One word comes to mind when it comes to thin lizzy and that is meh.... Great if you want to look like an Oompa Loompa as it tends to give an orange tone to the skin. It sure isn't as easy as they make it look on the t.v with their just a flick of a brush and your done, it doesn't cover up freckles, or birth marks, I do have to say it makes a nice natural eye shadow, and I have been known for using it as a light finishing powder over my normal foundation. All in all I have to say don't believe the tv hype when it comes to this product their eye brow pencil on the other hand is fantastic

Thin Lizzy used to be my everyday bronzer, looking back in photos i realise it used to dull my tone out quite a lot. It was good to me, but now since i started using other products recommended by Makeup Obsessives Facebook group i realise its not one of the best. would say a 3/5 at the most
I was excited to buy this as I imagined being able to change to a smaller make up bag as it is supposed to have many functions. Firstly I didn't like the colour saint was too orange looking for my skin, secondly it was too glittery to be able to get used as a foundation and last of all it made my skin break out in spots. Not for me.
I dont wear alot of makeup. but having this is a dream. you can apply more to get the evening look, or less for a all day coverage. I would be lost without my thin lizzy.... I swear by it.. I dont wear alot of makeup... but having this is a dream.. you can apply more to get the evening look .. or less for a all day coverage...
I purchased the tin twin pack, and i am no way near thur my first one. the lipgloss is magic too.
Thumbs up from me.
I'm one of those lucky people who tan easily, however as a result of that my skin tone varies in colour throughout the year so my best shot at getting coverage that doesn't look like a mask or actually blends with with skin is a mineral powder, This is one of the two products I use to achieve it and brings back the glow and olive tones in my skin. The best thing about using mineral powder: NO BLOCKING YOUR PORES!!!! There is the danger of overuse and the ability to turn yourself into an Oompa Loompa but if you put too much of any foundation on you will get that effect. You are meant to build it gradually to match up to your skintone, so you need to make sure you get the right shade of this stuff and don't overdo it.
Tips: I use two different shades of mineral foundation a lighter one to use as a concealer (I have to avoid cream based if I can) and then use the Thin Lizzy to blend it back up to my olive skin tone
Its an OK product. Not streaky or too shimmery and does minimise redness. Its travel friendly and compact. I only bought this once and never replaced it so its not a must have. If anyone was in the market for this type of product however id recommend Bahama mama by the balm over this any day.
This is a very average product, yes i would use but would not make it my first choice, i think the advertising definately over-rates this item. I do however know lots of girls who like this product, it just doesnt do much for me.
I do really like thin lizzy but the isnt an amazing product. i use it for a quick bronzer and a contour item but it doesnt feel great on my skin, might be my skin type. i fond using it on its own as a foundation my skin is quite orange. its a good idea for someone starting out with makeup maybe. I cant judge it as a all over body bronzer but i like using it on my chest. Id use it again cause it is cheap and its easy to use
I use this product daily as a bronzed on my cheeks and if my tan looks a bit uneven on my chest and arms. It works really well for me. I use the lightest one and I like the slight shimmer. In an emergency I did try to use as an all over tanner on my legs and found it was really difficult to get an even coverage.
This was the first powder I ever used and it kinda stuck until I tried other things, but I absolutely love this. I know it says 6 in 1 using it for all of those things takes all the fun out of applying makeup! I only ever used it as a quick all over powder when I was in a rush etc. All in all its great for the 'on-the-go' person!
