Firstly, the pump dispenser is BRILLIANT. So easy to use, so hygienic... I wish all serums came with this. The dropper system seems to be the go-to for serums, but you need a counter-top and two hands to dispense the product before applying each drop, and worse, you're exposing the inside ingredients to the air every time you use it. I'm so sold on the pump! I don't love the pink plastic packaging myself, but I don't have it on display or anything, so it's no biggy.
Secondly, the serum itself is just lovely. It has a light, natural-smelling coconut fragrance (which my husband loves!) and a creamy-gel-serum sort of consistency. It has a very moist finish when first applied (which I love), but melts in pretty quickly to a soft satin finish.
In terms of performance, it's really helped my extremely dry (think red, sore, peeling patches - my classic winter skin woes), sensitive skin. My face feels immediately hydrated, soothed and comfortable - and no stinging whatsoever. I layer a moisturiser on top, and my skin is still feeling pretty good at the end of the day. But that's with my summer moisturiser (which I'm just finishing off). With a winter-grade moisturising cream, I think it's going to be brilliant. And I've just ordered the Sugarbaby Dream Cream for that purpose. If it's as good as the serum, I'm going to be a glowing, moisturised, happy girl. I'll keep you posted ;)
Tips: If you have sensitive, ageing or just unhappy skin, try this serum. It's extremely reasonably priced but, at least for me, extremely effective. It might be for you too.
