I was so lucky to be given this product by another BR babe :)
I have never used a liquid foot scrub before so was very eager to give this a try.
It comes in a medium sized tube that has the typical Aromatherapy Co packaging which I find simple, yet nice. I like that the tube is made out of some form of tinfoil material (sorry I have no clue what it is!) so that you are able to leave the product in the shower and it won't get ruined by excess water on it daily.
The consistency is a semi thick white cream with brown pumice beads. Straight away I could smell mint which I liked.
You only need a small amount which means that this product will last you a long time. You rub gently all over your feet to exfoliate them and then wash off, simple as that.
The mint scent is lovely while you are using this product and my feet felt super soft afterwards as well as cool from the mint.
I really enjoyed using this product and I feel sorry for my feet that I havn't been looking after them as much as I do the rest of my skin so I will continue to use this pumice scrub and will purchase it again.
I got the 30mL version of this in a gift set that included solely foot products from The Aromatherapy Co and liked this enough I bought the full sized version! The 30mL version comes in a dark green squeezy tube, with white writing and a black label and has a nice minimalistic look. The full size comes in a silver metal swueezy tube, with a retro black screw on lid and and old school sage green label. I think the packaging of the full size is so gorgeous and classy, and I am always a fan when the packaging of beauty products means they look good on the bathroom counter! The scrub is white in colour, with large brown bits of exfoliant. The smell is delicious, it smells like candy canes, which is good as often mint products can smell a bit like toothpaste! It says to use this on dry feet, but I prefer to use it on damp feet after a foot soak as it seems way more effective that way at removing dead skin (I recently purchased a foot spa!). This smells amazing and isn't too rough that it could be used multiple times a week, especially during the summer where I find my feet CONSTANTLY need TLC from all the sandal wearing. This gently removes the dead skin on my feet, without stinging or being too harsh. It leaves such a nice clean smell as well (but it is a strong scent so if you aren't a fan of that, this may not be for you). Don't expect a miracle from this - it isn't heavy duty and is best used with a Scholl Pedi machine or manual foot file to help remove the skin but I love this for giving myself a luxury salon pedicure experience at home, and it helps so much with removing dead skin on my feet and keeping it under control. This is low effort to use, pretty effective, and smells great and has the bonus of being NZ made and vegan too.
Tips: Use after soaking feet in warm foot with a foot file for best results.
