I love this product and you only need a little bit. It smells just like walking into a beauty spa, you know that heady geranium smell.
In my view this is a serum and more a spot treatment rather than something that you would put all over your face which could be why some previous reviewers have found it to be abit greasy. I just used it on my crows feet and other areas where I find my wrinkles and I have seen a noticeable difference in my skin.
Tips: Buy it, use it as a spot treatment under your normal moisturiser twice daily.
I have tried this serum for the last two weeks putting it on twice a day. I found that it absorbed nicely into my skin. I used moisturiser over the top. After two weeks I have noticed no difference in my wrinkles at all. I think the product makes my skin nice and it is a nice base but wouldn't use it in the hope of improving the wrinkles as unfortunately they are all still there - no change at all.
A little tentative about applying an oil to my face at first but after a couple of days it feels good and you feel it working. Used it morning and night at first, but found the serum took a while to soak in, so ended up just using this at night as an intensive treatment, then my regular moisturiser in the morning. My skin was instantly softer, reduced my pores and I think a little plumper! The smell is quite strong at first (not unpleasant) and doesn't linger once applied. Not sure if this is normal but serum was clear when I first opened the bottle then around 2 weeks later went a bright yellow (cloudy) colour, a little off putting but I carried on using the product.
Tips: I now have this with me all day everyday, its great for dry hands, just a tiny amount and you can treat dry lips too....love it! Thanks for letting me try it :)
I have been using this for the past 3 weeks and have found it very nourashing for my skin. I have had a few breakouts but my skin def seems to have a more even tone and it goes beautifully under moisteriser and my make-up. As far as reducing fine lines? I took a photo when I started and there is maybe a little difference but mostly my skin looks more even and fresh looking. A nice product that moisturizes well, smells a little funky but I didn't mind that. I will def keep using and see if a few more weeks deals to those wrinkles, lol.
Tips: A little really does go a long way, a few drops is all you need. I always put on the back of my hand first so I can rub any excess onto that. I havent needed to use a toner either while I have been using this.
I have been using this product for about 2 and half weeks now and I love it. When I first go it, I though the smell was too strong. Sometimes strong smells give me headache but after applying it, there wasn't any problem. Now I am in love with the smell too. Very relaxing I will say. ;-) I am using it in the mornings and my skin feels nicer and had reduced the pores. I have not notice any difference in the wrinkles but I don’t have much to be noticeable. Definitely my skin feels a few years younger. ;-) It absorbs very fast, maybe because I use it after the shower and sure I don’t need to use any moisturizer after it. Great product. I will go on using it. :-)
Tips: Before you buy, check the smell, it could be a bit strong. Also a little bit goes a long way so the price is quite good.
The Serum was slightly runny, tried it for two weeks felt good on my hands. Didnt find it did too much to my face. Needed a couple more drops then the required amount for it to work on my neck and face.
Tips: More suited for my hands.
I so enjoyed using this Trilogy serum. It smells wonderful and herbal putting it on and then it sinks in straight away. I used it morning and night under my usual moisturisers. When I woke, my skin appeared rested and hydrated. During the day, the serum gave a glow to my skin but never made it look or feel oily (my skin can still get quite shiny even though I am in my early forties). I felt like this product made a difference to my skin and I would definitely use it again. Great job Trilogy!
Tips: I used a bit more than they said on the bottle. I used six drops at night all over my face and four during the day, just on the forehead and cheeks.
Easy to apply to skin. Skin feels smooth after applying the serum. After a few weeks of using the serum I have found my skin to be smoother and fine lines have disappeared. Easy to apply moisturizer and make up on top of serum. Hands are left oily after applying so a good wash will take the serum off your hands, I find that it works better at night, when you don't have to put other products on top of it.
Another great Trilogy product. I have been using three drops morning and night under moisturiser. It is a lightweight texture and absorbs well into the skin after a few minutes. Pleasant scent. Moisturiser and makeup sit well on top. I did notice that my skin felt different to touch, smoother. And I would agree that it does help your skin to appear more radiant. I think the CoQ10 could be quite a beneficial ingredient re it's claims to boost collagen and reduce the signs of ageing. The packaging is the usual Trilogy glass bottle with dropper for application, works well. The only negative thing I could say is that the frosted glass finish on the bottle has chipped off for no apparent reason, and makes the bottle look a bit shabby.
Was excited to try this one but have to say not to impressed. The smell of this product was a real put off for me, and it kind of left my skin feeling greasy, and took a while to absord. Didn't really notice any great change in my skin either.
