Bought this from Mecca - it comes in a tube and can be found with the other Soap & Glory items in skincare. It tingles when applied but not uncomfortable. My lips felt super nourished and looked plumper which I think is due to the moisture the balm delivers. Since using I no longer suffer from dry flaky lips - game changer and amazing price.

Affordable Lip Plumper
I was surprised by how good this was for the price. Gives a soft plumpness to the lips without being overly extreme. Has a nice glossy shine and actually feels quite nourishing on the lips.
The packaging does look different now though, it's in a silver tube. Super easy to apply on the lips!
Tips: Does give a tingling sensation on the lip.

I love this lip plumper just as much as the other one and can not rave about this enough.
As stated in my other review, the scent is not the best but you get used to it.
It gives your lips some oomph and makes them look nice and vulaptuous (is that how you spell that) and makes them stand out.
The tingle is great (maybe stay away from this if you have sensitive lips).
Very easy to apply and lasts for ages even if using everyday as you don't need much.
