As a very pale skinned person with a bad history with self-tanning products, I wasn't optimistic, but was very pleasantly surprised. The SugarBaby Get Glowing Glow Drops are clear, almost serum like in consistency with a slight scent of coconut, but not overwhelming, and undetectable once applied to skin. It definitely builds colour over several applications, but if you're going for a full blown tan, this is not the product for you. I liked that I could just use it on my face and legs, and the colour was just enough to add a bit of a glow, but wasn't obviously different in shade to the rest of my body. It will definitely be something I use regularly when I'm going out or if I'm going to wear a skirt or dress and the legs just need a bit of a boost. The description says that skin will look firm, and I'm unsure if that happened for me, but my skin was bright and well hydrated, and stayed that way throughout the day. I think this is a reasonably priced product, and it delivers most of what it claims to. If you're using it to 'glow' the whole body, you will go through it relatively quickly, but I think that is the same across all tanning products. I really liked the versatility that the drop applicator provides and that you could choose your level of desired tanning by just adding more or less drops. When I think of other self tanning products I've used - mousses etc, you're really stuck with whichever shade you've chosen and don't have that versatility that the SugarBaby drops offer. My only real issue was the packaging. I would have preferred that the bottle was transparent so that you could see how much you are using/how much you have left. Overall, a really good product for the price point, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use gradual tanner.

Tips: When I used the drops on their own, rather than mixing with my moisturiser, I did end up with a couple of very faint patches and streaks - but to be honest they're barely noticeable because it is such a gradual tanner. If mixing with your moisturiser, make sure you really rub it all together well in your hands so that it is evenly distributed when you apply to your skin.
I’m no stranger to self tanning products, from the infamous all over orange shades from the early 2000’s to the enormous variety of gels, creams, foams and drops on the market today.
I used to use SugarBaby tanning products back in the 2010’s era and I loved them, so I was very excited to see them making a comeback with updated formulas & very cute packaging! I’ve used tanning drops once before but I wasn’t a huge fan (Bondi Sands) simply because they didn’t mix well with the skincare products I use. Thankfully I didn’t have that issue with SugarBaby!
For reference I have fair skin, prone to redness, oily t-zone but also dehydrated. I do not tan naturally (I’m a burner) and my skin can appear quite blue even when I’m not cold.
For skincare I use La Roche Posay products and a few Korean Beauty items. On the body I use Nivea Coco Lotion. These drops blend perfectly with all.
Now onto the product itself. It has a viscous serum like consistency and isn’t sticky at all. If you were to use it on its own, it would blend very very smoothly, but I’m not brave enough to do that so I mix it with my moisturiser at the end of my skincare routine. The first night that I used it I woke up with a very subtle glow which was more than enough for me over autumn, but to test the product properly I continued with the application each night after my shower.
There is no hint of orange and the tan appears very even and also helps to counteract the redness that I sometimes experience throughout the day. A little goes along way which is amazing and you really do only need a few drops for the face. As somebody with sensitive skin who has reacted poorly to some tanning products in the past, it’s always a bit nerve wrecking testing out a new one because I never know which products I’m going to react to. Thankfully, I didn’t react at all to this product and I noticed absolutely zero sensitivity on any part of my body.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the sugar baby tanning drops and I will continue to use them and will more than likely re-purchase once this bottle runs out!
Tips: A little really does go along way so start off with just a few drops and build up over the course of a week or so until you reach your desired shade!
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this product.
I have tried these both on my face and body, I opted to go straight onto clean skin (with 3 drops) as opposed to mixing with moisturizer as I thought it would give a darker glow but unfortunately, I was only left with the slighest hint of colour.
I then used it for 3 consecutive nights to see if I could build up the colour, I did get a slight bronze to where I'd applied it to my body, but my face didn't achieve a noticeable glow (this could be attributed to the fact our faces are washed more often and thoroughly with multiple products?).
This product may be good for someone new to tanning, or who only likes a suble hint of colour, but for myself, I would prefer just to go straight in with a normal tanning mousse for my body. I will keep using this on my face though to see if I can achieve the intended result, and because its a lot more gentler than traditional tanning products.
Tips: Grab the SugarBaby Instant Glow bronzing creme instead if you're just after a quick fix!
I was very excited to trial this product. As soon as it arrive, applied one drop to a small patch on my arm to test the strength. Very glad I did! This is important as it will help give guidance on how you would like to apply it. 3hours later and the tan was very lite. Then when I woke I. The morning it was a very dark tan!
I have been mixing the product with both my face and body moisturiser and have been left with a beautiful glow!
I love this product. I know that it is good for my skin and therefore happy to add it to my moisturiser.
Its a small bottle but it will last ages!
Tips: Test patch first! It’s a great tanner but give it time to do it’s work.
