Olay Sensitive Moisturising Cream Review

My great grandmother at the age of 93 looked like she was in her 70s. And the only thing she used on her skin was a block of soap and olay cream!

So naturally I had to try it myself. It feels nice, heavy like a night cream. Pleasant smell and texture. Did I notice a major change while using it? No. But it's a great buffer for locking in moisture when I've run out of my expensive cream untill I can get some more.

I have been using this facial moisturiser from Olay for many years now, and I am sure I will use it for many more. I do not actually have skin that is so sensitive that I need the Sensitive version of this lotion, but I prefer not having any fragrance or colourants in my face cream. Having said that, I’ve also used the Classic version of this moisturiser when I have not been able to get the Sensitive version, and it is just as nice. The lotion is nice and light, with no greasiness at all, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I usually buy the larger sized bottle rather than the screw top jar, and because the lotion is so nice and light it is easy to dispense from the bottle. I like that Olay products are easily available from the supermarket and I think they are really great value for money. A few years ago I started using the SPF version of this lotion as my day cream, and this plain version has become my night cream as I am beginning to fully realise how important it is in New Zealand to use a cream with SPF every day. The lotion does exactly what it says on the packaging, it gives your skin lots of hydration and leaves it soft and smooth. At the same time it is fuss free and as it has no fragrance my partner sometimes uses it too when his skin is really dry. I would definitely recommend this not just to people with sensitive skin.

Decent product, does the job. A good price for this product too. And can be found conveniently at the supermarket.

This moisturiser is great for sensitive skin! Absorbs very fast, and reduces redness instantaneously. It locks in moisture, and leaves skin feeling soothed and nourished.

This has been used in my family for decades. My 78year old mother is atest to the proven results with not a single wrinkle or crows feet ! Unbelievable you say? I too was stunned but she puts it down to this simple cream that’s been her daily regimen for as long as I’ve been alive ! It’s spread easily with no overpowering scent or greasy left over. If you want to look 20 years younger like my mother does then get on to this now!

I've been using this since I was 14 in high school (am now 28) as my mum used it and swore by it. My skin absorbs it wonderfully (combination skin) and it doesn't leave my oily areas feeling greasy. I always get compliments on my complexion and this is the only beauty product I've been using religiously. I use it anytime, but mainly at night after cleansing/serums. Great for the price as well

I recently got given this moisturising cream for mothers day and I use it every morning and night. Its smooth, silky and leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed. It smells nice and is very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

This is my first time trying Olay moisturiser and I have really enjoyed it! It didn't give me breakouts (which isn't always the case!) and I have found it to be a really thick, moisturising product but without feeling heavy and "cakey" on my skin.
