Tips: Tea tree oil can also be used to treat sunburn, easy itchiness caused by bites, and sores!
I use this product as a quick spot treatment!!! This help my pimple dry up so fast, definitely the best product I’ve found for my skin type.
Tips: Small drop on a cotton pad or cotton wall then dab on pimple
I love the scent of tea tree oil and it's just such a good all rounder, so I always have a bottle tucked away. I mostly use this as a toner a couple of times a week (a few drops mixed with some water and green tea) and find that this leaves my skin feeling nourished, awake and spot free. I also use this from time to time if I have a breakout (a little bit on the end of a cotton tip does the trick). A friend of mine recently used this as a moquito repellant while we were away on holiday so it seems these's not much that tea tree oil can't do! It's cheap and easy too find too with most supermarkets stocking it.
I purchased this tea tree oil as i’m quite prone to mosquito bites.. and read in a few articles that it’s a great household antiseptic.
I found it was quite soothing for those unbearably itchy mozzy bites... however.. the smell of the oil was a bit too strong for my liking... so i tend to use it at night after shower, before bed.
A good thing is that it’s not overly expensive... but i didn’t use it for other purposes apart from my bites... and a little goes a long way.. so eventually it expired before i managed to finish the bottle... which was a little bit wasteful. Although the bottle was quite small already... i probably need a even smaller miniature bottle hahaha =D.
Next time i buy it, i shall read up on what else i can use it for to ensure it wouldn’t go to waste.
This is a handy solution to have around the home.
Lasts a long time as you don’t need much just a drop or few at a time. Very reasonably priced and handy being able to get it from the supermarket.
I’ve used it for cleaning mostly a few drops into my bucket or spray bottle. Even a few drops onto the carpet to freshen the room.
I’ve diffused this also which is nice when sick. It’s also been great on bites to soothe the itch.
I use this product to help manage my breakouts and it has been very effective. There have been times where I've had quite bad and painful acne on my chin and this product has taken the pain and irritation away.
Tips: Apply with cotton ball and hold on spot for a few seconds.
This is a staple in our home. It is great for insect bites to help reduce the itch. Any skin irritations it calms. It helps with acne too. A little goes a long way so you have value for your money with this product.
Tips: Avoid eyes as this has a strong lingering aroma which would sting/burn.
I use tea tree oil for so many things such as cold process soaps, shampoo bars, face creams, skin salves, deodorants, to treat insect bites and minor skin infections. It’s so versatile and this brand is absolutely lovely! The oil scent lasts longer than other brands I’ve tried and it’s very affordable.
Was great and the smell very strong perfect 4 what i was needing. This stuff is great to put in the vacumm 2 make the house smell great and also spray over your furniture to prevent animals fleas
Tips: Put in with shampoo 2 percent headlice
Tea tree oil has been a staple in my life for a good 10+ years now, Thursday Plantation makes it affordable and accessible.
When my skin is oily and breaking out I like to add a drop to a bottle of rosehip oil to use as a moisturiser at night along with a few drops in my apple cider vinegar & purified water mix I use as a toner. Worried about cooties going around? a few drops in shampoo seems to deter the pesky little devils while also helping to keep the scalp nourished and dandruff free. Need a multi-purpose cleaner? I like to add a few drops to a spray bottle along with 1:3 ratio of white vinegar/water.
Tips: While tea tree oil is super amazing and effective when it comes to healing and fighting bacteria, please be careful for deep wounds such as abscesses and nasty cuts that the surface heals over before the bacteria inside has vacated!
