St Ives exfoliating scrub is my go to scrub!! On the days I decide to wear make up I use this after cleansing to really rid my skin of any leftover make up. I love how the beads feel against my skin. After washing off my skin is left feeling amazingly soft and smooth, very much reminds me of baby skin. I recommend this to everyone who is looking for a new exfoliant. It has the lovely pleasant smell of apricots which I adore! I only use this product a couple of times a week just to be sure I'm not causing damage to.my skin from the exfoliating beads!

I've been using St. Ives Apricot scrub since I was in high school. So that's about 14 years ago. For a product to be around that long and to be loved so much speaks for itself. I love the texture and when I use it on my face it really feels like I'm scrubbing the day away. It has a pleasant smell and my skin is always left feeling smooth. It doesn't necessarily help however if you have blemishes or blackheads. It won't get rid of those. I think this is more a product that is great for a weekly scrub, just to get rid of dead skin cells.
Tips: A little goes a long way - it can be a bit abrasive so use sparingly.
This stuff smells amazing. And that's really the only completely good thing about it... You have to be real gentle while scrubbing, the exfoliators in it are really rough, and I honestly wouldn't recommend using it on your face... It seems to dry out my skin also, and doesn't help with blemishes or blackheads.
This is a beautiful smelling facial scrub! I love the refreshing feel it gives after use. However, if used too often it tends to cause irritation and dryness of my skin around the more sensitive areas of the face - e.g., around the mouth and eye area. The exfoliating sensation leaves your skin feeling so smooth and refreshed after having used the scrub. Overall, I find St Ives to be a really reliable and decent product, that is not too pricey! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants that refreshed and smooth skin feel ♥♥♥
Tips: Do not use too often if you have sensitive skin.
I use to love this before I realised the damage it was doing to my skin. It is a nice smelling product and give you The feeling you really have scrubbed properly. However this product is extremely rough on my face where the skin is so delicate so no longer continue to use this product unless for legs or feet.
Tips: As a skin specialist I have seen a lot of younger girls abuse their skin with this product. If use is unavoidable on use a maximum on 2 days a week!!! Important to not use for anymore than this as the exfoliation is to intense for a face scrub
Definitely a must in my beauty regime. Have tried other exfoliants but nothing seems to come close. The texture actually feels like its removing all the yuck stuff and you are left with fresh clean skin. Love this product and use it on the daily.
St Ives Scrub is simply one of the most versatile products I have ever used. I started using St Ives because my mother and sister used their scrubs, body creams and body washes. I normally buy this from the supermarket in my grocery shopping.
First thing is , it smells amazing. You get this sweet scent of apricot when you lather it on your skin.Secondly, the texture of it felt like tiny little bits of sand mixed into a lotion type paste. It has this whitish peach colour with brown speacks through it. I use mine every other day. I switch it up in between scrubs and cleansers. It didn't sting my skin like others Ive tried. I like that it has natural elements in the Scrub.
My results were that My skin felt so clean after use. Cleaner than using soap and water. My skin wasn't dried out after use. I will always buy this scrub. I love it that much.
This apricot scrub is great and uses tiny crunches of walnut shell as natural exfoliants in it's cleansing apricot formula. At first, I thought the exfoliants were a little harsh and scratchy on my sensitive skin, but it works as it says it will, "revealing smooth and radiant skin".
This scrub has a rich scent of apricots, and a great exfoliating formula to help remove dead, flaky skin and grime. Great to wash the day away (if you're using at night) or to refresh your skin for the day ahead. I love how St Ives is using natural exfoliants instead of the little plastic micro beads other brands often use, so you don't need to feel guilty of polluting the environment and know that while your skin is being looked after, so is your world.
My skin feels fresh and new after using this, but once out of the shower you need to remember to moisturise straight away, because it strips your skins natural oils a little too. My skin is dry though, so it's always that way. If your skin is super reactive and sensitive, I would recommend not using this too often because it could cause your skin to flare or get blotchy (the crunches of walnut shell can be a bit rough).
Tips: Moisturise straight after to keep your skins smoothness and softness locked in with moisture. :)
I always use this on my workout days. It leaves my face feeling fresh and clean. The simplicity of being able to use it in the shower makes my daily routine so much more simpler. I'm always getting complimented on how clear my skin is. I wouldn't use anything else.
Tips: Follow up with a great hydrating moisturizer.
I would honestly not use this at all unless your skin can handle really harsh, rough scrubs. I can feel it doing damage to my skin and while it does feel smoother afterwards, it also feels dry and damaged. I can't believe that they would recommend a usage of 3 to 4 times a week as that seems too much even for less harsh scrubs.
I love the smell of apricots so that is a good thing but probably the only thing I like about this product.
