I have so many of these bad boys they are amazing for high heels. They can be used for any shoe as they are not sticky. They make your heels far comfier but it will still hurt if they are super high.

Tips: Make sure they can't slip out or be seen!
Very comfortable for those long night on heels. I don't wear heels very often so those are a must for me. It is easy to clean so you can reuse it over and over again. It does stop sticking after a while so not so good for open toe shoes but it last long enough to get your money worth it. I also have very tiny feet and find it really hard to find shoes that fits me so when I do fall in love with a pair of shoes that are slightly too big I know that this gel cushion will do the trick.
I loved this product - it reduced the pain from my shoes. It's not as effective as a full insole, but because it's transparent it can be worn with any shoe - even strappy sandals - without being too obvious. I do find that they eventually wear out/get grubby. Also I did have some issues getting them to stay put in some shoes with a silk-lined toe.
Tips: * Don't put these into tight shoes. It raises your foot up so that even though you may get less pain on the balls of your feet you end up with blisters on the tops of them.
Slipped a pair of these into the heels I wear for work most often. They definitely make a difference to the comfort of the ball of your foot, which in my case can get pretty sore by the end of the day. The adhesive is super sticky, so they aren’t going to move around, but it does mean that you really need a separate pair for each pair of shoes, which if you have a number of heels you wear, it could be a little pricey.
They aren’t the cure-all for sore feet from high heels, but let’s face it, no product is likely to ever be (apart from your slippers!!), but they do offer a degree of comfort and the way they’re moulded means your toes does get squashed from a potentially tighter fit. I’ll definitely buy more to slip into the pairs of heels I wear most often.
Look if you have a big day or night planned in uncomfortable shoes would I use these....Yes.....but will my feet still be sore....Yes
It's like wearing a rain coat - you will probably still get wet but not as wet if you didn't have one. It's a great way to minimize damage 😁
Great for when you are going out and wearing heels! I found that I could stand for a long time without my feet getting so sore and I could notice it the next day too! Doesnt 100% stop the pain but works well!
I dont wear heels all the time I try and wear more flats to work to save my poor old hips hehe..however there is nothing like heels for a night out or any other events but as my feet have forgotten what its like all night in heels I bought these to make it less painful. These were a god send I was a little worried they would slip but they really didnt and stopped my feet from getting that awful ache that they get...I use these everytime I wear heels now.
I don't wear heels except on special occasions, so my feet aren't use to this kind of pressure. The pain on the balls of my feet was still there, but not as much as if there wasn't. I tried one shoe with it on and other without. It is a big difference by the end of the day.
The gel pad is about 2mm thick, so for me with chunky feet, it made the shoe a bit smaller in the front - pushing my feet out of the shoe opening a bit.
They are easily removable and you can put them in another pair of shoe, which is economically great :)
Tips: Adjust the placement of the gel according to where the balls of your feet will rest in your shoes. Everyone's feet is different from the guidelines indicated on the packet.
I have found these gel cushions to be good at reliving the pressure under the balls of my feet when wearing high heels. I have just started a new job a couple of weeks ago and have had to wear heels all day, which I am not used to. I have found the balls of my feet get sore after walking and standing in heels all day. The gel cushions felt really comfortable and definitely eased the pain. The pain hasn't completely disappeared but I presume that if I keep wearing them for longer the pressure under the balls of my feet will be relieved, as I have only been using them for 5 days. I did find that they took a few days to get used to, as the cushions felt a bit thick under my toes and balls of my feet, and I felt like there was an awkward uneven feel because the top part of my foot was slightly raised but my heel wasn't. But once I got used to it it felt fine. I also found that sometimes when my feet got quite hot and sweaty the gel cushions would stick to my feet. The heel shields are easy to apply once you get them in the right position, simply peel off the backing and stick it on like a sticker. They can be a bit fiddly but once you get the hang of it it's ok.
The packaging says the gel cushions are reusable and washable, but I have not tried this yet. But it would come in handy especially in winter when I would transfer them into my boots.
Tips: Try and push the gel cushions as far forward to the front of your shoe, so there is no gap or lip at the top of your shoe.
Used this with my heels on a friend's party and I honestly love it. There was a difference in the feeling of not wearing these cushions with wearing it. My heels felt more comfortable while standing for hours, the only thing that I don't like about it, is that once I've peeled it out of my heels and put it on another pair, then it does not stick well anymore. But it is a great product.
