30ml EDP, purchased myself on sale -- I probably wouldn't pay full price for it.
This isn't a terribly complicated perfume, but will probably garner a few "you smell good" comments. The initial blast is full on rose, but that dies down pretty quickly. For a couple of hours I get the sweetness of the amber, and it almost makes me think of candy -- it's a really well blended perfume, and I find it hard to pick out the notes. It's just like a warm hug, and has a little whiff of incense to it too. It is a totally feminine perfume, but not girly -- more sophisticated and slightly edgy.
It doesn't last very long on my skin, and I would recommend layering it with the lotion if you are really keen on it. Alone, it doesn't have much silage and sits quite close to the skin.
(If you're after something fresher and sharper, I would recommend Balenciaga Florabotanica -- rose with a bit of mint.)
My 30ml bottle is a sleeker design than the larger sizes -- the whole thing including the cap is shaped like a rectangle with the corners cut off, and is faceted like a cut diamond. It would be quite handy to travel with as it isn't awkwardly shaped.
A new friend was wearing a beautiful fragrance and I asked her what it was, and it was Stella.......my husband loved it too, so we bought some on our way out of the country a couple of weeks ago. It's a beautiful, light perfume that smells of roses and lasts all day. Great for day, night or weekends. I'm usually a Gucci girl, but Stella has expanded my perfume preference into florals. You can't go wrong adding Stella into your collection.
