Used this long ago and rediscovered some under the bathroom cupboard the other day. I have found most of the nivea products are just a little too heavy for my liking, especially on the face. Found that if I used this lightly over my body it wasn't too bad but took a little while to absorb. Would I purchase again no I've found other brands that absorb alot quicker and are lighter.

I remember using Nivea Creme all day everyday when I was a teen, I will never forget the Nivea trademark smell, and how white it looked and thick it is. lolz used to remind me of Bryll creme (if that's how you spell it.) (creme for your hair, if anyone knows what I mean)lolz. but yeah this is definitely a great moisturiser, unfortunately for me, I had to stop using it on my hands because of my sensitive skin, but I would highly recommend Nivea Creme especially if you have dry skin.
This cream is fantastic! The original moisturiZer it is $480+ cheaper than La Mer and nearly chemically identical! I love this cream when my skin is particularly dry, it is better as a night cream than a day one tho :-) its smell is quite strong though which would be the only fault, it can also cause acne if too much is used :-( But it is wonderful as a night cream!
Tips: Use at night after a toner and PAT this cream on DO NOT RUB! you will find and immediate difference if u pat it on.
There is a 'made in china' and a 'made in hamburg' cream, only ever get hamburg!
Aaaaand wash/ change pillow case if you use it as a night cream :-)
A few months ago my face was so dehydrated so I started using this under my make up and before bed and it seriously rescued my skin, however now, it is too heavy and just makes me oily. It's thick and creamy consistency is lovely, and it has such a nostalgic smell. I will definitely return to this is ever my skin needs rescuing again! Great for all over use too
I always have a pottle of this lying around my house for those occasions when my skin is extra dry. It seems to work perfectly as an added 'top up' to my skins moisture and I think it might need to make a reappearance as my main moisturizer if the weather continues to get better!
Tips: Not a huge amount is necessary as it is very rich but if you are suffering from very dry skin then lather it on!
Oh my god!!! I went through a faze where I loved the NIVEA package product and this product was always in this package. I loved it! I was young so I didnt know what I used this on or what it is was meant for. All I remember it was very thick and it made my skin soft. The jar was good it was a twist top and the product didnt fall out of it. I had this is my school bag thinking I was so cool, cause I was allowed to use beauty products. Yip I did love my NIVEA packages and this product. The smell was amazing as well. Ive always liked the scent of NIVEA products.
I always find when i am having a breakout of dry skin or those funny little red irritated lumps, that my nivea cream always helps get my skin back to normal,
I use it when having breaks from my "daily" skin care routine, just to give my skin a rest from the other products I use, even their dry skin for body works great on the face.
A decent tried and true moisturiser that will always have a special place in my life :)
This is what my mum loves to use and it is a nice smelling product and hydrating however it contains petrolium jelly/ petrolium which as the name suggests, is derived from petrol. The packaging is good I have seen it in round plastic containers to mini tins tubes and pump bottles the cream feels rich and luxurious a nice alternative and scented pleasantly but because I know about the additives I would not use often.
Nivea Creme is good. Its a nice product. I don't like how hard it is to rub into your skin. Thats my only gripe. It does heal dry skin within an application or 2, it did wonders for my legs
This is my main moisturiser. I use this on my face and chest. I find that is helps soften my skin ready for anything. I love this during summer especially because it really cools you down on those hot summer days.
