As this range is called Nature Box I (maybe Naively) thought it would be natural. This shower gel contains Sodium Lauryl Sulfate among other, not so natural, ingredients that you can't pronounce. It also smells atrocious, sort of a cross between Beer and an Avocado dip, certainly not what I want to be smelling like after my shower. Thankfully the smell doesn't linger too long.
I did like how you could easily see how much was left in the bottle, however this is the only product in the range without a pump bottle, and ironically the one that could have most used with one. You only need a small amount to wash your entire body and your not left feeling dry afterwards.
If it weren't for the smell I would consider purchasing this again, but due to the fact I really dislike the smell I will not
I was lucky enough to be one of the ladies to review this range - thanks so much BR!
I am quite attracted to natural products, or products that harness the power of nature so this really appealed to me. While I don’t like eating avocado, the benefits of it in this range sounded amazing.
I love the colours of the bottle, and the flip top lid is perfect for keeping it safe while travelling (no spillages), and for standing on its head when it’s nearly empty.
The shower gel promises to nourish and leave your skin feeling soft. It didn’t work for me at all.
It’s not often I dislike a product so intensely. The clear gel in my mind equates to products that are refreshing or invigorating or super cleansing - not nourishing. The scent reminds me of those cheap complimentary hotel body wash bottles - yuck.
While it cleanses, it didn’t leave my skin feeling nourished at all. Unfortunately this is a massive NO from me.
