I really love Neutrogena as a brand. Nothing I have ever used from them has affected my sensitive skin. This is a nice gel/cream formula and a little bit goes a long way. Feels alot like a serum/moisturiser. Love it! I’m on my second tub

I have been using this moisturizer on and off for around 8 years now! It is my trusty go-to that I always purchase when I see it on sale (it is regularly up to 40% off at Countdown, Pac n Save or Chemist Warehouse now). I keep using this product because I love the gel texture, and it absorbs into my skin so well leaving it dewy and feeling so moisturised. I also love the night version, which I sometimes use in the day during winter when I need extra hydration. I have bought this so many times I have lost count, and always finish it. It is the only product I have been loyal too this long, it works, feels lovely to use, and the price is great. I have recommended this to quite a few friends too. Love it!
I absolutely love this product and noticed a difference in my skin the next day! Neutrogena generally is very good for my skin, no irritation and always improves my skin. Highly recommend.
Tips: Use at night so it absorbs
I saw a Davey Rooney video explaining the difference between dry and dehydrated skin and decided to give this a go, and wow I'm not disappointed!!! Within a few days my skin has become so soft and way less oily too.
Tips: At night pop a thin layer of vaseline on after applying the gel
Back in 2022, I happened to buy this product off a chemist warehouse shelf, merely because of the word 'hydro'. Honestly, I didn't expect much initially but now this is one of the products i cannot live without. For someone, who has always struggled to keep skin hydrated, this product was really God sent! I love it much that I am nearly on my 6th bottle and I use it both AM and PM and also as needed during the day.
Tips: Pro tip # 1 - Don't forget to apply on your hands, it works so well on the hands too! Pro tip # 2 - Apply it as the very product on your skin whilest it's damp, as soon as you shower or wash your face. This will keep your skin hydrated for longer.
As somebody with sensory issues, I really enjoy the texture of this moisturiser. It is thick but lightweight, and not sticky or slimey at all. It's also very nice and hydrating for my super dry skin. It does have a fragrance, but it isn't too strong and it doesn't hang around for too long. I will definitely repurchase this item.
I'm onto my 2nd pottle so far, so that has to say something about this one. The gel formulation is so 'soft' and lightweight. It does feel quite 'wet' when you apply it and sometimes I think I've used too much, but my skin just soaks it up. It can feel a little tacky for a minute or so after applying but that goes away very quickly and I'm left with slightly dewy looking skin. The name Hydro Boost certainly describes what it does. I mainly use it in the evening and since using it I find my skin actually looks plumper and feels moisturised in the morning. I don't know how it all works, but a few fine lines around my eyes are definitely less noticeable. The scent is light, which is perfect for those of us with extra sensitive noses. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new moisturiser that's not the traditional cream.
It's my 5th time using Hydro Boost Water Gel. Recommend it to dry skin people as well as Oily skin people. It has that watery feelings to it when you scoop it for the first time. I even took these to my holiday out side New Zealand.
