Olay Miracle Boost and Micro Sculpt Duo Review

Wow to be truthfully honest I am super stoked with these two amazing products. The pre essence is definitely my favourite of the two because it absorbed almost instantly. It minimised my large pores straight away. They both have a pleasant fragrance. The pre essence is a clearer substance and the face cream is white. Both feel amazing on the skin. Refreshing and hydrating. I would definitely buy them again but as you only need such a small amount I can see mine lasting a long time.

I’m hooked ! I have not used Olay in many years and was pleasantly surprised at how good this duo works together! I’ve used many products over the years and one of the ingredients I always look for is hyaluronic acid , I fly a lot and this ingredients helps keep my skin stay hydrated. The pre essence was great to use , it quickly absorbed into my skin and with the moisturiser on top my skin felt so hydrated! In the mornings my skin was so soft and I had no dry patches ! After a couple of weeks using it my face definitely looks firmer around the eyes and mouth so I’m excited to see what it will be in a months time , I will definitely keep using this duo and would recommend it to anyone of any skin type .

So I have been using Olay Miracle Boost and Micro Sculpt Duo for about 3 weeks now and I'm still trying to work out if you actually need to use both products at the same time to see the results both products claim to give. Here are my conclusions anyway: I found the Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence to be quite drying on my skin after application (and I have oily skin) and then the Olay Regenerist Advanced Anti-Ageing Micro-Sculpting Cream Moisturiser put that moisture straight back. Perhaps that is what is supposed to happen and then if that is the case then for sure, you need both products. If that isn't the case to be honest you probably only need one or the other. Both products claim to do the same things for your skin - it's just kind of worded differently! It suggests to use both products morning and night which is what I did - serum first, moisturiser second. I really don't feel you need to use the serum and the cream together. I believe that the face cream on its own would be all you need to see results. You could possibly only need the serum on its own if you have oily skin like myself as I found it a bit drying on my own skin. If this range does sound like it would be up your alley, choose one product, I really don't think you need both xx

I love this combination. Beautiful packaging that doesn't look cheap. Both products smell fantastic, absorb easily, feed the skin and don't cost the earth. Perfect for most of us that want good skincare on a budget. These products work synergistically to firm and nourish the skin. I will buy these products again and will recommend them to others.

I already like Olay products, and this combo of anti wrinkle products at a reasonable price reinforced my view. I have so far been using the two together twice a day after cleansing for a little over 3 weeks on a Beauty Review trial team. I have used just under half of both products. I have noticeably shallower brow lines and crowsfeet. I have recently started more concentration on marks around my lips, but no clear results yet. My cheeks are not yet as plump as I expected comparing to the other results/ product promise. However there are still 4-5 more days until Day 28. Perhaps looking 5-6 years younger at the mo! Overall very happy - 1/2 a mark off perhaps unfairly because of the cheeks - but might still change it in a week or two to 5/5. Thanks Beauty Review for the spot on the trial.

Firstly the container for the Miracle Boost Youth Pre Essence has a dropper. I love the "pump dropper" bottle as it dispenses just the right amount of serum with no waste The container has a screw top so when you’re getting to the last of the product, you’ll be able to unscrew the top and get every last drop out before disposing of it. The container can be recycled which is a huge tick for me as well. The serum is super silky and glides over my skin really nicely. It seemed like it instantly made my skin look like it was glowing. I let the serum sit on my skin for a couple of minutes to allow it to soak in before applying the Micro Sculpting cream over the top of the serum. I feel that my skin looks and feels better since using the serum, combined with the cream. The container for the Micro Sculpting Cream is my favourite which is a jar style. This means it’s super easy to get out the exact amount you want to use and you can get every last drop of the cream out of the jar before disposing of it. The container can be recycled which is a huge tick for me as well. I used the Miracle Boost serum, before applying the Micro Sculpting cream. The Micro Sculpting cream has a pleasant scent. It feels like a thick cream, but not so thick that it felt gluggy. It just felt more like a night cream. It went on over the serum really nicely and made my skin instantly look like it was glowing and hydrated. I have pigmentation on my skin caused by the sun and after using the cream for just 3 weeks, I do feel that my pigmentation had become slightly lighter. I will certainly carry on using it to see if it continues to lighten my pigmentation. I feel that my skin looks and feels better since using the cream. The only comment I would make is that when I apply my usual foundation over the top of the serum and cream, it doesn’t seem to blend into my skin properly. It starts flaking off. I’m not sure if this is the serum or the cream causing this problem. Overall, I do like this product and will use it again.

I enjoyed using the Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence gel. It comes in a dropper bottle which easily dispenses the correct amount to use. You only need a little so will last a long time. It is easily absorbed and does not leave any residue. Skin feels smoother and lighter after using this product. Highly recommend. However Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream was very greasy and did not absorb into my skin leaving it oily and tacky. After using for a week, my skin broke out on my T section. I am 43 with fine lines so thought this would be perfect for me. Not impressed with the Micro Sculpt Cream, but recommend the Miracle Boost.

I have loved trialing these products and I think I have found my new go to! I wouldn't say they made me look 10yrs younger (unfortunately!!) but my skin hasn't looked this good for a long while! The texture has improved, pore size it reduced due to the plumpness and the dark hormone patches have significantly reduced. I love the fact that my skin looks and feels healthier.

I used the Olay Miracle Boost and Micro Sculpt Duo twice daily, applying the Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence first and then the cream. I found that both absorbed quickly into the skin and had a subtle but very pleasant fragrance.

The Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence had a dropper attached to the lid which gave you the perfect amount to cover the whole face and I paid particular attention to my forehead and under my eyes. I would usually wait a couple of minutes before applying the thick cream which made my skin feel lovely and smooth.

I did notice a difference in my skin and the fine lines were a lot smoother and the depth of wrinkles had reduced noticeably. I would definitely recommend as these products really work and aren't hugely expensive! I used to be a huge fan of Olay when I was younger and after using this skin care, I've fallen back in love again!!

Was super excited to try this products as my skin is starting to get fine lines & very dry due to the cooler days. Both generous sized containers & super easy to use. Together they made my skin feel refreshed, smooth & energised, its sinks right into the skin, is a a beautiful texture & no long wait to apply my make up. I felt in the time I have used this product that it definitely improved my skins dryness & there was a subtle difference in my fine lines.
