The first time I used this my eyes were burning and my skin felt tight. I do have slightly sensitive skin. I didn't find it took my makeup off straight away. It took me 3 goes to actually remove the makeup. I do not think it's worth the money especially when there are supermarket brands that do such a great job.

I really love how this just melts off 98% of my make up. It was so weird for me initially as this was the first lotion based make up remover that I had used before but now after using this, I'd never go back. This stuff has been fantastic at removing my stubborn double wear foundation. My only downside is the price. It's pretty expensive versus other make up removers
Tips: I found letting it sit on my skin for about 3 mins helped to get the stubborn bits around my eyes. Rubbing it in circular motions across my face really made a difference. I used about 2-3 pumps depending on whether I had eyeshadow as well.
