This product is average. Had a nice cucumber scent and gentle on the skin. Good for sensitive skin. However, I didn't feel enough valuable benefits to purchase this product again.

Been a week since trialing this product and so far it is not amazing I feel as though it does nothing for my skin which is prone to hormonal breakouts combonation skin a bit of roscea and sensitive so con it doesnt make my skin freak out no changes skin doesnt feel diffeteny though maybe after a month but for the price so far I wouldnt recommend. Has a very strong scent of cucumber though which is yummy.
I don’t usually use a toner in my skincare routine but I was pleasantly surprised by this one! It smelt very organic and fresh on my skin. A little went a long way with this product which I loved and meant it lasted so much longer. It left my skin hydrated all day without going oily. My skin felt and looked so smooth and dewy giving it a healthy glow. I would have preferred if it was in a glass bottle to better match its branding and impact on the environment but I do think it is a very reasonable price for the amount of product and impact it left on my normally dry skin.
Tips: Use after cleansing twice Follow with moisturiser
I used this each time after washing my face and applied it with a cotton ball. I found this also helped with removing any makeup that was not removed previously.
I did that it made my skin feel really oily afterwards
Really cool bottle… makes you feel like an 1800’s potion master!! Decent amount held in bottle. Easy clip top. Firstly, why use toner when most skincare situations have everything toner is made for included ? Secondly, I do need to keep up using so I can see if pore tightening/ skin hydration is worth diving into the world of toner. Can’t say I’ve noticed anything other than more cotton rounds in the bin. Is it worth it? Nope? Do modern skincare products make toner invalid? Yes? Would I purchase again? No. Do I like it? Yes?
Tips: Not makeup remover Smells kind of good? Like the fact it is alcohol free :)
I like how the toner comes in a decent sized bottle and the lid allows the right amount of product to come out. No product is wasted. The fragrance is not over powering at all, more of a watered down cucumber smell. I used a cotton pad to apply each time, and it left my face feeling refreshed and clean. This toner is infused with cucumber and aloe vera and is alcohol free which is why my face was not left feeling sticky after using. I did not notice any difference in my pores but I did notice I had no dry skin which I usually get in colder months. Great for cleansing!
Tips: Apply with a cotton pad or cotton ball. Great as a cleanser
This toner is quite nice and comes in a huge bottle that feels like it will last an entire year. Skin feels refreshed and smooth. Im just not sure on the fragrance of cucumber personally I think about it every-time I use it like feels strange having a vegetable scent on my face. Some people might love it though! It’s good for removing that tiny bit extra makeup you think you got all off
Tips: Apply with a fresh cotton pad and swipe across face.
First thought on this is what a huge bottle you get. You really get a lot of product which is great. The bottle itself kind of looks like an alcohol bottle which I personally thought was a little bit strange and not something I would pick off the shelf as I normally go for pretty packaging but that’s just me. The product itself it’s actually really nice and it does what it says and is non dry, for me it made my skin tone more even and slightly glowy. Didn’t notice a difference in my pores though. I personally really didn’t like the scent although it disappears on drying. It seems either really artificial almost to the point of smelling like a very strong rotten cucumber, although I gave it to my mum to try it and she really enjoyed the scent and thought it was fresh so personal preference on if you prefer scents or not. I have now popped it into my toner spray bottle and am applying it that way and it works great. Would recommend if you enjoy a stronger scent but it works very well to tone and even out the skin tone. Unsure if I would buy again due to the scent but would look at getting it if it were unscented as the product is great.
Tips: No tips other than it is quite refreshing if you use a cotton pad with it.
I'll start with the packaging. This product is a great size, I know it's going to last me a while! I do however feel like the lid doesn't close securely? Like it doesn't have that satisfying "click" when you close it, but I haven't experienced it leaking yet. The opening is quite small, so it's easy to control how much product comes out, which is handy.
The scent is mild and the hint of cucumber is refreshing.
One thing I really appreciate about this toner is how gentle it feels on the skin. After using it, my skin feels soothed and refreshed, without the harsh and drying effects that can sometimes come with toners that contain alcohol. I still recommend following up with a moisturiser, as witch hazel can still have a slight drying affect on the skin after a while.
In terms of results, I have noticed that my overall skin tone has evened out slightly, which is great. However, I have been experiencing more acne lately, but I'm not sure if that's related to the toner or just due to other factors like stress or being run down. I also haven't noticed much difference in pore size, but I'm yet to find ANY product that has helped my pores.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Thayers Cucumber Alcohol-Free Toner with Witch Hazel Aloe Vera to anyone looking for a gentle toner that can help improve their skin's texture and tone.
Tips: Follow up with your favourite moisturiser to avoid dryness.
Use with a reusable cotton pad to reduce your waste :)
It may be natural, but it has a naturally strong cucumber scent. I like cucumbers but as soon as I opened the bottle it was overwhelming. Scent aside, it is a okay toner for me, nothing to write home about. I found it to be a little drying on my skin, which surprised me as it is alcohol free. It did the job, but left my skin feeling a little tight, maybe it's the witch hazel? I haven't seen any on-going benefits from it and I would reach for another toner over this one any day.
