This literally last me almost the whole day! Kept my lips hydrated and moisturised. I found that it did not repair chapped lips, however definitely prevents chapped lips and definitely helps with dry lips. The packaging is simple and the price is affordable.

Tips: In summer try to keep it cool, as it can 'melt.'
This lip balm is the best lip balm I have ever tried! Many of the lip balm products that I have used never actually moisturize my lips, but this one does. I use this everyday and it prevents me from getting cracked or chapped lips.
I'm a Carmex devotee now, but have used this in the past. I find after awhile it stops working and becomes slightly drying, but it works well as a back up to throw in your handbag!
Tips: Don't leave in the sun - it will melt!
This is the best lip balm I have used. I had severly wind burnt lips after a mountain walk to the point my lips were cracking and bleeding. Not to mention very painful. This stuff added the moisture back in very quickly and reduced allot of pain. I would recommend any one with windburn or anything similar to give this a go. With its spf 25 it will prevent sun burn also which is something you don’t want on already damaged lips.
My lips had been in a constant chapped state for almost 2 weeks and nothing was working, until I used this. I used it in the evening and overnight and by the next day they were fine. I still put some on occasionally when I am going in the sun or notice my lips are starting to get chapped, but my lips are less chapped than they’ve ever been.
This is a pretty good product to use every day for lovely glossy, plump lips. That is, as long as you already have healthy looking lips. I noticed that when my lips were REALLY in trouble, even this couldn’t save them. I’m talking about proper windy-weather-damaged, chapped, and dry lips. Spreading this lip balm over my poor lips provide some short-lived comfort, but it do not repair.
I have a love hate relationship with this product. Its so soothing, especially when you've got crazy chapped lips. The downside is it takes a lot of repeated coats. Its more of a band-aid to help create a temporary weather barrier until you can find the ACTUAL product that will help repair your lips. The advertised repairing traits of this lip balm feel like false advertising.
This lip balm is a lot more waxy then many of Nivea's other lip balms, which could explain why it takes so much effort to apply and get relief.
Having a lip balm with SPF in my handbag is a must have, especially for those occasions when we stop off somewhere for a spontaneous walk on the beach.
There's nothing worse than dry, chapped, sunburnt or wind-burned lips, and this lip balm gives us the protection we need. It's slightly thicker than the rest of the Nivea lip balm range, probably due to the added sunscreen, but its not so thick that its uncomfortable (unless too much has been applied).
Tips: Keep a tube in a handbag or beach bag.
I usually completely avoid Nivea because I don't like the ingredients they use but this is very effective and I keep it in my handbag at all times. It helps repair cracked and irritated lips very quickly and provides instant relief from the pain. My son has eczema and gets lip rashes from certain foods, this lip balm works very fast and very well for him too.
Purchased from my local countdown when I was in need of a lip balm to protect and hydrate my already chapped lips. I chose it because it looked like one that would actually repair, over than just softening my lips.
Personally, I didn't find this helpful in curing my chapped lips, and have found it better one to just have to chuck in my bag when I go out and about. I use it when it's the only one I have available, but there a certainly better products out there!
Packaging is basic, and it gets across the point that it's a lip balm intended to repair lips and not used as a lip tint, lip softener etc. Product is clear and waxy, not much to say.
Would recommend it those who want a cheap lip balm that has no tint. If you're looking for one that repairs lips, then I'm sad to say this isn't the best product for the job, despite the name.
