Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleaning + Makeup Remover

I love this cleansing wash. I love that it's nearly all natural, in this day and age when we apply so many chemicals to our face it's nice to know there are some products we can use at the end of the day that are like this. It smells lovely, it cleanses incredibly well and you only need a small amount so it lasts really well too.

I rate this product a 4/5 - if 4.5/5 was possible I would've rated it that - purely because the smell is a bit too strong in my opinion. Not that it smells bad - it's just very strong. Other than that, it did what it says it does - it removed my makeup and cleansed my face without drying it out! I think it would be good for any skin type. It made my skin super soft and radiant :)

I was really interested to try out this product because it claims to be very natural and soft on the skin. First of all I looked at the container to see if it was all natural as it claimed. Though the container was very good at explaining that the chemicals in it derived from natural products, several of them would not be considered natural in their chemical form, i.e. Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate. So I do not believe Neutrogena naturals is as natural as they advertise. Secondly I had trouble opening the bottle, which was quite funny because this was a pump bottle! But despite the few negative notes, on using the product it was very nice. A great soft cleanser with a beautiful smell. I found it was able to remove light make-up easily, but took a couple of washes to get rid of the heavy duty stuff, such as waterproof mascara. Lastly I also liked how they use sustainable packaging to be environmentally friendly. This product was very effective and I would use it again, despite not being as natural as advertised.

This product is almost perfect. It comes in a neat pump container - perfect for the shower. It smells lovely, very natural smelling and you know it's got to be good for your skin. It lathers nicely, a little goes a long way. It's lovely and creamy, and makes my skin feel so fresh and clean and soft after and it does a good job of removing my make up as it says it should. The only downside is that it says its supposed to be gentle for eye areas as it's all natural ingredients, but it's not gentle at all. It stings really bad if you happen to open your eyes before washing off all the residue. The point is being able to get off my mascara and eyeliner, so there is no way to avoid my eye area as this is the area that needs most remover product!! This is a big downside for me, as it feels almost quite blinding and painful and I come out of the shower with red itchy eyes. I've used other removers with no scent and no soreness when it gets in your eyes, so comparing it to these, I would not use it again for this one reason.

I don't know if I am thick or my cleanser was broken but I could't get the thing to un lock so I could pump some cleanser out of it. I ended up just taking the top off and pouring it on my hand, I found the texture was like hand soap which sent off warning signs for me as other cleansers I have used that foam up tend to dry my skin out. I gave it ago and it did clean my make up off really well. But I don't think I will be using it again.

This cleanser smells great and it works nice as a cleanser, but not so much for a makeup remover. It is really gentle and the texture feels great. But it doesn't really remove foundation fully when you wear medium to high coverage foundation.

First up, LOVE the fragrance of this product! It even smells natural! Texture is beautiful and feels great going on. Removed all my makeup and gave my skin a good clean, just as its meant to. All round it's a really good product, not for me though. Unfortunately I found it very drying on my skin after a few uses. The packaging is great with a pump application making it easy to se in the shower and its easily identifiable as a neutrogena product. Would be a really good product for someone whose skin is less sensitive and dry than mine
