It seems like Sunsilk is always on sale at Countdown everytime I go to pick up new Shampoo and Conditioner. This time was no exception and I picked up the Brilliant Shine ones this time. I feel like eventually I'm going to review the whole Sunsilk line!
The packaging of this is a darker shade of bright pink and it is really pretty in your bathroom. It does annoy me though that the shampoo bottle has a slanted top. It is fine for when you have plenty of product but when you are running out it is hard to find a spot to keep it upside down.
I find the scent of this a fruity floral sort of scent, nice enough and not offensive. I really like that it only takes a small amount to lather up my whole head really well. I think this is a really good everyday shampoo. It makes my hair feel very clean, but doesn't dry it out or tangle my hair.
I have used this in conjunction with the conditioner and I really do think it made my hair quite shiny and I think it is my favourite of the Sunsilk range so far.
I had used up all my luxury shampoo and sadly I couldn't afford it for a few weeks so in the mean time I searched the hair care section in my local Pak n save for something that was affordable but sounded like it would get the job done.
I chose the Sunsilk brilliant shine Shampoo and Conditioner because the packaging was bright pink and looked so cute! Plus it said it would give your hair a natural looking shine which is what I was looking for, I was hoping it would add some life into my hair!
I dampen my hair and squeeze the shampoo into the roots of my hair, it gives you a large amount of lather so a small amount will clean your scalp. My itchy scalp felt clean, and my hair wasn't as much of a tangled mess as it normally would be after I shampoo my hair.
This Shampoo is gentle on my hair and gives it a thorough clean.
I have already repurchased this, I highly recommend this Shampoo, its a great option for those who cant spend a lot on Shampoo.
