Well over 100.... That's explains it, my grandmother and mother were Nivea fanatics and wore it daily all their lives, both had amazing skin so I grew up with it and used it but alas not as regularly or religiously as they did (which explains probably the crocodile skin I seem to be sprouting) I do use it on my knees and feet and arms etc and it is nourishing and feels great to use. As for the smell I like it, and it reminds me of mum and nana but in a good way. Here's to another hundred years then...go Nivea.

We always have a tin at home, it is an old-time favorite for dry, rough hands and lips. I use it on my face sometimes to get a moisture-kick. The scent reminds me of my childhood when stealing mum's creams and make-up.:) It is an affordable all in one cream, the whole family can use it, makes skin soft and lightly scented, does wonders on dry elbows too!
Tips: Use it on hands and lips before bedtime, so you can wake up with soft and supple skin, try it on your decollete too!!;)
I use a super-expensive facial moisturiser for my dry, sensitive skin - someone recommended Nivea cream to me as a cheap every-now-and-then moisturiser to keep in the gym bag and make my super-expensive last longer.... I figured at $8 from the Warehouse, I may as well try it....
I am SO glad I did. It works wonders on flaky skin, is great for rough areas on the body, and is very lightly scented which I love. It has a firming effect on my skin, and I can even use it as a night creme or eye cream if needed. And I get no reaction from alternating between this and my super-expensive. I'll still continue to use both as the Nivea is very thick and trickier to apply - and just isn't quite as good with irritated skin - but it certainly does it's part to bulk out my routine and save me money!
Tips: It is VERY thick - spread thinly and massage gently. Great on flaky dry skin.
This Nivea cream is so rich, perfect for lips, hands, feet, knees, elbows - anywhere that gets rough. My Mum always used this when we were kids, and still does, so it reminds me of childhood and my teenage years 'borrowing' it to get soft lips.
Tips: Use after a lip scrub at night for super soft lips in the morning.
I wouldn't use this on my face, having oily/combination skin it would be too greasy, just perfect for dry areas.
I love Nivea cream. It smells divine and actually works. I use it on my neck and décolletage. I sometimes use it on my face (which is oily/combination) if my skin is feeling dehydrated. Nivea creme is in my top ten products ever.
Tips: Use this on you neck at night. it is also great on dry elbows.
this cream is thick but makes my skin super soft. It's an amazing cream. I use this on my face because I tend to get dry and flaky patches around my nose and on my forehead and cheeks,i put it on at night time so it does the trick while i sleep ,i also use it on my whole body as i have eczema so i have to keep my skin very hydrated and moisturized. and for that reason i love this
Yes this is super thick and quite greasy but a small amount heated between your palms and patted into the skin is a great moisture barrier for dry skin - I apply a layer of this over my serum/moisturiser every night before bed and wake up with glowing skin. It is also the best eyecream I have ever had. Also a great multi-purpose product for softening hands and feet and it is quite minimal in terms of chemical ingredients and preservatives which is another bonus for the health conscious. It is also only missing a couple of extracts away from being almost the same formula as the famous 'creme de la mer'
Tips: You need to make sure you buy the German made Nivea cream, if you have one that's made in any other country it won't be the same formula.
I wouldn't use this stuff again. I found it left my skin feeling greasy & sticky afterwards. I actually washed my hands to get rid of it. Not for me
I personally didn't like this because it felt too thick on my skin and it left my face looking shiny (not in a good way). Way too thick for my likings maybe it's my skin type because my sister didn't enjoy it either but my friend really liked it
Tips: try it on before you buy it
I found this product to be very thick in consistency, and after application it took some time for the greasy feeling to disappear.
I found this product smelt great like most other moisturisers by Nivea - of which I love.... But, I am really disapointed in the absorbtion rate - greasy is a deal breaker for me.
However, if the intended use for this cream was as a night cream, and it was advertised as such, I would be happy to cope with the greasiness if it meant lustrious hydrated beautiful skin in the morning.....
I think if this produst was marketed with a specific demographic with strong branding, product identity and packaging it would be a amazing success.
