I love this foundation. I've been using it for the past few months and it does everything it says it does. It gives good coverage to any redness or blemishes I have. It feels really lightweight and not cakey. Definitely worth the price.

I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION! It is absolutely amazing on my skin! It is thin enough to blend nicely, and doesn't crease! I have quite oily skin and a lot of foundations don't do it justice! But when i use a setting powder over top i get no oil come through what-so-ever after a day at school then work. I would put this foundation on at about 7.30AM And wash it off at about 8.30pm and it lasted! It was not cakey and did not crease, and a lot of the time i didn't actually NEED to set it, I just personally prefer to dot hat with my makeup.
Tips: I would recommend using a flat top brush rather than an angle topped brush to avoid putting too much product in one place.
I love this foundation, it comes in a variety of colours and really does last all night (24 hours) and doesn’t melt off your face. It’s good quality for the price and is a full coverage however you can achieve a medium coverage with a light hand if you desire a not full on makeup look. I do prefer the oily skin formulation to the normal to dry skin which I have I just find this formulation has a slightly better finish and has a slightly better coverage. A great foundation highly recommend
This colour stay is amazing! It says 24hours staying power and that isn't a Joke. I've used this product for a year now and still love it just as much as when I started! It's a great full coverage foundation, and little product is needed each time. One bottle lasts me 3 months and it's only 40$ which is a bonus. Overall I recommend this to anyone wanting a full coverage, blemish free makeup look.
Tips: I recommend priming and moisterising first to get the complete flawless look and to complete with a powder overtop.
This foundation is amazing. I have been using it a lot at the moment and the coverage is terrific. You don’t need much and it covers just about everything and stays on for a long time. I use it with pressed or loose powder and a little bronzer and its looks great
I have been using this foundation for a long time! And it is one of the few that I keep repurchasing!
I have dry sensitive skin, a lot of foundations break me out, the Revlon colorstay however, doesn't!
This foundation doesn't have a strong scent, if any! Which is great as I don't like my makeup products to smell like anything!
The consistency in the bottle looks very thick and creamy, but when applied to the face it is very light feeling. This foundation isn't matte but it definatly isn't dewy, so I apply it with my beauty blender to give a more natural more illuminated look.
The coverage is medium to full coverage I would say, but I do have clear skin so it doesn't take a lot of product for my face to look coverage.
It lasts all day! I don't like having to retouch up my makeup half way through the day, so this is perfect, I will say though that It does get a little patchy around my nose and chin where it goes dry and flaky but that isn't something really noticeable and it doesn't bother me.
So all in all I think the Revlon Colorstay is a great foundation especially for the price, ($20 on trademe im in the colour sand beige) Im a huge fan of high end foundations but I love this for my everyday makeup routine, it is for sure in my top 10 favourite foundations.
The only other down side to this product is that it doesn't have a pump and it is in a glass packaging. so it can be a bit messy with application.
I would recommend this to any skin type, it is a perfect foundation for any occasion!
Tips: Apply using the beauty blender for a more dewy looking finish.
This is by far my favourite and my go to foundation for any occasion! has a great coverage and makes my skin look flawless every time I use it. Its easily spreadable and blends well with my skin tone. There's quite a range of skin tones too which is great for when my skin darkens over the summer period. Definitely recommend this product, it's a great product for a decent price!
Tips: When applying it, apply it quite fast! As it sets nearly straight away.
OMG this is my go too Foundation i use the shade fresh beige, i love how the bottles finally have a pump that you can use so you can pump the amount you want, i always use a primer so it blends out sooo nicely, you can build it up to the coverage that suits your needs, semi fast drying and sets really well with powder. I have tried a few different brands of foundation and id choose this over anything else. A+ all the way.
I have used this product on and off for years now. It's my go to for stage makeup and going out. The staying power is great and it gives a good matte finish. My only issues are 1) That that the colour I wear (buff chamois) can look a little greyish on the skin 2) The texture/coverage is just a bit too thick for me for everyday daytime wear (I wear revlon Nearly Naked foundation (vanilla) instead during the day). But all in all, really good foundation and great price.
Tips: Apply with real techniques expert face brush. Do not dab all over face and then blend each area (it dries relatively fast), instead, work on each area consecutively.
I'm not really the kind of person who goes for full coverage foundation, so I love that this foundation is easy to sheer out, but is full coverage for those occasions where I'll need it. I love that theres no SPF, as I have a medium skin tone in winter and a dark skin tone in summer, and get the most horrific flashback. Colorstay photographs beautifully and if anything becomes more beautiful the more time it has on the skin. The finish, when I get oily, goes from a matte finish to a satin, so I prefer this foundation when its been on for a couple hours. Classy packaging, as you'd expect from Revlon, glass container with an easy to use pump which makes it easy for those who like to have their makeup hygienic. I prefer to apply it with a stippling or flat kabuki brush depending on how much coverage I'm wanting. Theres no offensive smell as far as I can remember, or that I noticed too much. I've actually accidentally slept in it before (oops) and in the morning my makeup actually looked exactly the same as it did the night before.
Tips: Be careful what foundations you mix into it. Most of the foundations on the market these days are silicon based but I attempted to mix this with MAC Face and Body (water based) a month or so ago and got the most horrific oxidisation.
