I have thoroughly enjoyed trialling this eye cream (thanks BR). I have quite dry under eyes and with the dryness comes dullness. I’ve tried many brightening eye creams and serums but they seem to either brighten or hydrate not really both. The first time I used this I noticed a brightening effect and not in a shimmery way like others I’ve tried. The lightweight gel texture instantly felt hydrating but I haven’t noticed too much of a cooling effect. After using this cream for a month my under eyes seem plumper and more hydrated than they’ve been in a long time. Because it’s a gel consistency you need to use the tiniest bit so it should last a while. I’m not a fan of the packaging as it is a basic plastic tub and looks quite cheap but in saying that it is a fairly inexpensive brand. The product feels much too luxurious for the packaging it’s in. This wears well under concealer but I recently tried a dark circle corrector over it and that didn’t sit well however if you use a full coverage concealer you should be fine. I really think this eye cream would work for anyone in any age bracket and I’m already planning on getting a back up as it’s really become a favourite I don’t want to be without.

Tips: Wait a minute or two for it to fully absorb before applying concealer.
This eye cream comes in a 15ml jar and is white. Simply dip your fingertip in the jar and you have enough for both eyes.
I find it instantly cooling upon application and very lightweight almost like a gel. It spreads well, is non greasy and my skin absorbs it well. Make-up sits nicely and no pilling. Because this is non greasy it's not too much for the eye area and isn't irritating plus doesn't contain any added fragrance.
I'm definitely finding products that contain vitamin c to be beneficial especially at an older age. This cream is good for dry and dull skin and has improved the texture of my skin. My skin does look healthier though I found it improved over time not instantly as claimed but then nothing truly does.
This costs approximately $59 at the supermarket and would last 2 months with 2 daily applications.
I trialled this with the moisturiser in the same range.
Tips: Purchase when on special. Also nice to apply when your eyes are tired.
This is an easily absorbed formula that feels nice on my skin. It has a light fragrance. It would be better if it came in a tube with an applicator as a little goes a long way and you always get too much out of a jar. I haven't seen any viable results as yet but am looking forward to seeing some soon.
Tips: A little goes a long way
Olay eyes comes in a large plastic box that’s 3 times it’s size which makes it easy to spot however wasteful packaging, all the instructions and ingredients are printed on the packaging.
I have definitely noticed a reduction in the dark circles under my eyes looks like I’ve had more then 5 hrs sleep. I’m not a fan of the gold colour of the container and would like it to have matched the moisturiser and had a small scoop with it.
The white cream melts into your skin and absorb quickly and notice a quick difference definitely will be adding this to my collection and look forward to see more improvement with longer use
Loved this. Lovely and cool to apply to middle age eyes. It absorbs quickly and leaves your eye area feel refreshed and glowing. Perfect partner to the Moisturiser.
The first thing I noticed about this product was the packaging, as it was so excessive! There's a huge amount of a packaging and plastic waste for such a small jar! Luckily the product itself made up for this. The cream is almost more of a gel like consistency. it's light, and absorbs reasonably quickly. It instantly makes my eye area look brighter, and also has a nice cooling affect, so as well as looking more awake, I feel more awake too. Would definitely recommend if you're eye area needs some hydration and brightening.
I used this twice a day (day and night) after cleaning my skin. It is so easy to apply as has a soft gel like texture. It glides on easily and absorbs quickly. I applied this after using the Olay Niacinamide + vitamin c moisturiser, I have definitely noticed some of my fine lines around my eyes decrease.
This comes in a 15ml pottle - I found the packaging quite hard to get into. Getting the little yellow pot out of the plastic sleeve was quite difficult.
The creme itself is soft and light and doesn't have a scent.
I’ve noticed a distinct improvement in the fine lines around my eyes and the area feels so much softer.
The price tag is around the $55 mark for 15ml.
I am not 100% sure if I will purchase this product again. Yes I saw improvements in the fine lines around my eyes in the short time that I used the product but the price point of around $55 is out of my price range. This makes it very much a maybe from me!
I was very excited to trial this product as im always keen to try to improve dark circles and hydration around my eyes.
The outer packaging is a little disappointing. There is a lot of 'plastic-looking box' and although recyclable, you could fit 3 of the products into the one outer box. So I feel there is a lot of unnecessary waste of packaging materials there which could certainly be reduced. The product itself comes in a lovely, vibrant orangy-gold pot with a silver lid which looks very cute.
The product claims to: - Instantly hydrate and brighten skin around the eyes - Penetrate 10 surface layers deep to reveal skin’s natural radiant glow - Fast absorption, non-greasy It also has no added fragrance, parabens, phthalates or synthetic dyes which is great.
Upon my first application I found that the product has a very nice, light, delicate scent to it which I really like. It is more of a water-based, lightweight consistency rather than a cream. It absorbed well and didn't leave any kind of residue or stickiness on my skin.
After daily use, I did feel that the skin around my eye area was more hydrated, and dark circles and fine lines were less visible. I would say this eye cream would suit all skin types particularly dry types. I found it to be very hydrating and refreshing and it gave positive results compatible with other eye creams within similar prices and product ranges.
Overall I would use this eye cream again and I am happy with the results it gave. I would recommend using it with the same product range (day cream, serum and night cream) to benefit from maximum results.
Tips: Use sparingly, a little goes a long way! Pat gently into your skin using your fingertips for even application.
The smell and texture of this eye cream is delightful. Fresh in fragrance and light with its texture. But it feels luxurious on. It's not greasy and absorbed well. Am under alot if stress at the moment and tend to suffer from dark circles. These seem to be minimised after a few weeks of use.
Tips: Keep it in the fridge! Super soothing.
This one is a winner for the delicate eye area, especially for those ladies who don’t like a fragrance in their eye care. I really like the way the tender skin around my eyes is so soft while using this product. I have quite oily skin but I guess it doesn’t really matter when you’re looking at an eye cream. The cream is more like a gel and absorbs in quickly. I actually find you don’t need as much as you think so one jar will last quite a long time. The first time I used it I got way too much as it’s a jar you have to pop your ring finger into. Does it brighten? I’m unsure but for a nice eye cream I’d buy this one again purely as I can’t see as many fine lines now, it must penetrate well like the box claims. My only gripe - over packaging by Olay with the plastic sleeve and cardboard inner.