I couldn't wait to share my thoughts on SugarBaby Get Glowing Glow Drops because they're a total game-changer! 🌞✨
These drops give you that all-year-round sun-kissed glow like no other. Mix 'em with your fave moisturizer, or apply straight to your face and voilà! You get that radiant look without any streaks or that dreaded orange tint. The best part? You're in control, so you can dial up or down your tan level.
Now, the scent is just divine, like a mini vacation in a bottle. Every time I use it, I'm mentally on a beach somewhere, sipping a cocktail. However, I did find that the day after you do get that "Fake tan smell" but you get use to it.
Bonus points for being cruelty-free and free of any nasty stuff like parabens and sulfates. So, not only do you look fabulous, but your skin loves it too.
Bottom line, SugarBaby Get Glowing Glow Drops are a must-have in your beauty arsenal. Whether you're a self-tan newbie or a pro, these drops are your secret weapon for that perfect, long-lasting tan.
Tips: Make sure to wash your hands after application... I rocked the orange hands for a few days at first!
These drops are a fairly nice, affordable solution to dull pale skin. I have sensitive skin, and found when I mixed them into my face moisturiser, they caused no irritation or breakouts. I woke up the next morning with a nice, subtle glow to my skin. I also used the drops in my body moisturiser and enjoyed the tanned effect it gave. The only downfall is that the tan rubbed off on my legs very quickly, and particularly when towel-drying out of the shower. However I would use these drops again, and just slowly build up a light layer of tan.
Tips: If using on your body, exfoliate dry areas in the shower beforehand. Moisturise your hands first then add a pump of moisturiser and the drops (to avoid orange hands). Thoroughly work the drops into your body moisturiser before applying to your body. Use sweeping motions with your hands to ensure no streaks or extra dark patches.
This stuff smells AMAZING - I have very sensitive skin and I don't usually like products with strong fragrance, but these glow drops smell like delicious natural coconut with no artificial smell at all. Even if they didn't work I would still probably use it for the fragrance, it's THAT yummy.
The packaging is nice and lightweight, but sturdy enough that it wouldn't leak.
I tested it out in a variety of ways, here's how they went: - Directly massaged into skin: very simple, the drops absorbed well enough - Mixed together with moisturiser: this was very easy and made it simple to apply the product to a wider area (e.g. arms). Best way to apply to the body (or face if not wearing makeup) - Mixed together with BB cream: this is where I had the most trouble, it was quite difficult to mix into my BB cream (which I wear most days). However it was still doable, and my method of choice for applying the drops to my face
Overall I really liked the customisability of these drops, the more you use the more of a "glow" you get. It doesn't really last all that long but it's so simple to apply that it's not an issue
Tips: Mix a couple of drops into your moisturiser for easy coverage Make sure to test with a different number of drops to see what level of "glow" works for you
When this cute little bottle arrived I was intrigued by if I was supposed to use this on my body or my face. How powerful was the tan if adding a few drops to a moisturiser would tan me? Would one leg be darker if I added more drops by accident?
Turns out, I overthought it. This isn't really a 'tanner', and it isn't a gradual tanner, it gives you a healthy glow boost when you mix it with your moisturiser.
I've been using it on my face, mixed in with my current day cream. It doesn't seem to impact the formula of my day cream much, everything absorbs as usual.
The results are instantaeous, I look like I've been to the beach; in a healthy sun kissed way, not a beach-baked way!
I don't think you can go too far wrong with this - for the review process I overegged the pudding and did NINE drops one day. I didn't end up like an oompa loompa, so don't be afraid of this product!
All up, will continue to use, do recommend and am likely to repurchase!
A product that does what it said. DROP these Glow Drops into your moisturiser and you will GLOW!
I was really suprised by the depth of tone and glow these acheive with minimum effort, I mean it really is as simple as - put moisturiser in palm of hand, add 3 drops of glow and slap it on!
I think the drops enhanced my skin care routine beyond the glow/tan boost, my skin feels smoother and more refined. I use these on work days and evenings out, and honestly will continue to use because I really just enjoy how healthy they make my skin look.
Not sure what else to say - love em!
The first thing that hit me with this product was the smell, it’s Devine! A beautiful coconut scent. The product itself it’s very easy to apply and a few drops went a long way. Mixed with moisturiser I found was making it too thin but I applied over my moisturiser and this worked well. It feels hydrating and luxurious to apply. As i don’t have much of a tan right now I used this in places I would usually highlight/bronze and then spread over my face from there. I found it had added a subtle glow to my face without being too much. A nice healthy glow rather than a fake tan look. I will continue to use this going forward every few days to keep the glow ups
Tips: It says you can mix with moisturiser but I found it was easier to apply as it’s own product layer Test on your arm first to see what level of glow you like- I did a few patches with different numbers of drops to find what look I wanted
