This sponge is so good it blends makeup flawlessly, it doesn't wash all that great I feel like if you can afford this sponge then by all means it's such a fantastic beauty tool I just think there are other really great and more affordable sponges out there especially when you don't really keep them for that long and they get thrown out.
Tips: Wet and wild and Juno n co both have amazing affordable sponges that work just as well but quarter of the price
Easy to use and works well, but to be completely honest I didn't find it worked much better to cheaper brands I have used in the past.
I had heard so much about this sponge that when I saw it on sale I just had to try it. However, while I did think it was a good product, I find myself using it less and less. Yes it does apply a nice light layer of foundation and yes it blends it perfectly, but even with wetting the sponge prior to application I still feel like it is soaking up a lot of product. It can also be a pain having to wash it after every application, although it does dry pretty quickly. The shape of it is good though, I like to use the smaller end for blending in concealer under my eyes and around my nose. Overall I think it is just a personal preference and dependant on the foundation I am using at the time. For some foundations it is all I use but for others I prefer the finish that I get from a brush or using my fingers. It is something that is worth a try if you get the chance, but I certainly will still be using other methods of application in conjunction with this.
I did really enjoy my beauty blender, it really did give me a very nice flawless coverage with my foundation and i would use it religously every day! But obviously the dont last for ever and i didnt really want to be paying that amount of money every 5-6 months. So i tried the real techniques sponge. Just the same and far cheaper. So over all i did really enjoy it but found a cheaper dupe that worked just the same for me :)
Tips: I use mine damp
This is expensive for a sponge, I'm not gonna lie. But it is worth it in my opinion. At the moment I am only using this for applying concealer, as the foundation I currently use is a bit too runny for this and it soaks up too much of it and doesn't leave as nice a finish as my foundation brush. BUT I did use this with my last foundation which was more creamier and it worked a charm. Made my face flawless and so natural looking - my skin but better ya know what I mean? It's also nice for when my face is feeling dry.
It's my must have for applying concealer, it blends it out beautifully.
So I finally purchased this after dwelling on it for ages. I couldn't justify spending so much on a sponge.
To be honest, I can say I am a fan of the beauty blender. I have always applied my foundation with a brush and when I tried using my wet beauty blender I found that it sheered down my usually full coverage foundation.
I no longer use it to apply my foundation however I do use it dry to pat down and set my foundation in place before applying powder.
I also use it to set my concealer for under my eyes and other "highlight" areas.
I'm not sure if it's worth the hype. Maybe it's just me though.
This little guy makes your foundation look so natural and flawless while maintaining high coverage.
It covers large areas easily and the tip is great for areas like the eyes and nose.
It is made of high quality material that is easy to clean and dries fast.
However, for the price, Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge is just as good and more affordable.
Tips: Saturate sponge with water and squeeze out as much as possible before using.
i am so in love with my beauty blender,i wet it and squeeze the excess water out each morning to apply my primer then foundation, the dabbing up and down with it on my skin gives me a flawless finish.i use it instead of my flat top kabuki brush,i also use it when applying my concealer as the point on the beauty blender is great for under the eye area.you can also use it to apply setting powder,i love my beauty blender, you won;t be dissappointed
I use one of these everyday for my makeup. It’s great for foundation and concealer. I do have to say however, I found way cheaper beauty blenders that work just as well for a more affordable price.
