I picked this up in a recent Mecca order as I love Soap and Glory products. It comes in a 250ml squeezy tube with a flip top lid. It has the pleasant pink Soap and Glory packaging which I love. It cost around $12.
The scent I was hoping would smell like the body butter but to me it does not. It is nice, kind of fruity but doesn't linger in my hair much. It is quite a thick white consistency, I do really love thick conditioners.
After shampooing I massage through a generous amount as I have very long hair. It spreads well and makes my hair feel nice, washes out easily and I don't get any colour wash out at all.
My hair feels nice after blow drying, it has shine and looks smooth. But this conditioner just doesn't wow me. I feel I can get the same, if not better results with a supermarket conditioner. While it is nice I wouldn't purchase it again.
I LOVE Soap and Glory body products with a passion usually reserved for much more expensive goodies! Imagine my delight at realising they do hair things too!
Unfortunately my hair didn't agree with my body when it came to this one.
Packaging is as kitschy cute as ever, and the scent is the brand-typical sweetish neutral. In theory the conditioner moves through my hair well, but after a week of usage my hair was dryer than before and it continued to stay dry before I swapped out out for another conditioner, and used this as shave cream on my legs (it's great for that!)
My hair is dyed, heat styled and generally mistreated, but responds well to other conditioners - this one was just a mismatch, and it broke my heart!
Tips: cheap enough to try out - if you don't like it, it makes a great shaving cream for legs ;)
