I've had this eyeshadow primer for a good few months now, and I do feel that it was worth the spend. However, I won't necessarily repurchase once I've run out (at least straightaway), as it still wasn't entirely perfect, and there are other primers I'd like to try as well.
The Good:
-Easy-to-use packaging. The squeezy tube is much easier to control than many other options, in my opinion, and it shouldn't be hard to get every last bit out once I finally run out.
-Creamy formula. It's easy to blend out on the lid (although it is quite a bit thicker than I had originally anticipated), and a little goes a loooooong way.
-Definitely makes shadows more vibrant. This works great with UD shadows (I have the Naked2 palette), but also with a few cheaper options that I use sometimes. It's nice to be able to use them and have them look just as pigmented and good-quality as a higher-end shadow, thanks to this primer.
-Prevents creasing/prolongs shadow wear. I have slightly hooded eyelids, and I basically *always* experience a bit of creasing because of that. However, this definitely puts a stop to that (at least for a while), and I do find that my eye makeup lasts for a considerably longer time than it used to without this.
The Not-So-Good:
-While this does prevent creasing, on me it doesn't stop it entirely after some time has passed. I personally am not bothered by this that much, as I still get at least 6 hours wear before creasing happens, but it is something to be aware of, particularly if you have very oily eyelids (mine are more normal/dry, I just get creasing because of my hooded eyelids).
-This is relatively expensive. However, as I said above, a little goes a long way, so I think that it is worth it, given how long it will last. Mine is in no way showing signs of running out at all, and I've used it a fair bit in since I got it.
That's it, really. I am pleased that I got it, and don't regret it at all, but because it doesn't *completely* eliminate the chance of creasing, I probably will try a different brand (I'm keen to try either the Two-Faced or NARS one) before I rush out and repurchase. The Elf one has had a lot of good reviews too, so I might investigate that option also.
I hate to say I don't absolutely love this product as I know it is adored by many! I do like it but I have other eye primers that do help my eyeshadows stay longer. I do have quite oily eyelids so find that my eyeshadows do still crease (only a little) with this product. It is a great colour and I really like the consistency, but I reach for my others more (one being the essence I heart stage primer which is soooo affordable!)
