Oasis Beauty Beauty Sleep Night Cream Review

This night cream has become part of my night time routine over the last 4 months and I sure it has made positive changes to my skin.

Most nights I use a oil cleanser followed by a serum. Once the serum has had time to sink in or before bed I apply Oasis Beauty Sleep.

Some creams can sting around my eye area but this cream hasn't created any such issues. In fact I wake with such smooth hydrated skin.

The packaging it lovely as well as being so easy to use.

The one thing I don't love is the smell. It is not offensive and wouldn't stop me buying it again but If I found something that smelt delicious that worked as well on my skin I would swap.

I really like this moisturizer. You can tell it's natural from the un-bleached colour (slightly yellowish-white). Its consistency is quite thick but not oily, substantial, not processed to smooth which I like: seems more natural and real. It absorbs easily and leaves your skin immediately smooth and supple but not greasy. Come morning, my skin is still nicely moisturised and in good condition, no grease to be washed off like you get after heavier night creams. I love that it's natural, New Zealand made and it really seems great for my skin. I use it around my eyes too and have had nice results, though with extended use I had some reaction around my eye area. This is pretty common on my annoyingly sensitive skin. I now use it on my forehead and cheeks and just avoid the eye area. My skin is looking youthful and bright lately :)

I received a sample of this in the Oasis Goodiebag, and I found it lasted a fairly long time, which is saying something of a sample! I can't comment on the actual design of the bottle it comes in, but the pottle it comes in if you get a sample is gorgeous, and I love to reuse them.

The formula is lovely and thick. In the pottle it looked textured, but on my fingers it became smooth and creamy, and everything I like a moisturizer to be. It applied like a dream, and sank into my skin nicely.

With all Oasis products there is a smell, and I am not overly fond of this one, to me it just smelled weird, but I didn't let that stop me from slathering it on my face. I can't say I noticed any major differences with my skin, other than it was softer, but if I were given this again I would gladly use it.

An off colour white. A fresh scent and very hydrating. Need only a small amount as it spreads out with ease and is powerfully hydrating. I love this product and have noticed my skin loves it too. You can't go wrong with this product.

I've been using this for about 3 months now and love the results from this night cream. The cream itself is is a pale yellow colour that is contained in the best vacuum pump system ever, as it is designed to get all product with no waste at the end. Clever!

I use 2 pumps for my face a neck so have found it to be pretty economical. My skin type is combo with an oily t zone. If my skin is feeling particulary dry or stressed, I use a serum first. After rubbing it in to my skin, and a nights sleep, I wake up to skin that just feels soft and smooth and looks refreshed With no patchyness. Wrinkle wise, I'm not seeing too many improvements but the overall look and feel of my skin more than makes up for that.

The smell is quite lavendery but it has grown on me. Lavender is not my favourite scent but this is not at all overpowering so I can cope with that and it wouldn't stop me from repurchasing. Infact I'll have to get more soon as mine has just about run out.

Another bonus about Oasis products is that they are cruelty free, nz made, contain natural organic ingredients and have no nasties in them AND you can request a free sample with your order.

This is fast becoming my favorite night cream. I'm a big fan of Oasis products and this didn't disappoint. I'm not really into lavender but this night cream really soothes and hydrates your skin overnight, so I don't mind that it's not my favorite scent. Despite seeming thick when you first get it out of the sample pot due to its buttery texture, (the texture is similar to Tony Moly Appletox Honey Cream) it has never made me break out, applies smoothly and it's not heavy for a night cream. I've used this around my nose on skin that has been rubbed sensitive, red and is peeling from hayfever and colds at night and the next morning the redness was reduced and the skin was a bit better. You only need a tiny bit so a wee sample pot lasted me a month so a little bit spreads really well and I think a bottle would last you a really long time. I like that Oasis Beauty products come in airless pumps as it's hygienic and when you get to the end you can just unscrew the top and get the last bit of product out, so the best of both a pump and a pot. I definitely will be purchasing the full size for autumn and winter.

This is now my favourite night moisturiser. I love it along with all the other Oasis Beauty products I have tried. It is a slightly thicker moisturiser than my day moisturiser and I use four pumps to cover my face and neck. It has a gentle fragrance and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.

It is pale yellow in colour, and I find it had quite different consistency. It looks slightly smooth and creamy, but had a slightly textured aspect to it. I know, that’s a terrible description but I don’t know how else to describe it. This product doesn’t have a strong smell, but the smell it does have isn’t that nice, and reminds me of vitamins (and not the yummy vitamin C type).

It is packaged the same way as the majority of Oasis products which come in a plastic bottle, with a pump dispensary system which I find is easy to control, and releases a good amount of product! Plus this design leaves no product in the bottom on the container, never to be used.

One thing I love about this product is that it is a rich cream is so perfect for night times when my skin needs some TLC and a bit of a break! However, because this cream is rich, and full of those essential vitamins, its does leave a greasy residue over my skin. However, I have to admit, I don’t overly mind this because it is a night cream, and im just going to be going to bed, so that gives this product a whole night to absorb into my skin, and I wake up with skin so soft and smooth. Seriously, when I use this night cream my skin just feels amazing in the morning. This product does say it’s good for anti-aging but I haven’t seen a change in the early signs of aging on my face. I really like the fact that this cream is NZ made, and made with ingredients that aren’t full of nasty parabens so it also gives me peace of mind using this as my night cream as I know my face isn’t being left with a layer of bad things on it over the night when it should be having a breath of fresh air. This product could be considered pricey, but it does the majority of what is say it will and my skin does feel amazing when I use this product and so I will repurchase this.

I received a sample of this from the Oasis website a while back and have purchased the full sized bottle since as my skin loved it!

It is superbly rich but non-greasy which is great for my dryish skin. I use it in the evenings and my skin feels lovely and soft in the morning.

The bottle is attractive and the pump makes it extremely easy to use.

I love that it is a NZ product and has natural ingredients.

I have mixed feelings about this product, yet I continue to use it as I really like it.

Okay, first off - the formula is quite thick so you don't need too much - and it's quite easy to control how much you want.

The smell isn't pleasing, but it's not overly awful. It doesn't smell like anything in particular, mainly just an unpleasant smell probably of different oils.

It leaves my skin feeling a tad greasy after I apply it, but the next morning it's super soft, so even though I hate the filmy layer it makes on my skin I don't complain because it absorbs through the night and my skin feels so much better in the morning. It doesn't make my skin oily as you'd think it would either.

I have wrinkles under my eyes and I use it especially for that, but I haven't seen a difference at all in their appearance. They're still there, glaring back at me.

The price isn't too ridiculous as it lasts really, really long, and it's made in NZ which I love, I just don't know if I will buy it again as it doesn't do what I want it to do.
