Snowberry Rejuvenating Night Cream Review
Night-time is skin's ‘recovery period'. This luxuriously hydrating night cream is specially formulated to contain a higher concentration of moisturizers to replenish, rejuvenate and repair dryness overnight - so it feels luxuriously rich on the skin. It contains superfruit Wolfberry, New Zealand Kanuka honey and Harakeke seed extracts, supported by an exotic blend of natural herbal oils including Meadowfoam, Inca Inchi, Echium and Cloudberry seed oils that together, help to nourish and neutralise free radicals. This botanical goodness is boosted with Hyaluronic acid, a tried and true hydrator that is naturally found in the body and can decrease with age. It’s like a “super moisture sponge”, that when applied to skin, attracts water to the molecule and helps plumps skin up. This night cream is designed to condition, replenish and rejuvenate skin.

I did like that this product goes a long way, speads over the face well. What I didnt like was that this product made me break out in acne on my face.
Such a nourishing night cream! Feels fabulous on the skin, dries down nicely and doesn't leave a sticky feeling
Absolutely the best night cream ever. Even the pump is classy. It leaves you skin feeling silky and clean. Not sticky like some do. Get this while you can
Tips: Keep in fridge for a lil bit of extra zing
I loved this moisturiser due to its consistency & how hydrated my skin feels after. I love natural ingredients plus it makes my skin look healthier & plump & lasts all day. It makes my skin look & feel younger.
I was attracted to it’s packaging. The design is simple and elegant. It has pumping unit to dispense the product. Just enough amount is pumped which is a good thing because there is a lesser chance of wasting product. The consistency of the lotion is not too thick and not too runny. I didn’t like it’s smell. The product glides well on the skin but takes a bit time to absorb completely. I have been using it for a while. My skin does feel a bit soft in the morning but no other changes I can notice. There are a lot cheaper products that can moisturise skin so I am not sure that I would but it again.
The product comes in a pump which is really helps to keep it nice and hygienic. I find usually 1-2 pumps is enough for my face. This has a lovely texture- moisturising but not oily/sticky, feels like a water-cream. Spreads easily and nicely hydrating. Very minimal scent which I really like as I find it hard to find a product not targeted for sensitive skin that doesn't have a strong scent.
I had a huge struggle initially to get the pump to start . i pumped and pumped and nothing happened .I shook the container and tried again and a tiny pit splurted out. Not a good start. The next night I tried and was able to make the pump work although it is inclined to misdirect. The product once I got the pump to work is lovely.I expected it to be white but is is a creamy colour with a very light scent. I cream felt like silk although thick and creamy and just absorbed into my skin immediately. I love the feel of this on my skin and my skin feels so lovely next day too. Yes it is expensive but it makes my skin feel amazing.
Tips: Watch the pump direction as product can fly out or sometimes nothing.I have soaked container base in hot water and this has resloved the pump issue Product must have settled and been stored for a while
I picked this up in the beauty vault, thanks BR! At $91 it is not something that I could afford to buy myself so I am grateful that I got to try it out. It comes in a box and inside is a small pamphlet that tells you about all the products that Snowberry has. I like that it is made in NZ, cruelty free and has no nasties!
It comes in a 50 ml bottle with a pump. Consistency wise I would say it is medium, it's not runny nor is it really thick. It smells quite strong, it's an odd scent.....sometimes it reminds me of grass lol. I don't dislike it and I got used to it. It reminds me of the scent of an Ecostore cream I was using and they both have Harakeke so perhaps it is that.
A little definitely goes a long way with this. I have dry skin and my skin just soaks it up, it doesn't leave my face feeling sticky at all and it isn't heavy like some night creams can be. It does not cause breakouts and I get no stinging or irritation.
I've had some dryness around my nose area and it has gone since using this. My skin is left feeling very hydrated and super soft. It is a lovely night cream which my skin seems to love. So overall I am enjoying using it and look forward to putting it on at night.
I picked this up in the Vault and was VERY excited to try it as I love their original serum and have bought many bottles of it. Unfortunately, this did not live up the bar set by its sister skincare.
The packaging is classic Snowberry - white tube with a cute picture on the front. It's a pump pack, which is handy and makes it feel more hygienic.
The scent is... off-putting. Initially it smells fresh but it quickly turns, and when I asked my husband for his opinion he described it as 'rotting cucumber', which sums it up perfectly. I can't stand the scent, but would put up with it if the product worked wonders on my skin.
The lotion is white and creamy and seems to absorb quickly, however I found in the mornings I was waking up with oily skin (my skin is dry) and when I washed my face in the shower it felt like a slippery layer was being removed from my skin.
As for seeing improvements to my skin? It did look hydrated, but I can get hydration without the stench and the slippery/oily skin at a much more affordable price.
Sorry, Snowberry. I'll stick to your serum but this night cream is a pass.
