Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Original

I have used this since forever and it is the best thing for soft lips, dry flaky skin as well as cuts and bruises as it heals skin barrier fast for smoother skin. It is amazing as a moisturizer for drier skin types but oily skin too can use it occasionally as it hasn't broken me out. I recommend it as a daily lip balm and for dry chapped skin. It's a go to product that you can carry anywhere.

Love using vaseline for my lips, hands, and neck. Sometimes in winter when my skin is dry I mix some with my regular moisturiser for more moisture. Cheap and so versatile!

I'm not kidding when I say this is the best product for any kind of dry skin or lips, instantly moisturizes and provides a layer of protection. As well as being used for hydration this product is also amazing on eyelashes and eyebrows, for keeping them in place and extending them. Would buy again, recommend to anyone with dry peeling skin or lips, or anyone that wants a clear mascara/eyebrow gel.

I've always had vaseline in the bathroom cupboard for putting on tattoos, but hadn't really thought about using it as part of my skincare routine, until I saw a skincare Davey video. It's helped lock in so much moisture in my skin, which in return has helped reduce how oily my skin gets

I know that petroleum jelly does not have the best reputation from an environmental point of view, and some products that are not as well made as Vaseline petroleum jelly have also had some bad press due to containing toxic products including some potentially cancer causing ones. However, Vaseline petroleum jelly is triple-purified and even healthline recommends it. The fact that it is a byproduct of the petroleum industry is really not great, but it just works so well, and only very small amounts are needed. In our household we use it to heal small cuts, chafing and sore lips. It is even safe to use on dog noses (our vet prescribed it)! While it is absorbed into the skin easily, it has a lasting, hydrating effect and does not disappear too quickly. Apparently it heals about everything, including helping with split ends, however, I have not tested it myself for this purpose.

I keep a 100g tub of Vaseline in the bathroom and it gets used by the whole family. A small amount goes a long way, I use it on the children's cuts, dried lips, on the edges of noses when we overuse tissues and for the past year Ive been applying this to under my eyes and forehead before bed which has helped a noticeable difference, especially if its a day before that Im going to wear a full face of makeup.

Its hydrating and lasts a long time, this is a product that the whole family enjoy using and I don't know how we could go without Vaseline in our household, its a staple!

Dermatologist’s say Vaseline is the best lip balm and occlusive for healing dry and cracked skin, always works well for me! Sometimes if I have dry or irritated skin I’ll rub a small amount on my face or into a cream and it really helps lock in the moisture.
