Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Face Cream Review

I absolutely love this cream. It is very gentle and calming on my skin. It is really lightweight and a lovely consistency to apply. I love how it doesnt feel cake like and thick on but provides my skin with Spf and leaves it soft and silky.

I have fine wrinkle lines as im entering my 30s this year and have found this has actually reduced these lines to the point where i have been asked if i had filler put in my frown line!!!

First of all, I LOVE the packaging, the red jar is gorgeous and there's nothing more exciting than opening a new product and seeing something bright and beautiful like this! Also, catches my eye among all my other products! I love that it's in a jar so you know you definitely get all the product out, unlike other products with a pump or bottle. The cream itself is really nice, it's a good consistency, not too thick but not too thin. It felt quite light on my face and I didn't notice it after putting it on, like some creams can feel quite greasy. It covers well, you really don't need to use much at a time so I imagine the jar will last a good while. Easy to use twice a day so it's good to keep a wee skincare routine with and the fragrance of the cream is really, really nice. I can smell it on my skin for a while afterwards and it's beautiful. The price ranges from $40-$50 depending where you buy it from and I think that is reasonable for what it is. It definitely feels like a premium product and, personally, I felt pretty special using it. It's one of those products that just feels like a real treat to have and it is cheap compared to other similar products on the market. Now, the results. Well, I feel I do need to continue using it a little longer to be able to give a fully honest review on this one but I do feel it is making a slight difference. Personally, I do not expect miracles from these products because there is only so much "reversing" of aging that can be done via creams but when it comes to the fine lines, I believe it is making that slight difference and I just feel good that I am doing something that is making a difference to my skin. It feels healthier and brighter and that's great in itself, whether it fixes wrinkles or not! Would I recommend this product? Yes, I would. Why? It's affordable, it feels great, it looks great, and it just gives you a small boost in the day that makes you feel good about yourself and makes you feel proactive about your own skin! It's about the little things in each day that provide a small dose of happiness, and this is one of those little things!

I really love this moisturizer from Olay I feel given time it will deliver the promises it makes, it’s such a nice consistency on your skin it feels thick but just easily glides on your skin and then soaks in nicely to not feel at all heavy on your face but gives the right amount of moisture. It has a lovely scent and I’m finding it nice around my neck also so hoping it makes a nice difference there in time. I guess with any sculpting cream it doesn’t have the added spf factor which would be so nice to have. Definitely a cream which I will continue to use and see how many years can shave off my face.

I'm loving this as a night cream. It's quite thick, but light enough to apply easily, and it sinks in well but leaves a soft, dewy feel on the skin (which I like, as I have very dry skin). If I apply it at night, I wake up in the morning with super-soft skin that actually still feels hydrated, nourished and comfortable - and even slightly plumped. For someone who always wakes up with parched skin, this is heavenly.

The cream's packed with dermatologist-approved ingredients, and while I can't say my face looks 'sculpted', my skin texture has definitely improved, and it's only been a week!

I'd prefer a hygienic pump bottle, but the jar's cool (heavy, dark red glass) with a well-sealing lid, so it's not bad. I also prefer unscented, but the fragrance is light and pleasant and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, so that's not a deal-breaker for me either. And you really don't need much to cover your whole face and neck, so it's pretty economical (especially if you get it from the BR vault, like I did :)).

I am 29 years old and am just starting to notice some changes in my skin such as fine lines, wrinkles and dry skin. This makes me terribly sad inside!

I tried this product as they briefly had a sample size available for purchase. I loved it! My skin felt soft and moisturized and not at all oily, I noticed my fine lines were disappearing and my foundation went on a lot smoother.

Definitely the best moisturizer I have used. I ran out of my sample size bottle and decided I needed to buy a replacement immediately. Sadly I went to the supermarket and this product was not what I would typically call supermarket prices. It was $52.99 and while I desperately wanted it I knew that sadly I could not afford it.

Every time I have to purchase new moisturizer I look longingly at this one but it is usually out of my budget so I go for the cheaper option which is ok but it just isn't the same!

If it was closer to the $30-$35 mark I would always use this product.

