Nice little bottle. Feels very nice to use and does the job of hydrating and moisturizing my skin while also protecting it from the sun during the day.

Holy crap, so good. I tried this after trying nearly every other fave sunscreen on the market. Everything breaks me out. I have sensitive, acne prone, oily combination skin prone to big blocked pores and occasional cystic acne. The only moisturiser I can use is LRP but their sunscreens break me out. This is beautiful as it’s both a moisturiser and a sunscreen. Feels better than LRP on my face. Keeps my skin clear, and sits well under makeup. My makeup is flawless with this underneath. And it’s cheap as chips. I spend so much money on LRP moisturisers as they come in tiny tubes that I use up in 3 weeks.
Tips: Double pack at chemist warehouse!
I really like this as a facial moisturiser and sunscreen. It is lovely to apply. So great that it's SPF30 and so nice to apply and not greasy! This is my all summer round face moisturiser for daytime.
I've used another Olay product similar to this before which I've had no trouble with, same packaging (unfortunately can't remember the name) so I have no trouble with it. It feels light to put on and none-greasy, no fragrance I could detect, although we only get 2 weeks to test this and it's in the middle of winter, so I can't vouch for its SPF component, TBA! Generally great for everyday use.
Tips: Simple to use, no hassle!
Finally an SPF moisturiser that doesn't smell strongly like sunscreen! I'm very fair skinned and know I should wear a sunscreen based product year round, but the strong sunscreen smell of all the products I have come across has been enough to put me off each time. I'm grateful to have been able to trial this product and will definitely be buying it after my bottle runs out. Regarding the SPF factor, I thought it was only fair to provide a 4/5 rating for the "Did it do what it said it would" as it's winter and I can't accurately test if the SPF factor has worked or not, but in all other areas I have no complaints. I love the non-greasy feel of it on my skin, the easy/quick absorption times and it definitely hasn't clogged my pores as other products have done in the past - it's light enough to wear under my foundation without it feeling like it's weighing my face down which is great. I use three to four pumps of the product and it's plenty to do my face, neck and cleavage/chest, so it does go a long way. Overall I'm extremely happy with this product and won't hesitate to keep it in my beauty regime going forward.
Tips: I've been using an extra pump of the product on the backs of my hands as well... figured it won't hurt for them to be SPF'd either, especially coming into summer as our hands tend to get overlooked :)
I'm a daily sunscreen user. When you're as pale as I am you learn pretty quickly that the NZ sun is a scorcher! I mean seriously, how beautiful has this winter been? I've been out in the garden pretty much every day - and even though its a bit chilly - the sun is out and shining. Without sunscreen I would be burnt to a crisp.
I usually err on the side of 'natural' sunscreens, or close to. My previous go-to was Oasis sun. My only complaint was that it was, well, sunscreen. It left my skin feeling greasy, makeup didn't really sit right, and I found myself skipping it where possible (ie when I was going to be inside or it was chucking it down with rain)
The Olay is in a pretty small pump bottle - coming from someone who buys the big pump bottle the Olay seemed teeny tiny!
There is a faint sunscreen smell, and the product looks like you'd expect - a white cream. But oh my. It absorbs. It hydrates. It spreads easily. It creates a moisturised base without the need for a moisturiser. AND it's factor 30!
You actually don't need too much, so that makes the price reasonable and its not like you'll be slip, slap, slopping over your arms and legs.
My skin suffered no irritation and I think the fact I've used it daily, with nary a thought for my cast-aside Oasis speaks volumes.
Holy grail facial sunscreen?
Just maybe!
Nice moisturizer with SPF. Absorbs into skin well. Does not have a white cast. In an easy to use pump bottle. Only con is that it has fragrance in it, so if you have a sensitivity to fragrance then this may not be for you. Otherwise, this is a good product. I've repurchased this.
First impressions - pleasing shaped and sized bottle that would tuck easily into a handbag pocket , ready for top ups - holding lotion that absorbed quickly and easily and left my skin feeling soft not sticky. Although I am now in my 80s I still want/need to protect my fair skin but previous experiences with many SPF creams and lotions have always left a sticky feel and I have needed to resort to using SPF liquid foundations even when I don't feel the need for complete make-up. What joy - unless I am going anywhere special - I can now care for my face and neck with just one very fast and easy application. I felt some slight concern at reading the direction to apply lavishly (surely this small bottle would not last long?) but this was allayed when I found that 2 to 3 small squirts gave ample coverage. I certainly rate this product quite highly and it is only that it is now winter and I can't test it in strong sunlight that my total rating is not 100% It would be good to perhaps have a larger sized bottle available as well.
This product comes well packaged in a cute pump bottle enclosed in a carton with clear instructions ,benefits and ingredients and warnings on the outside of the box. I was really keen to try as I have very sensitive skin and am outside a lot in the garden so the fact that not only is this a moisturiser but has sun protection SPF30 appealed to me greatly. First application I overdid the application and also had not read the warning properly and ended up irritating my eyes however that was my fault as Warning on package clearly states may irritate eyes so do read first. The pump is easy to use and has a good lock on so great if you want to pop in your bag and the lotion is a nice texture with a very faint pleasant scent. With the directions apply liberally and massage in I overdid the first applications but with further use found 3 or 4 pumps sufficient to give plenty of product to massage into my neck and face. The initial feel was a little greasy but after a few minutes the product absorbed nicely into my skin but I would imagine with containing sunscreen this would be expected. With using every day I have found my skin has felt really nice and healthy looking with a very slight sheen which looks good and as I am very bad at appying sunscreen I feel this is a massive benefit over all. I use this moisturiser every day I am outside in the garden but if I am in a hurry to apply my makeup would use another moisturiser as this product needs a few minutes to absorb so hard to apply other make up straight away over top however this is a minor problem as I am sure if you were to apply sunscreen you would also have to allow time for absorption. Although not my favourite moisturiser this is a great everyday protection and at $15 for 75 ml well priced. I am also impressed Olay is a financial supporter of the Skin Cancer Society as this gives me more confidence in the sunscreen aspect of the product.
Tips: Read warning and be careful near eyes as advised.
Great everyday light weight moisturizer for the face, easily absorbs into the skin. No sticky feeling and has that subtle but classic Olay scent. Added bonus of having SPF too
Tips: Great everyday moisturiser for the face.
