Actually leaves your skin feeling rejuvenated! Removes dead skin and makes your skin look and feel like its glowing! I Love the natural feel of it and no over powering smell or harsh chemical burning you can feel with clearasil etc. I would also reccomend Garnier Clean Detox and Face Mask

I really like St Ives products and this one is no exception. I like that it feels really natural and has no strong perfume smell. It really smooths out my skin and is particularly good when your skin is feeling grimy or tired. I like to follow it with a cleanser like the St Ives green tea one. It feels like you clean all the grime off your skin and then finish it off with a good cleanser.
Tips: Use 3 or 4 times a week, not every wash. Particularly good when you're feeling a bit tired or your skin not it's best, it really smooths it out!
I use this exfoliator about once a week on my face & twice a week on my elbows, knees & feet. This gives me great soft skin & gets rid of all the dead skin cells & helps regenerate new skin cells giving the feeling of soft skin around the problem areas. If I have a sensitive day then I don't use it on my face as sometimes I do find it can be quite harsh on my face.
Tips: Scrub it into your knees, elbows & feet before getting into the shower.
First thing I notice is that this is advised to be used 3-4 times a week...this goes against everything I have been taught. Theres seriously no need for that amount of use as too be honest its a fairly gritty exfoliant its not like it is gentle. If you over stimulate the skin this can cause further breakouts and just generally mess with the PH balance in your skin. I'd be using this 2 times per week TOPS. Maybe 3 in the winter if your super super dry. In the summer I would always narrow it down to just once a week to give your skin a boost.
It's very very gritty, wouldnt be ideal for all skin types at all, after using it my skin did feel cleaner, fresher and smoother. But senstive skins this would be a no go for you guys...too much!
Im not a fan of apricot,i deteste it actually eating and the smell, so I probably wouldn't use this product again. I got it bought for me one christmas time. It is an ok overall everyday kind of supermarket product, but for those who are using it every day (if you must) less is definitley more.
Those who use it everday due to dryness your not really doing your skin any favours, you can concentrate on drinking more water, eating healthily and a great moisturiser. That combined with exfoliating twice a week should still enable you to see results!A big sign of over exfoliating is extreme dryness, redness, skin sensitivity.
But yes an OK exfoliant when used in moderation :)
This is my can't do without product. I use it daily as my skin is very dry. I get so many comments on how nice my skin is, and I can only put it down to drinking heaps of water and using this scrub.within days of not using it I am back to dry flakey rough skin.
Tips: Use daily but dont rub too hard or else it will be way too harsh
I'm not a fan of this scrub. The exfoliants seem really scratchy on my skin and I didn't like the smell of it, It also didn't seem to be actually cleansing very well either. So wouldn't buy again. But I do like some of the other St Ives range of products.
I personally found that this was a little to harsh for my skin for frequent use. I would use it again as a 'once in a blue moon' type of product when my skin is in seem serious need of scrubbing. It does smell good, and your skin definitely feels clean after it. But for skin slightly on the more sensitive side, I wouldn't use it as an everyday kind of scrub.
Makes my face feel so clean and fresh, and definitely helps with complexion and make up removal. Plus the smell helps :) it's very grainy and doesn't taste too good so be careful around the mouth area. Works well all over body
I've found this scrub is best when my skin needs some serious exfoliation. It's definitely not for everyday use that's for sure. The scrub is quite coarse so a little goes a long way. It's great to use on your body as well, I like to use it over my neck, shoulders and arms, and occasionally on my legs if they're getting a tad on the scaly side!
This is a great product to have in the shower, to use every couple of days to give your face a really good clean. You can't beat the price either. The apricot scent is plesant. I do find that i t can be a bit rough on your skin, and it is you can add it to a cream cleanser to help gentle it. But a really great scrub! :)