I am a routine kinda girl – I like my skincare systems or cleanse, tone, moisturise set up sort of thing – I cannot just cleanse or use soap. The night cream I was using, I was using to use up.. I didn’t actually feel like it was doing anything for me so my skin was at a great blank canvas to see if this actually made a difference.

And it did. For a start my pores shrunk.

But let’s start with the basics.

Prettily packaged in a red box is a lovely red pottle with silver lid encasing a creamy white cream inside.

You don’t need to use a lot as a little pea sized portion goes a long way. I think this will last me longer than the pre-essence… but I guess it depends how you use it. It’s a really light non-greasy formula that feels so silky and smooth. It glides over the skin and leaves you feeling hydrated.

With a light floral scent that isn’t too perfumed this cream delivers a moisture boost that lasts. The following morning my skin didn’t feel dry.

I found it did apply best to washed/cleansed skin – at night after my cleanse in the shower and morning after a cleanse and rinse. It’s very hard to tell individually the effect this is having as I was testing as a duo. I applied this straight after the application of the pre-essence. The pre-essence worked its own magic making my skin feel firmer but then this cream comes into action with its amazing smoothing power and hydration.

It’s recommended that you apply twice a day so it had to sit under my makeup. 100% it works like a primer – creating a nice base that made makeup easy to apply. It stays put and doesn’t let makeup slide off either like some other moisturisers/sunscreens tend to do.

I am quite realistic I don’t expect my wrinkles to disappear – BUT I feel this would be doing a great job to slow the aging process/protect from further damage while using. The ingredients list have some antioxidants listed which I always look for that are well known for its anti-aging properties.

I did find it hard to tell if it visibly reduced my wrinkles. But it did noticeably reduce my pores. It increased the moisture to my skin, as well as smoothing and firming it so I feel like it was working but yes wrinkle wise it was very hard to tell.

I have been using this product for just over 2 weeks, morning and night. Really loving this cream. It smells lovely but not to over bearing. A small amount does go a long way and upward circular motions to apply the cream as suggested on the tub seem to work quite well. My skin feels firmer after applying the cream and it doesn't feel sticky, just feels nice and smooth. My pores have reduced and lines appear slightly smoother. I am looking forward to seeing the results after a month. Highly recommend this product, it is above average in price but definitely worth it. At nearly 40 years old, hopefully this keeps me in my 30's a little longer!

The thick white cream is contained in a dark red plastic pottle and an outer red/ silver cardboard box. Non greasy and quick absorbing, with a very light fragrance. Not quite as hydrating over the whole day as I thought it would be. My skin is soft and silky after applying but slightly dry & a little crepey by the afternoon. I have used just under 1/2 the pottle (so perhaps 7-8 weeks supply in the whole pot), and the skin is firmer, as promised by Day 14. By Day 28 there should be visibly reduced lines and wrinkles (counting down - another 4-5 days?). I am using the Miracle Boost Pre-Essence as well, so difficult to know whether both are working, but brow marks and crowsfeet are definitely noticeably reduced, where I've used both. Cheeks are still not as firm/ plump as I expected (mainly just moisturiser here). Maybe unfairly I am thinking the moisturiser is taking longer to work than the essence? It's still a nice but thick moisturiser, and I will keep using it in combo with the essence. No adverse affects for sensitive skin. I bought a follow up pottle when I saw it on sale.

I actually really loved this product. The bright red and silver packaging is lovely and looks great in the bathroom. I did initially find the smell off putting as it smells like a hair product in my opinion, and i was concerned the fragrance would be over powering - how wrong was I? The cream itself is a velvety white cream that looks and feels really thick however is absorbed into the skin quickly and doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky nor does it have a "heavy" feel on the skin. The fragrance isn't too bad at all and dissipates quickly. Results were fantastic! Within a couple of days my skin looked healthier and definitely plumper - I luckily don't have a lot of wrinkles but I have large pores and quite a bit of hormone discoloration which has definitely faded. Pore size is reduced and my skin looks and feels smoother. I would definitely be using it again and making my husband try it! It didn't take 10yrs off but it has a made a noticeable difference to the appearance and feel of my skin.
