Olay Niacinamide + AHA Moisturiser

My initial thoughts when receiving the Olay Niacinamide + AHA moisturiser was that the packaging was beautiful, but possibly looked like it was aimed at a slightly younger audience than myself. It very clearly states what problem areas the product works for and the jar itself is gorgeous.

Using the product, it's a luscious thick cream, which is instantly absorbed into my skin. It has a lovely citrus scent, which I personally don't believe is over-powering. However, I do like it when my products have a mild scent. It instantly left my skin feeling very smooth and soft. During the first week, in the first hour or two after application my skin did feel hot and looked a little bit redder. I was using it with the serum as well and tried different combinations of leaving one off, but it did seem to be both. After the hour or so, this subsided and after the first week it seemed that I no longer had any reaction. It's possibly very similar to when people first start using retinol.

I've now been using the product for around a month, maybe longer. I'm really loving the smell of it and my skin is looking so much clearer and smoother. Which is something I can barely believe as I've been struggling with my skin a lot in the last year and it's finally starting to look less red, bumpy and tired. I'm really loving how bright it's looking and would definitely use this product again.

I was really excited to try this product! I have never put too much thought into what moisturizer I use on my skin. This one you only need a pea sized amount but my skin feels super hydrated and covers beautifully. I have noticed clearer skin as they say they will do! I thought it my clog my pores as this has been a problem in the past but no! They look better than ever. Highly recommend.

The product itself it’s amazing too! A very light moisturiser that soaks into the skin well and leaves no excess product sitting on top of your skin. No leftover greasy feeling as well.

The moisturiser teamed with the serum are the perfect team! In two weeks I noticed reduced redness, old scarring and hyperpigmentation. Also my pores look smaller as well and my skin bright and glowing!

It has a scent but nothing unpleasant or overpowering. I also am prone to irritation around my nose and this didn’t seem to cause any problems at all!

The first thing i noticed was the really nice packaging and when i took it out of the box it was even better. The pot is a good size, very elegantly presented and easy to twist the lid off. It also comes with the protection cap inside which i like.

The product itself is a nice consistency, very easy to absorb into the skin and you don't need to use too much. The fragrance is also very light and gentle.

I definitely noticed an improvement in my skin's quality over the trial period. My acne scars and fine lines have faded somewhat and my skin looks clearer and smoother overall.

I would definitely recommend this and will be repurchasing

Olay Luminous Moisturiser with Niacinamide + AHA compliments the matching Super Serum perfectly. Packaged in a 50g screw top tub, the thick white cream has the same light, fruity scent as the Super Serum. It feels very light on the skin, glides on easily and can be used during gua sha massage. It doesn’t leave a greasy feeling on the skin and claims to reduce stubborn spots for a clearer, smoother skin. The condition of my skin has improved a lot since using this moisturiser with the matching Olay Niaminacide + AHA Super Serum. My skin is smoother, plumped (crows feet / laugh lines are less visible) and my skin tone looks more even – I’m sure some of my dark pigmentation marks that I’ve had for years have lightened and become less noticeable.

This moisturiser was everything I need and more! I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the way it’s worked on my skin. As with the serum, it comes in a nice box with a tamper proof seal. The jar is a decent weight (not too heavy), and holds a decent amount of product. The pearlescent jar and it’s silver lid look pretty luxe! There is quite an overpowering smell when you first open the jar, but once it was on my face I didn’t notice it. The smell is quite fruity with an almost medicinal smell mixed in. The moisturiser is light and feels great on the skin, not heavy or dense like other Olay products I’ve used in the past. I had no issues applying it at night and didn’t feel like my skin would be oily when I woke up. I noticed my face was brighter and my dark spots gone after about a week. I think the longer I use it the better results I’ll have on some problem areas I’d have for years. Overall, a great product that I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

My mature skin really loves this creamy, easy to apply moisturiser. I have been using it for a few weeks I could see remarkable plumping around my lower face, even my husband commented on the great results. The texture of my skin smoothed out and I was really impressed with the glow that I got from this product after around 2 weeks.

Would definitely recommend it.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the box packaging and the product packaging!!!! Who ever designed them have an eye for detail, beauty and highend looks.

This was a beautiful product!!!! It smells beautiful like a highend fresh apple. The consistency is a thin white lotion. A small amount goes along way and also feels like a blurring product when rubbed into the skin It absorbeds nicely into the skin and leaves a smooth hydrating feel. My skin after the trial was so much nicer, brightener looking, soft, hydrated and smooth. (I even had compliments on my skin without makeup on) This product did NOT break me out. This product worked amazing under makeup. Highly recommend

From the moment I recieved this product to trial I felt it was something special. The packaging is gorgeous and very upmarket looking definitely not the Olay of old. Luckily the performance and product matched its appearance. The cream is so nice to apply and does not feel heavy on my skin. The scent is absolutely amazing, not something I have ever had as a necessity when buying products, but totally made it feel a lot more indulgent. In the 6 weeks that I have been using this moisturiser I have notice a significant improvement in my skins clarity and a reduction in fine lines. My dark undereye circles have lightened and a pigmentation patch decreased. I will definitely continue buying this product especially as the proce point is not too bad. The only downside I found was that I ran out before the 6 weeks were up, I don't know whether this was me being a bit too generous with my application but it didn't last as long as I thought it would.

This moisturiser feels thick and creamy without being a heavy thick and creamy mixture. It has a lovely smooth consistency and is easily spread and absorbed into your skin with no greasiness afterwards. A perfect base for my makeup to go on. A fingertip amount of the moisturiser was plenty to cover my face and neck. The moisturiser has a slight fragrance which is hardly noticeable even with the serum underneath. I can’t wear products with a heavy fragrance so this was a big plus for me. Used in conjunction with the AHA Serum twice a day, within a week I had noticed a marked improvement in my skin condition, appearance and texture. You also definitely use a lot less moisturiser with having the serum on your skin first, with is a definite bonus. After four weeks of using this product twice a day my skin is almost glowing, my rosacea has markedly reduced and my skin feels AMAZING. This product now on my Must Have list and I will be definitely purchasing it once my trial jar runs out. This product has gone a long way and I’m still not at the bottom of the jar despite using it twice a day. I can’t recommend this product and the AHA Serum combination highly enough.
