I got this foot scrub as a gift from someone. I think its a good scrub, but doesn't add anything extra or anything special than a normal body scrub. The texture is very grainy and fine, and is not too harsh on your skin. It feels like you are rubbing thick sand on your feet. I use this on my heels during my shower to remove dead skin. I use this scrub about once or twice a week as maintenance as I don't have badly cracked or dry heels. But if you did have badly cracked heels I would suggest you use this daily or every second day. I don't really see what the peppermint, lavender and tea tree does either as I don't notice any difference from using a normal body scrub. It doesn't even smell strongly of any of these oils either. For the price of this product I probably wouldn't purchase this again as I can get a cheaper body scrub that will do the trick.

Reviews
Tips: Apply to your heels in a circular motion in the middle/near the end of your shower, as the hot water will soften your skin making it easier to scrub and exfoliate.
This product has a lovely aroma of peppermint, tea tree and lavender. It's great to use at the end of a shower when you feet have been standing in water. I found it helped to rough away the dry skin areas but I'm not sure if it is worth the price. Love the smell though!
Tips: Be careful that the cream doesn't get washed away before applying it to your feet if the shower water is still running!
