Olay Niacinamide + AHA Moisturiser

I love the colour scheme of the container, it is a traditional pottle and cover scenario- that I always struggle to remove so that goes straight in the bin. I didn’t love the smell of it- sort of had a bit of an old smell. The texture of the moisturiser is nice and it rubs in and soaks in well. I liked how I could feel it working it was a little tingly to begin with. I think it definitely made a difference to my skin and would definitely recommend despite the slightly odd smell. I think that the price point is about right and like how it’s easily available not in specialist stores

The packaging for these products is lovely. This pot of moisturiser comes in a lovely pearly pottle with a silver lid. It looks rather glam sitting on the vanity! This moisturiser has a beautiful light texture that absorbs into your skin quickly without leaving your face feeling heavy or greasy. It has a lovely fresh scent. Gives a lovely glow to complexion. I found it helped even my skin tone and I would use this product again.

This moisturizer comes in a metallic box with easy directions and good information. It comes in a cute jar with a twist top lid. I prefer these over pumps as you can use it all. The moisturizer has a slight fruity fragrance and isn't super thick. It has an almost silky texture. It absorbs quickly into my skin and isn't greasy. I used this in conjunction with the serum and did find over the first couple of weeks my skin was flakey and was ready for more moisturizer by the time I got home. The flakeyness has now gone and my skin is soft and all dry patches that I had have gone. Aside from no more dry patches, my skin feels slightly smoother and maybe a little brighter. I haven't noticed as much change as I had hoped. I would recommend this for the hydration and slightly smoother skin and Will use again.

I think this is a good moisturiser, it's a nice smooth texture and it applys well into my skin. Absorbs well and skin looks healthy and glowing afterwards. My only concern with this moisturiser was it did give Me that slightly tight feeling on my face a few minutes after it was applied. My skin still had a nice healthy hydrated look but it didn't feel that way, it just had that slightly tight dry feeling. I have also been using this moisturiser along side the Olay luminous niacinamide + AHA super serum and when applying that before the moisturiser it did make my face feel slightly less dry and tight. I also did see some improvement with my old acne scaring so I do feel like this moisturiser and the serum do work but maybe the moisturiser just isn't the perfect one for my skin. I would definitely still recommend to a friend as I do feel it works well and as it claims. Nice packaging and easy to use .

I love the shape of the jar that this moisturizer comes in, very practical shape with a stunning twister glass look - however was a little bit disappointed there was no spatula. The consistency of the moisturizer would be close to a gel than a thick cream. It absorbs easily into my skin, leaving a slight feeling of dampness which soon sinks in as I carry on with my bathroom routines. The smell is quite a sweet, fruity smell, which doesn't stick around - which is fantastic because lingering scents can give me a headache after a while. I used this moisturizer with its serum and they work very well together as they absorbed quickly and didn't turn into a gooey mess.

I was skeptical at first when the package said it would reduce acne and discoloration, but here we are, 5 weeks on and my skin tone is very nice and smooth. This moisturizer cleared up my skin from any breakouts within a few days of them happening. My skin doesn't feel smoother, but it looks smoother and more consistent. I can't wait to see how my skin is doing after 8 weeks.

I only used a very small amount (20c piece sized amount), twice a day over the last 5 weeks and I still have over half the jar to go. I would say that this product is good value for money. It has made my skin feel wonderful and the discoloration I used to have appears to be gone and the jar seems like it will last me a good 2- 3 months.

Overall I really liked this moisturizer and would definitely use it again as part of my anti ageing skin program.

On opening the jar, there was a light fragrance but it wasn't too overpowering.

The texture of the cream was quite light and very spreadable, but I did make the mistake of using too much the first few times. I did also have to wait a few minutes after applying the serum before I could apply the cream. This step is essential.

After using it for several weeks, my skin was noticeably softer and had less texture, but I didn't notice a huge change in discolouration. I think perhaps I needed to use it longer as my skin is quite discoloured.

I really enjoyed this moisturiser from Olay. It was a nice consistency - not too thick, and while I don't feel as though I have been using it long enough to see any visible results in discoloration, my skin has been smoother and I've had fewer issues with texture. Given the results so far, I'm keen to keep using this one and see what the longer-term results are!

I already use products that include Niacinimide and AHAs, so I was really excited at the prospect of a moisturiser that combines them. The formulation of this product was really nice, the consistency was somewhere between a cream and a gel and it absorbed nicely into my skin and made it feel nice and plump. I didn't see any change in my hormonal acne on my chin however, and I wasn't a fan of the sweet scent. I also ran into a lot of issues with pilling - both under makeup and bare-faced. No matter how or when I applied it, it always ended up pilling by the afternoon. For that reason I probably wouldn't repurchase.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the box packaging and the product packaging!!!! Who ever designed them have an eye for detail, beauty and highend looks.

This was a beautiful product!!!! It smells beautiful like a highend fresh apple. The consistency is a thin white lotion. A small amount goes along way and also feels like a blurring product when rubbed into the skin It absorbeds nicely into the skin and leaves a smooth hydrating feel. My skin after the trial was so much nicer, brightener looking, soft, hydrated and smooth. (I even had compliments on my skin without makeup on) This product did NOT break me out. This product worked amazing under makeup. Highly recommend

My mature skin really loves this creamy, easy to apply moisturiser. I have been using it for a few weeks I could see remarkable plumping around my lower face, even my husband commented on the great results. The texture of my skin smoothed out and I was really impressed with the glow that I got from this product after around 2 weeks.

Would definitely recommend it.
