This is my new favourite face cream! The gel like cream smoothed easily on to my skin and absorbed quickly, perfect for under make up. It has a soft refreshing fragrance and my skin felt and looked hydrated straight away, fine lines were less noticeable. My skin was more radiant after the first use and over time my skin is brighter, more even toned and smooth. I will be definitely purchasing more and I highly recommend this product.

Tips: A little bit goes a long way.
I love this product! The smell is absolutely divine and my face feels super fresh when using it! The smell is tropical and takes me back to a childhood memory and I can smell it for a while after applying it. It is a really nice cream that is just the right consistency, not too thick, not too thin, and spreads far and wide so you really don't need to use much at all to cover your face! It's easy to use being in a jar and you know your going to get all of the product out of the packaging before you discard it. There's nothing worse than knowing there's still heaps at the bottom that you can't get to!! My face feels fresh for quite a while after using it and I use it day and night in my skincare routine. The product should last quite a while given how little you need to actually apply each time. The packaging is really nice, it is definitely something Olay know how to do well! It's not the cheapest product but it does go the mile so I would say it's pretty good value for money and you can't put a price on that fresh feeling! I would definitely recommend this product as the smell and the feel and the excitement of using it is well worth it!
Lovely decent size tub of moisturiser. Feels lovely to put in your skin. Spreads easily, not oily at all. After 3-4 weeks use my skin is feeling “plump” just lovely to touch. The one big negative for me is there is no SPF in it. Otherwise lovely to use
Love this moisturiser and it lives up to all its claims. I used this morning and night for a month, and my skin is so much clearer and brighter. It definitely has active ingredients in it also as after a facial, my skin felt a little tingle when moisturising. My skin is plumper, and brighter and I was able to use less foundation for evening my skin tone.
The consistency of the cream is more gel like. You don't need to apply too much, so it will last well. Immediately after use my skin feels and looks hydrated, and stays that way through the day. It's a great product for those looking for hydration and a glow to their skin... I'd even go as far as saying, my skin is probably looking the best it has in quite a while.
Definitely recommend this moisturiser, and range in general.
Entering my second puberty, oily skin has become my new bugbear! I know I need a moisturiser but I'm also scared to cross that line from glow to oil slick. This moisturiser is amazing. It has a lovely LIGHT citrus scent and a light consistency. It absorbs quickly and leaves your skin feeling like you have put a primer on - not greasy or oily at all but ready for your makeup.
Does my skin look better - yes it does. Definitely less tired, glowing but not an oil slick. It also helps that because it feels so good I am more consistent with applying it!
Tips: It is suggested to use suncreen with this product (I know, I know i should be anyway) but find one that doesn't undo all the loveliness of this light but effective moisturiser.
I like the packaging and when I opened the pottle the fragrance is nice and refreshing, not overpowering. Unfortunately for me I find this moisturiser too watery and I actually don't find it hydrates my skin very well. I prefer a thick moisturiser.
Tips: If you prefer a light weight refreshing moisturiser give this one a go!
Initially I thought this cream would be a run of the mill Olay moisturiser but it's turned out to be a totally unexpected gem! On my first use my face tingled ALOT and I thought oh no Im reacting but persevered and left it on, next morning application almost no tingling. After about 4 days use I was about to start my morning routine and noticed how good my skin looked - my overall complexion looked brighter, healthier and more refined. I thought..surely not..but it actually does what the box says! Standard instructions are cleanse, tone, serum and moisturise. I chose not to use serums for this trial. It feels super hydrating (my skin just laps it up) but it takes a few minutes to absorb, my skin doesnt feel gluggy or tacky after just hydrated and my make up lasts just as well as my usual moisturisers. It has a really subtle fresh scent and the consistency is like a creamy gel. It comes in a cute 50ml tub and the star ingredients are Vit C and Niacinamide (which has so many benefits for the skin) it says it reduces the look of dark spots which I've noticed (I have hyperpigmentation/melasma) my skin looks more even. The only thing is you need a separate sunblock for day wear.
Tips: Wait for cream to absorb fully before applying make up.
I have been trialling the Olay Niacinamide with vitamin C moisturiser for 4 weeks now in conjunction with the Olay Eyes Niacinamide & vitamin C every day. The moisturiser Consistently is it thick, a non thick consistency but not watery.
I found that it applies really well and was easy to smooth out over my forehead, nose, cheeks and neck and did not leave any sticky residue after application, just had to give it a minute to settle. There is no applicator and you apply with fingertips. I had to call in the husbands help on a few occasions as I could not remove the inside lid, it has a tiny handle bit. I got fed up and through it out. A bit on 2 fingers with dabs over the face spreads widely. I had to dip in for my neck area but even free a month it still more than half the product left.
The moisturiser is slightly fragrant but not so to overwhelm once sense and does disappear with application.
I used the moisturiser only in the mornings and it does last quite long. However I would recommend using a SPF as I could not see any on the product or the accompanying packaging.
The packaging is cardboard - very tastefully done in turquoise and silver and the actual container looks pretty. I was pretty impressed with no Parabens, no sulphites which my skin hates, and formulated without a list of nasty chemicals.
It did make my skin look and feel brighter and more hydrated, especially at the time of the year where we in Autumn and my skin is prone to dryness. I had no adverse reaction to changing brands - normally when I do I have a few day of redness and slightly irritated skin. At a around $38 - I think personally it is worth it
Tips: Spread lightly with fingers and avoid the eye area
I don’t often claim my age spots reduce with moisturisers but I do think they have a bit with this Olay Niacinamide & Vitamin C beauty. I normally use the Olay Microsculpting Night cream so this was a nice fresh change. If you can get past the fairly strong citrus fragrance this cream is great for both morning and night. I like the gel-like texture which absorbs really quickly however it was a bit of a faff in the morning having to add a separate layer of SPF, I’m a bit oily so this was an extra layer under makeup as well. I’m definitely going to seek out more Vitamin C products after this trial as I like the results.
Tips: You’d probably want to use up the jar sooner rather than later as I am aware Vitamin C degrades quickly and this jar is fairly open to the air.
I think this could be my new go to moisturiser - I am really impressed with how my skin feels and looks after using this for just over three weeks. I have noticed that my skin looks and feels smoother and clearer, and there is a definite glow. This is pretty amazing considering the weeks that I trialed this product were pretty stressful and I would usually look pretty tired and dehydrated after this much coffee and lack of sleep! So in terms of results, I am very impressed.
The product itself is a lovely texture, almost a cream/gel hybrid, and it feels lovely on my face. It was a great base for my other products, and didn't pill at all. It has a citrus scent, which I actually love. I am not always a fan of scented products, but this was such a fresh and clean smell.
Overall, a great product that I will buy again.
Tips: I have heard that vitamin c absorbs well on damp skin, so I applied this right after washing my face before it was perfectly dry.
