. I will definitely be buying it again.
I first used this years ago and wasn’t that impressed. I don’t think it was what my skin needed at the time and found it too heavy and hard to apply. However, it has been recently reformulated and it is now the absolute best! I grabbed a tube if this when my skin was having a severe allergic reaction. I applied it all over twice a day and more often when the irritated areas needed soothing. Since dong this, it has also got rid of my eyelid eczema. I also wake up with lovely, plump skin. It’s an occlusive so does take awhile to absorb and does have a bit of a white cast until it sinks in. Totally worth it though. I will never be without this again!
Tips: Chemist Warehouse do the 100 ml tubes of this which are better value than the smaller ones.
I received this in one of the Best Beauty Boxes Ever. I recently had a small procedure done to my right hand, so I have been applying this as a hand cream every night.
The Cicaplast Baume B5 comes in a 40ml white tube inside a white cardboard box. The packaging advises that it can be used to heal dry skin irritations, such as “chapping, rough patches…” on the body, face, and lips. It is described on the tube as a “soothing repairing balm” and it contains antibacterial agents. The box has text in several European languages, including braille.
The balm itself is white and it squeezes out of the tube like a cream. The scent is mild. I have found that it moisturises my skin well, and it soaks in quickly.
The one amazing thing about this cream is that it is very shiny. After I have rubbed it onto my hands, they positively gleam like I have put highlighter on them. I think you could even use this as a liquid highlighter on your face if you wanted. I have never used a cream that gleams like this. But it is very good. I definitely recommend this if you are after a healing balm.
I use this at the end of my skincare routine at night after a shower. I have rosacea so a shower will always flare up the red sensitive skin. This acts as a mask it's so thick and cooling. My redness immediately calms. The only thing is I cannot wear in the morning as it has a slight white washout look on my skin. Other than that I absolutely love it for my sensitive skin.
Tips: If used in the AM only do a tiny bit or may wash you out
40ml tube with a thickish white cream fragrance free product. I used as instructed twice a day. Have found that the product tends to build up or leave a 'film' on the skin. I find their other products to be much nicer and better than this particular cream but it does the job. I have added this to my survival/emergency kit
I suffered recently from redness, dry patches, an eczema flare up and even rosacea. My skin was a mess and it was really affecting my self-esteem. I tried about 5 different creams over a few months but nothing really worked, not even my prescription eczema ointment. At the end of my rope, I read about Cicaplast Baume B5 cream so thought I'd give it a try. I didn't have high hopes but was desperate. This cream has saved my skin - it's been amazing! Due to the many and varied skin issues I've been using this as an all-over face cream, morning and night. It leaves a lovely dewy glow and is super moisturising. It's cleared up my rosacea and dry patches, and is very soothing on my eczema, almost getting rid of it. Quite amazing! I'm never going to be without this from now on. Great price, given you only need such a small amount. I highly recommend this cream!
Tips: It can seem a bit greasy at first so allow 10 mins or so after applying before going to bed, so it has time to melt into your skin.
This saved my skin when I started using Tretinoin and peeling. I'd put it on after my moisturizer at night to seal it in. Great occlusive and didn't break me out.
Tips: A little goes a long way
I was super lucky to receive this in a recent BBBE. I had somehow managed to claw my nose in my sleep and had a really noticeable scratch down it, and with a social event 2 days away I thought I wouldn’t be able to hide it. Cue this balm! I applied it in the morning and didn’t notice a lot of difference then I applied it again at night, I woke up the next morning and it was completely healed, like it had just vanished. I was amazed and oh so happy. I don’t think I have ever owned a balm that has healed a cut/graze as quickly as this.
I’m a terrible “pimple popper” spot picker.. I know, I know I shouldn’t but I can’t help myself. So when they are red and horrible looking a dab of this magic cream has them almost gone in 2 days it’s amazing.
The white cream has a thickish consistency like a moisturiser. It has only a very slight scent almost a wee bit sweet. It absorbs into your skin quite easily and doesn’t burn on open wounds. The soft plastic squeeze tube is awesome I can take it with me everywhere.
I honestly couldn’t imagine my life without this magic potion it is seriously that good. I think every first aid kit needs this balm!!
