I was given a tube of this to try from someone who didn't like it. Given the ingredients were good, it is an accessible product and affordable I Figured I'd give it a bash. And I am so glad I did. It is a gentle cleanser with a mild scent. I had no reaction (my face tends to be quite sensitive) And I felt clean and soft after use, not that icky tight feeling some cleansers give. Following up now with my repurchase with the matching moisturiser and I am sold. New Fav. Definitely was after a set I could stick with to use daily for the far away future and this is it!!!. Thanks Sukin

Tips: Follow up with the Moisturiser. Sometimes Farmers does a 3 for 2 promo which is a good chance to stock up!
I use to go through bottles of this,it was my favorite cleanser but I have now found another cleanser around the same price but that has more product for my money, wish this cleanser came in a bigger bottle. Smells lovely. Purchased from the chemist for around $12. Good brand!! No nastys.
Tips: Give it a try,no nastys
I love natural skincare, and this cleanser is excellent for those on a budget. I have returned to it again and again over the years. The packaging is great, the smell is herbal and it does a great job of removing makeup. I personally find it a little on the harsh side for my skin, so would alternate between this and the Sukin cream cleanser.
I have gone through multiple bottles of this stuff over the years, it is such a steal for the great natural product with no harmful ingredients and is NZ made! There is so much to like about this product from the scent to the lightness and the beautiful foam it creates and really feels as it is cleaning without harming or damaging my skin. I have since gone off the product though because I have noticed it is quite drying for my combination skin and makes my skin quite tight and uncomfortable but that's just my experince with it, but I would recommend for people who may have very oily or normal skin because it tends to be quite drying to more dry patches on the skin, but I do still love the stuff!
Tips: Just a little on your finder tips and rub until it creates a foam then gently rub onto skin.
When I first used this cleanser I was shocked by how much it foamed up and turned my entire face a foamy white mess, then once rinsed off it left my skin feeling really tight for a few minutes which is odd as I have combination skin. Also I found that it was too rich and left me a little teary around the eye area.
Second attempt I went in slowly, I am a lover of Sukin and have not never had a bad product from them so wanted to go a little lighter with the product and it worked better. You really only need a small dot of this cleanser on wet skin then massaged all over to get the job done, too much and it is going to overly dry out your skin as it is a really rich formula, that being said use the right amount and wow does it cleanse your skin right.
I have a trouble spots across my nose (hello strawberry nose) and found that using this foaming cleanser over the course of the week saw the pores shrink massively and the blackness in some of them disappear, my skin was brighter and much more smoother than before. However, it is really rich and I now find that I only need to use a foaming cleanser twice a week keeping it in rotation with a scrub helps keep my skin beautifully balanced and even toned.
I used this product when I was pregnant as I only wanted to use natural products on my skin. I figured whatever I put on my skin could end up being partially ingested by my baby, so that’s why I tried to go as natural as possible while pregnant. Seeing as this product is sulphate- and paraben-free, I decided to give it a go. It is also reasonably priced so that was another positive. I found it to be quite good as far as a foaming facial cleanser goes. The good thing about using a foaming facial cleanser is that you can just use it and keep it in the shower, which is super convenient. I do agree with some of the comments other reviewers have said here about this product, you definitely don’t need to use a lot - a little goes a long way. I did also feel that it left my skin feeling a bit tight at times, but the tight feeling went away relatively quickly. For a natural, mild and reasonably-priced foaming facial cleanser, I think it is a pretty good product. Sukin are a good brand if you’re wanting to use natural products on your skin.
Tips: You only need to use a little at a time.
Sukin is very gentle, natural and no nasties. It smell very natural scent, the colour is clean and texture is like Gel. Does a deep clean. Unfortunately it doesn't foam only lathers a little. Slightly drying
Tips: Both Wetting your face first then applying the cleaner or rubbing your hands together with the cleaner and some water then applying to your face work
This product is a good cleanser because it helps get all the gunk out of your pores and leaves your skin glowing - but I don't use it that often. I have found that it is quite drying on it's own, but using moisturiser afterwards helps to bring back moisture to the skin. It has a gel texture, but is quite hard to lather as it only creates a small amount of foam. I bought it from my local pharmacy for around $15, and I would say it is a bit pricey for what it does.
Tips: Apply moisturiser afterwards to keep your skin smooth and fresh.
I must admit I was very impressed with this product. It is rather cheap but also super economical as you only need very little each time to achieve great cleansing results. My skin is spot-prone and oily and this foaming cleanser worked its magic very quickly. No breakouts and my skin feels supple and fresh. I like to use it morning and night to keep up the great results. Really recommend it.
This is the first sukin product that I've ever tried. I purchased a gift set from Farmers that had a 50ml tube of this cleanser in it. I adore foaming cleansers even though they usually make my dry skin feel even drier afterwards.
The packaging of this is simple, it's not fancy looking but the style of writing and simpleness sort of convey to me that it is a natural product. I like that this has lots of good ingredients in it like witch hazel and evening primrose oil.
The actual cleanser is clear and just has a light, sort of clean scent. I can't smell any perfumes and it's not really herbal smelling either. I like to use a different cleanser for morning and night. I use this one as my morning cleanser in the shower. I use a bit bigger than a pea sized amount and then rub it in my hands to get it to foam up. It's not a massively foaming cleanser but it's enough to lightly clean my face. I love that my face feels clean afterwards but I get absolutely no tightness. My skin is super dry so I love products that don't make it even more dry. I'm not sure if this would be enough to remove heavy makeup, but reading the back it doesn't say anything about removing makeup so you'd probably need to remove that first before using this one.
I will definitely be repurchasing this in the future. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a gentle cleanser too.
