Grew up with Nivea being used by both my mother and grandmother, it was also my first ever cream to use as a makeup remover and a moisturise for both day and night. That was long before I learnt how to truly look after my skin for optimum youthfulness look and preventation of ageing.
However, when times get hard and I have to reign in the budget a cheap tub of this cream works as an all purpose in the short time. Wouldn't religious use as those before me did but in short periods it is great and has lasted the test of time as a reliable product. If I do use this for too long I find that my skin becomes greasy and oils cause breakouts to form so unless you have dry skin then use sparsely, for dry skin I would imagine this would be the perfect everything product.
I landed up buying a tub of niva after my friend said it was amazing. It wasn't expensive, seals good and good size for the price. Unfortunately my skin didn't soak it up as well as I hoped. My situation differs from others because I seen better results on my friends skin. It smells great and I think I need more of a oily base type of cream.
Tips: Try a testers :)
